I was passing through on a road trip and I gotta say this is one of the worst Walmarts I’ve been to. The staff was pretty nice like my cashier Armani. Besides that, the store is dirty, no self checkouts are open unless 15 items or less, all the stuff like deodorant and cosmetics were locked off. Not a great store and feel bad for the locals practically being forced to go there since it’s one of the only bigger grocery stores in that city. Seems like bad management to me.

Customer service is completely non existent. You press the button for a locked item and nobody shows up. You ask around for help, no one has the keys. I swear the employees run away the second you ask for help. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to get 3 things. Items that say they’re in stock online are not in stock. Today I had 4 items I planned on purchasing all showing in stock, not a single item was in the store. If I place an online order for curbside pickup, employees regularly pick items in the worst condition possible with packaging that is falling apart. Their prices are not much lower than Target so it makes no sense for me to shop here.

You have to be careful the discount and clearance stuff is usually missing items they don't check returned items or open boxes they just mark them down .. might want to check the actual discount isn't the best either and get the price matching from on line to in-store it's not hard they make excuses because they don't know.. completely undertrained staff isn't the staffs fault it's the company that doesn't train properly remember that next time you want to yell at an employee they can't do anything but make sure to get the discount

I had to find an employee to find another employee who had the key to open a locked case to get a pair of jeans. Then this person wouldnt let me carry my own jeans to the checkout. I had to wait until they could find somebody to cover their station while we walked to the register like a prisoner and a CO.WALMART refuses to pay any taxes or hire enough employees to catch shoplifters, but they'll happily inconvenience a paying customer by making me wait for the great holy key-master, peace, and blessings be on their venerated name.

They treat everyone as if they are criminals and also block off self checkouts for just spark drivers. There’s no signs or anything until you walk all the way across the store to those self checkout lanes. Kind of stupid to block off six checkout lanes just for spark drivers. There wasn’t even anyone using the checkouts. One time some door person chased after me and my groceries when she literally just watched me scan everything, pay for it and put it in my newly bought ice cooler. Why would I buy bags if I just purchased an ice cooler for my frozen & cold foods? If you’re so worried about theft, hire more cashiers and make the lines shorter. Another time, a worker hovered over my while I was checking out TOLD ME to press the five stars at the end of my SELF CHECKOUT!

4/7/24 This location just gets worse and worse! SUPER inconvenient and unpleasant to shop here AND multiple workers tell us management here is super unfair and plays favorites with workers. MORE reason not to shop at this location, don't support power-hungry, greedy, selfish, heartless, managers that pretend to care only when it's convenient for them. There's lots of other places to get the same or better quality for better prices in this town! No longer shopping here, not worth it anymore.March 2024 Manager has no idea what she's doing, ever since she took over it's been consistently getting worse every year in too many ways to count! And some of her assistant managers are no better at dealing with store issues, employees, theft and customer service as well. We go here for convenience and used to spend tens of thousands a year here but we're now going to multiple other stores because this location seriously needs a management overhaul, my goodness what a waste of store space in this town.

The store is large enough to carry a variety of things. It was very clean and everybody was practicing social distancing while I was there. The bakery section was stuffed with freshly baked goodies. And the produce section was being restocked with new fruits and vegetables. The deli offers freshly prepared items made everyday. They have FACE MASKS on sale.

One of the more depressing WalmartsUpdate 6/30/2022: The place seems to be getting rundown. Items are broken and not repaired. AC seemed to be off with triple digit heat, employees and customers were sweating. Stocking occurs during the day making it difficult to navigate the aisles or find what you need. Grocery side is a joke due to being out of stock on many items.Update 10/12/19 - good luck finding the items you want at this Walmart. Uploaded pics of shelving out of stock for pain relief medicine.Past post - Store is out of stock a lot. Checkout times are long. Worse than the typical Walmart. The store is most likely out of stock of the item you want. The Linda Walmart does not have the out of stock issue line this one does.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. the person at the counter, CLAIMED to be a manager, yet has ZERO customer service or people skill at all. I had bought puppy food (at another walmart) and on my way home I received a message from my sister reminding me that that was one of the brands with a recall!! So naturally I stopped at the first Walmart I could find. And this "manager" informed me that I had to go back to the store I purchased it at, to which I replied, "no that's incorrect" and then even though I had receipt in hand showing I paid debit and cash for my purchases. She told me that she HAD TO give me a store credit, I said no I paid debit and cash so you can give me cash. She flat out REFUSED to give me cash- and I NEEDED puppy food, and every Walmart I stopped at only had that and one other recalled brand on the shelves. I explained this to her and she said again that the computer tells her what to refund and it's saying store credit. I then explained very paitently how finances and debits, and cash work, then I explained to her how HUMAN BEINGS make computers, and humans make the software that is used to operate them and how even the MOST POWERFUL computer companies in the world admit that there could be weak spots on the software or hardware- and as such they hire the world's most well known hackers to attempt to get through the firewalls and hack those computers.Also explaining to her that computers are o ly.able to do what they are commanded to do by the user (aka HER) so with that in mind, she might not want to use that excuse for her refusal to do a refund. She then attempted to argue with me stating that people do not make computers, machines do which are run by computers.I told her that she is very obviously young and also had very young parents. Because people that have been around since before the millenuim, have heard the term "CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". And while she might not be old enough yo have ever heard it, with her being a "manager" her parents certainly should have.And that I was no longer attempting to do a transaction that is above her ability level, and that I was simply trying to teach her how to work with the public in a mutually respectful manner. If she wants to be respected as a manager she needs to treat customers with respect. Because if she doesn't have customers she won't have her job. She continued to argue with me and I simply walked out.Side note because of her refusing to refund the money spent right theni had to wait 4 days for it to be processed back to my bank before I could get my puppy the food and the puppy pads he very badly needed. Now he's used to getting chicken and rice (human food) which is NOT at all what I had planned on his diet being

No cashiers !It's ridiculous! You can never find help! When you find a Walmart employee & ask for assistance, they reply with it not my department and walk away. When you do find help they are very rude. Have not seen a good employee there yet. It's very sad!

This is a super big walmart and I really like it. You can find everything there! I used to live in another city where the local Walmart was so small and you couldn't find fresh fruits and vegetables, food, etc.

Why do bathrooms at hardware stores have cleaner bathrooms than a store that has food. Maybe the customers, but if that is the case, they need to clean more often.Also, if they want us to check ourselves out, do not have someone at the door to check my receipt, I will walk right past them. If Walmart doesn't trust me, man your cash registers instead of losing positions.

Money services is ridiculous!! Like with the registers, there is only ever one employee working it with a ridiculously long line. Does management do anything about it?? No they just walk by and don't send additional help. Deserves 0 stars.

Horrible employees working here.I was legit almost ran over with a giant metal pallet a man turned into MY walking lane he was coming from customer service! Then proceeded to have the cart 6 inches from my back as I’m walking. I’m a 96 pound girl and this pallet was taller than me!I was upset and complained to the door greater and he ignored me and said “have a good day”. I went to customer service and they literally did not care. I live in Gridley and I’m telling you now! Please support any Walmart but this one’!! It’s horrible and I visit 4 different ones around me!

Very unhelpful and this store dies nor operate on wal mart company policy and procedures but they make there on rules foe exchanges. I have not brought back anything without a receipt in almost 2 years until I brought in a gift I had purchased and couldn't find my receipt and they refused to help me at all . According to WalMart policy a gift card with ID should have been sufficient. The item was $99.98. They would not even check my ID to verify I have had NO mon receipt refunds.Very disappointed I called the store several time to talk ti manager and the manager would never come to the phone and never has even returned my call

I love Walmart, Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge Parking lot for all, plenty of disabled sections. Electronic doors, yard and garden area, auto section complete service, Great variety of everything. Foods and healthy foods and beverages, takeout, clothing, shoes, electronics, sporting goods, cleaning supplies, jewelry, make up, arts and crafts, vision and pharmacy. Do it yourself check out. So much more. Today Mon.April 9th 2018 Walmart had an amazing sales on Easter Baskets, we bought most of them for our love for running the annual S.O.S.W.M.C. Rabbit Run for E.A. Foster Kids Agency. Today more Shopping.

For me I mainly go to the electronics which are near the top right far from the entrance, but overall it's pretty good, the employees are chill, one thing is during the weekend it tends to get pretty crowded. You can self checkout and there's even a McDonald's in the store which is neat, that would be all, overall a good experience

Obviously you're going to find everything you need in the store and you really can't beat Walmart prices. $$$. Its way too big. And I believe the bigger the store......the bigger their ego. Big businesses suck!!!I was looking a fuel filter for my vehicle here, but unfortunately there's not much selection. Not even a full isle dedicated to filters (that's not cool). Come on guys I thought you had everything.Walmart is a good place to shop if you need food, or something for your kitchen. It has low prices on some items but they inflate the prices on others. Everything is of good quality of course.Walmart Supercenter in Yuba City is needed in Yuba City. Other the hand, they are overwhelming. But in reality they have lost their customer service, they don't care about anything. Unless you are an Amazon Prime customer, you can order stuff have it delivered without any complications, and discomfort. The Tire Center gets the job done, but are deceiving. The store is conveniently right off the high way 20 and next to good places to eat. If you don't feel like braving the hoards of people don't shop at Walmart. It gets pretty damn busy. One more thing their parking lot sucks. They always have plenty of shopping carts. Parking is a nightmare and you may have you to question yourself if you are still wanting to shop here.
