IF YOU SEE A REDUCED PRICE STICKER, IT'S SPOILED. THE NEW BUTCHERS HAVE ZERO STANDARDS. DISGUSTING "PEOPLE".Well… I’ve been coming here for 6 years and I’ve never seen a meat department fall as hard as Stater Bros. This store specifically has the most expensive meat, where stores in Redlands and other places have lower prices.But aside from outrageous prices and taking advantage of loyal patrons, this is the meat the sell. (Picture)I’m a barbecuer, I’m no stranger to stale meat, but this has been on the shelf with a hole for days and has turned rancid, and not a single deli employee cared. The older staff were on duty too. The younger employees are much more efficient from what I’ve seen, maybe it’s time to recycle old goods and make room for the new. I took it to them, they debated the expiration date like the meat wasn’t clearly oozing juice from the package and turning black, and I walked away speechless. Some tall skinny guy and an older lady with a ponytail.Yeah, we all make mistakes sure, but this is at least the 4th time I’ve found rancid meat on their shelves. It’s pathetic, with the prices of meat only going higher. I wouldn’t do that to any customers, nor did I when I worked as a barbecuer. But hey, nothing a “Reduced Price” sticker can’t fix. Ain’t that right, you grime balls…*EDIT* Somebody needs to call the health department on you pigs. Might be me to be honest. SO MUCH spoiled meats you pigs try to sell to us, you label over the spoiled bits so nobody notices, go to hell. I have never been to a store that sells as much moldy cheese, rotting meat, and decomposing produce as you pigs. I'll say it again, go to hell.

I have shopped at stater brothers for over 7 years and this is the first time that I felt like me coming to them with a problem was a burden for them. I purchased a pumpkin pie like I had in the past and I had some and it made me sick. I came back to the store days later and asked for a Manager and the clerk seemed bothered and reluctantly called for a manager. A lady walked up to me and did not even introduce herself and I explained my situation she she seemed bothered and gave me the refund, but not an apology for the inconvenience. Shame on you Stater brothers. I was very unhappy with the lack of sympathy and good customer service you are known for.Jerome

This store is normally amazing I shop here every week but I'm very disappointed with the newer manager Vanessa her attitude and aptitude for customer service is really poor and she needs to improve her attitude or get a new job. I love all the staff here they're super helpful but I've never dealt with anyone as rude as this woman. Please offer her some training so the reputation you guys built isn't diminished.

Like this store. It is clean, organized. But this 4 witch seance decoration of choice is a little dark. Secondly, some cashiers don't greet or even acknowledge customers as they scan their groceries (and not just at this store). I worked for Staters for 5 years, 4 years as a cashier, and scanning their groceries while not greeting or acknowledging the customer used to be highly rude. I have a loyalty to spend my money at Staters, but we have to do better.

We met very friendly employees in all areas of the store. The meat department was knowledgeable and helpful when we asked about particular cuts. Our visit to the store was enjoyable.

Never usually have issues with this location but I had to leave this here as a WARNING: CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES OF PACKAGED DELI MEAT BEFORE YOU BUY !I am sick of buying expired packages of meat and not realizing it until I eat it and get a sour taste.This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions with the Hillshire farms pastrami, Oscar Meyers roast beef and Foster farms turkey. My recent purchase was the Foster farms turkey that expired on the 22nd of December and I had purchased it on the 27th! It's very frustrating that I'm wasting money on expired meats because no one is rotating stock correctly!I will definitely be shopping elsewhere because it's ridiculous that this happens only at this location. Just be careful when you buy your deli meat and any other perishables because it's most likely not just the deli meats that have expired dates.

I always could count on Stater Bros to carry certain breads, like Shepherds Bread, but now they have discontinued making it. I don’t go to the store unless I am getting bread—I guess I am not going back. Sad.

It sucked. Yes I know the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is busy but I stood in line for 30 minutes and then her computer went down. They said there was some problem with their main office but all the other lines seemed to be moving. She didn't offer to move me to another cashier. She said to go stand in another line and start all over. My mistake for not going to Vons.

Updated 08/2023:I still love Stater Brothers…. BUUUT Their flowers, specifically roses, never again. I’ve purchased rose BOUQUETS twice, the beautiful vase presentation was wonderful and priced well @ $40 each, but they lasted only TWO DAYS! The roses were dead within 2 days in both instances!! Very disappointing.Stater Bros has been around forever! Great vegetables and produce, huge meat selection, bakery with yummy strawberry cheesecake and so much more! The store is clean and the cashiers are courteous!

My uncle lives like right by stater bros and his daughter Kendall worked here when in high school very well stocked found some things that my Ralph's in sandiego are always out of employees were helpfull and courteous and a couple knew my uncle and they welcomed me like I was family you don't get that treatment at any supermarket in sandiego

I really like this Staters. It's always well stocked. Very clean. Prices are good. The only negative is when I go to check out I hardly ever get a "hi" "how are you doing?" I mean I don't think it's to much to ask for. And I think it's kinda rude when the employees start talking to themselves at check out and totally ignoring you. Again not even giving you the time of day. I know we all have bad days. But this happens 99% of the time I go to check out. There are a couple of employees that still have that customer service and when I see them all wait in a longer line just to be checked out by them.

I have lived out here for almost 30 years and a lot has changed, From saying goodbye too Tim to run the new one on Bryant too Garth today The girls were doing the Cancer and I had my Poquito with me and he goes crazy for him , all too this is Monique is now in Calimesia and we still have Dana. all the best Thank you Dana you are the Greatest, and our new addition to the team is Abraham. We all need to do something about the homeless people that are coming in through the store. Stealing and making our city awful to where every store is getting ripped off and this is not our town. We've always made such a pride in our town and we want it back.,

I've been going there for years and years.Everyone is helpful , the prices are better than vons down the street.The cashiers and bag people gossip to much and often are complaining about the store management, I wish I didn't have to hear about a party they went to, or what their boyfriend did or didn't do.They seldom greet the customers, because they're too busy talking to each other

Buyer beware... do not buy wood from this store... after an hour and a half of trying to get it to light it still went out... used torches, used starters... only to have my entire neighborhood smoked out... these are supposed to keep people warm not smoke up and choke everyone...

Stater Bros in Yucaipa is a great place to shop. The staff is attentive and provides friendly service. The store is well organized and there is a decent amount of aisle space. This is my go-to spot for groceries and convenience shopping trips.

Busy store, but the cashier didn't seem to care about anything except other coworkers, no greeting and when spoken to seemed annoyed. The bagger was spot on and accommodating though and even offered to help me to car. The restroom which I don't like to use, but mother nature called, was gross.

You know, I always told myself. "I like Stater Bros. because they're better than Vons and Ralphs." But you know what? I was completely wrong. They're the exact same now.Their produce has never been good. Always "ripe" when in reality, they're decomposing. Rotten. I've gotten countless rotten fruits and veggies from this place.That didn't stop me because their beef was very well priced. At first, Chuck Eye's were $2.99. Then they went up to $4.99. Now they're up to a whopping $7.99.They're greedy to the point they raised the price of water gallons from $0.99 to $1.39. Really? The water?What's disgusting is they use the tactic of gaining the consumer's trust and loyalty before completely betraying us. But of course "inflation" is the cause of the price raise. Not the greedy Stater Bros. raising the prices to take advantage and cause more inflation, right?They're just another big brand piece of trash super store. Going back to Vons now. Oh well. Not like a good thing like reasonably priced beef would last forever.NOTHING SAYS INDEPENDENCE DAY LIKE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AMERICANS, RIGHT? THANKS STATER BROS.

Stater bros is the place I always do my grocery shopping at. They have the best prices in my opinion and a good selection of food. Also friendly customer service. I would recommend coming here.

As usual Staters lives up to it's reputation. Personally I have 2 categories for grocery/chain stores. Staters would be on the side with Target 🎯. I will say that for fresh produce I was a tad disappointed compared to other stores. Although, the meat counter completely made up for it. A woman (wish I knew her name to acknowledge her) behind the counter was the only worker I could see. She was polite, courteous and lightning fast! I get stuck on bacon, she smiled and explained one of the items while the scale tossed the stickers.I guess every store has it's "things."I secretly wish they had a sushi spot like a few others.Stater Bros in Yucaipa definitely makes my life easier being only a short ebike hop. Thank you.😎

Decent prices, great selection of items and the staff does an amazing job making sure that as long as the items are available then the shelf's stay stocked. The staff themselves take time to speak to every customer as though the person actually matters and they do NOT discriminate against a person based on that person's payment methods. And actually they will ensure said person is treated with respect by others as well. The box boys, baggage clerks, whatever you may choose to call them are always courteous and helpful whether they are bagging your items or helping you to your car. I don't shop anywhere but Stater's no matter what my other options may be. Honestly my first reason for that is simple; price. Stater Bros'. prices are better then any other grocery store chain Ive been to.
