Every Friday I take my daughter and son to Yucaipa Ross. After a long hard week at school I always try to show my appreciation for my children's hard work and effort. My daughter whom is handicapped looks forward to every Friday because of this store and their employees. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. No matter my daughter's nuro difficulties the people here are always aiming to make my daughter's visit pleasant.

This store used to be well maintained with great employees. Lately, it's been very empty, disorganized, and trashy. The new employees are very sketchy and rude. They don't acknowledge the customer and gossip about inappropriate things in front of the customer. My 5, 7 and 12 yo don't need to hear about the ABC people's questionable lifestyles. I shouldn't have to leave a store having to explain to my CHILDREN how those employees live their immoral lives. I will never return to shop here and I used to go weekly. Know the community your in and hire accordingly.... it's like Ross had to meet a quota and put all of those people in one store.

I find the best prices. Levi's for $20. Nice clothes. I like the assortment of candles and tee lights. Household products are very reasonable.

The worst customer service ever! I was walking by the cashiers to see where they are and I see him by the window fixing something so I ask which register to meet him at, and he responds at register 1, but unfortunately since the people walked in the line I have to take them first!!! I cannot believe this, I work in retail and this is not how you treat your customers. Oh and the worst part the manager whose name is NORA is standing right there looking as I walk out mad?? Like really you’re a manger and you let your customer leave upset. Honestly, this is my last time coming here. Ross needs to do better hiring!!! Not to mention cashier name was DARRYL, and as I walked out them the cashier, the manager and security start laughing. Wow what a shame.

I dont know what happened here,but the store is almost empty. Before they had so much items now is just trash. The new employees are very questionable 🤔 alphabet people. Gross. Better watch your kids around them.

Ross Dress For Less always has interestingbargains on one if a kind items in housewares,mens,woman's and children's clithing,jewelry,cosmetics and much more!Lots of free parking and the staff us very friendly and helpful!

If you go with the right expectations understanding that from time to time you'll find a great product at a great price, this is a great store. If you need a specific thing a specific size, it could be a hit or miss.

There was a bio hazard in the store it was hard to breathe throughout the store. All of the customers we talked to could all noticed. The stench gave us all a headache and we abruptly left the store.

I have shopped at Ross many time...many years..But today I had a young man named Victor who was outstanding. I was looking for something that had to be exactly so many inces!. He was awesome. Found ot for me!!Outstanding employee. So polite so willing to help. Thank u Victor for being there!!

This is one of the best Ross stores in the 92399 area. It has ample parking and has been never too crowded. Good choices of clothing and all items.

Love this store, but be aware of their giant thumb tack security clips that they put right thru the middle of a shirt or dress, leaving a unrepairable hole when they remove it, in the middle of whatever you are buying. Hey Ross, try attaching these to the seam or tag inside, this is just pure laziness.

I love the Ross in Yucaipa. It's always fully stocked with the cutest clothes, purses, jewelry, etc. The prices are amazing and I shop there a lot and get lots of compliments on my clothes. I've been to some Rosses like the one in goleta and it definitely didn't compare to the one in Yucaipa so that is the only ross I can personally recommend. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it gets really busy and the lines get very long and take a while to pay for your items.

I shopped on Tuesday to take advantage of the Senior discount. I was pleased to see the store well stocked. I shopped for Fathers Day and Graduation and found some really good deals, even found myself a bathing suit. I'm happy to be able to shop locally its very convenient.

Went in for mattress pad. Very small and picked over selection. Only one king size mattress pad. Third time I stopped looking for one over a two month period. Seems they just don't carry many.

It was Ross friendly staff good prices. What I really like is the fact they will announce on the store speakers anything the shopper needs to know before you get to the check out so much better and faster when you are prepared.

This is a great place and they have great deals. I go here at least once a month just to see what things they have that are new. They have items for your home clothes shoes jackets and anything you can possibly be looking for.This is one of my favorite Ross Dress for Less stores in the Inland Empire.

I absolutely love this store! They have a little bit of everything. I always find what I'm looking for and much more, every single time. I love the variety and quality of the merchandise. Love the prices!The store is clean, well kept & organized and I've never had a problem with the staff. In fact, they've been very patient with me a few times.

One of the cleanest and most organized Ross I've ever been in!Great selection in every department, especially given they're one of the smaller locations.Lines are average but go by quickly thanks to the speedy staff here.I'm always impressed with this location.
