We've been bringing our standard poodle here for years! We started coming after another local groomer didn't groom her ears right and she ended up with an ear infection so we tried a few others and finally ended up at head to tail and haven't switched since. They allow your pet to interact with others and hibe tjem as much crate free time as possible. Not to mention they are CERTIFIED groomers! They send you appointment reminders via email and/or text and the location is beautiful. Can't say enough about them, THEY ARE THE BEST!

This groomers are very good at what they do. My dogs always look great after and i like the atmosphere of their shop. I do wish the receptionist was a little less snotty. I needed to change an appointment but still wanted to have one soon she told me there was no availability weeks and was rude when I asked if there was anyway they could fit in at least my mess of a terrier mix. Ended up going to another groomer. I didn’t feel as confident with the groomers as I do with the ones at Head To Tail. But Not sure if I will go back to Head To Tail.

I wouldn't give one star if it were possible. We brought our 8 month old puppy to be groomed, she was a happy playful pup going in, 45 minutes after getting home my puppy was in pain. Could not pick the puppy up. Puppy whimpering, could not lay down. Just stood for hours. I think our baby fell off the table or jumped and hung there by a groomers loop til rescued. On our check in the person who helped us left a dog unattended while she got our information. It's been a week of convalesing before our puppy is showing signs of feeling better.

My dog was very comfortable. When he was put in the cage he didn't whine. When I came back he was comfortable and not whining for mommy. Which wad amazing. He loved it there. They did a great job. Thank you girls.

Not a good place the very 1st visit my dog had was to get her nails done and a bathe go in the 2 ladies seemed to not want to be there then the head lady comes over and said there was something wrong with the water mind you while she was giving a dog a bath she also told me that she tried um no she did not.so she said we could come back the next day 1st impressions are everything so we did not go back!
