This grooming place is fabulous! My dogs look do handsome when they are groomed here and the staff very kind and understanding.They do excelant work and very careful with your pup? I would highly recommend them to you ! I'm sure you wouldn't bring disappointed..nothing ventured,nothing gained! So give them a try! And you'll see for your self!

Outstanding work! My 10 year old German shepherd has become a bit cranky, and didn’t do so well when we went to our long time groomer in town.We tried Pet Scene and gave a warning that she might be difficult, so I would wait in the parking lot. In by 9am and out by noon with over 2.5 hours with my dog. More than an hour brushing out her thick undercoat.This was by far the very best bath and grooming she has ever had. Came home and no piles of loose hair coming off.They are our new place to go.Outstanding staff and care from everyone.

Finally found someone to groom my little rescue dog! Took her in today, and the team was so kind and compassionate with her. She's had so many issues with other groomers and has always been returned to us shaking and anxious. She came back from here tail wagging and happy as can be!! Thank you Pet Scene 😄

I love pet scene! They have the sweetest & kindest staff. I’ve taken my 117 lb husky there for grooming and they always do just a great job + they are priced very well. My big guys groom cost $110 with de-shedding for those with XL huskies :)

My friends been taking her dog to Pet Scene since it opened and they've always always done a great job he always comes back so clean and so pretty and he loves to go there I guess because he probably gets doggie treats and they treat him like a little King. The staff is wonderful they're very nice very helpful. So if you're looking for some place to get your dog groomed I would suggest taking him or her to Pet Scene on Yucaipa Blvd.

Today was a sad day for our family.We had to put down our basset hound that was 15 yrs old. We wanted our pup to go to heaven looking his best 😔My wife called Pet Scene and was able to get an appointment same day. We have taken our pets here for a couple of years now. We got the call that he was ready to get picked up and to our surprise we were told that our pups last grooming was on them. We want to thank pet scene for such a kind gesture and for giving us one more great memory of our family dog. Thank you again because this honestly means a lot to our family!

Our Dior Belle has never had a successful grooming because of her anxiety issues until we came to Petscene. The entire staff are professional, kind, and definitely know what their are doing!

Been to a lot of various groomers, first time here. We came here because they were able to take our two fur babies the next day, unlike the others we usually go to. Let me say this: WOW! Best grooming our pups ever have had, ever! They were a mess with lots of tangled matted stickers and goat heads, they are so happy prancing about the house showing off how cute they are.

I have gone there several times without any issues, however the last time I went they had cut my dogs dew claw at the root of the nail. I did not notice the cut until I got home and there was blood all over my floors. When I went back and spoke to the owners mother she had said they said the cut wan not from them and tied to say the dog got it caught on something in the car. They tried to stop the bleeding but eventually they said I should go to the vet. I took my dog to the vet and there was was a clear laceration above the nail near the root and the vet said this regularly happens when they lift a dog's leg to cut the fur. The vet had to remove the dew claw. I took the vet bill back to Pet Scene and they refused to pay the vet bill for $274 but they did refund me the $113 for the grooming. The first time I took my dog back after the cut happened the owners mother was not helpful and was visibility getting impatient with me when I trying to see what happened and had refused to let me speak to the groomer on what happened. and said they were trying to run a business. I would recommend when you go to thoroughly inspect your dog before you leave to make sure everything is done the way you want and to check for any injuries. I am disappoint they told me to go to the vet and then refused to pay the bill, but I appreciate that they refunded the money for the grooming. I will not be going back there ever again.

Took my dog in to get groomed and the people at the front desk were very friendly and polite. Cherylann the groomer came out to meet us and we told her what we needed done. She listened and made some suggestions. She was able to get him in right away and did a great job. We will definitely go back. Thanks for the entire staff.Been taking my dogs to Pet Scene consistently and the service is great. The staff is always very friendly. Cherylann is great with our dogs and they love to have their spa day with her. Whatever I need done is always taken care of.

I took my dog here because I saw the lovely reviews. Told them my dog had never been groomed and they made an early appointment so they could ease him in, get him trimmed nice and quick. They had him in there for 6 hours. When he came back to me, he was bruised in his genitalia. Various red marks (I’m guessing from the cutters) I will not be taking my dog back.

My first time ever coming here was a delight. They took care of my golden retriever puppy and helped get him used to the groomer. I also bought them my German shepherd husky mix, she came back beautiful and happy as ever. I had such a great experience talking with the women up front who gave me some advice on my Catahoula who has anxiety. They seemed very willing to try and groom my anxiety filled pup, so the next time I came I brought all three dogs. They were all done in a couple hours and they all did great. They really took their time with my dogs and for that reason, I will come back here any chance I get. They really care about each dog and the differences between them. Such professionals and true dog people. Thank you a million times over.

Happy with Pet Scene every time I go. Today I needed a grooming last minute today or tomorrow and they took him immediately and totally unexpected. 2.5hrs later he’s finished. Plus I can pick up his frozen bones and they sell other accessories and treats. Local small businesses should never receive a bad review without the ability to fix it first. This isn’t Petsmart or Petco, they don’t staff that way and they definitely don’t have the same resources. Give them a chance and even a second chance. Have grace for people in your community. Thank you Pet Scene for the amazing service!

We took our German Shepard and Husky for de-shedding and grooming. The staff was so friendly and they did a wonderful job! I have never been able to pet either of them without a ton of hair going everywhere, but now I can. I highly recommend using them for your pet’s grooming needs.

Took my 6 month old 50lb mastiff mix puppy there for his first time ever being groomed. I thought he would be terrified but the staff was so good with him he didn't care if I was even in the room or not! I 100% reccomend this place and will continue to take my boy to them from here on out!

We love Pet Scene! They do wonderful work with our dogs and our "boys" don't seem to be traumatized by the washing and grooming as they have been in other places. The staff are really nice people and the service, excellent. I have never had a complaint about their wonderful work.

Cheryl gives my senior Golden Retriever, Mary Jane, an amazing haircut and grooming. She makes special accommodations due to Mary Jane's age (14). I truly appreciate Pet Scene! I know they treat all their clients with love and tender care.

Had dog for 5 hours just washed and drying. Did did finish grooming of cocker. Said short staffed. Didn't say that when took dog in. Charged over $10.00 than other local groomers. Not impressed. Will not go back

After being booted from a big store groomer, I didn't think I'd find anyone that could handle my stress ball Yorkie. I was wrong! A friend steered me to Petsene, and they are literally dog whisperers. I'm so grateful for their staff and the amazing work they do for my 4 legged family members!

Bonnie and her crew are the best! They have treated all my dogs so lovingly. I would not hesitate to bring your dogs here. As for the retail side, if it isn't there, they will order it for you. Support a small local business instead of the big mega-stores!

I've only had good experiences at pet scene with self serve dog grooming, and I've gone at least 5 times. The employees are very nice and helpful. I've watched how they treat the animals there and they are treated with kindness. Definitely recommend
