Our primary purpose of stopping was for the diy dog wash. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful, but the dog wash was woefully lacking in some areas. We had 2 dogs. There was one clean towel left. (Told others there after us that they didn't have any more towels.) No aprons. Only one dryer had a concentrator, so it took nearly 2 hours to dry the hairiest one of our 2 dogs, despite the 4.0 hp motor of the dryers. It's vital to get our dogs dry to the skin in order to prevent hot spot sores. We are full-time travelers in our rv and rely upon these services to provide the best care we can for our dogs. The floors and grooming tables were not clean, either. So if you aren't going to provide adequate towels or equipment, please don't advertise that you do. If we had known ahead of time, we could have brought along our powerful blow dryer and the next TSC we go to, I will ask ahead of time what we need to bring of our own.

They still sell Liberty safes even after liberty admitted: 1) to having a master code that opens ALL their safes. 2) that they will happily give your safe combination to anybody who calls them and says claims to be with law enforcement.

Always pretty well stocked with the brands I use. Staff is friendly and always offers to give help out to my car. Prices are competitive. Isles are always clear and easy to maneuver the flat carts through. My only complaint is that I wish they carried a different brand of shavings. I do not like the tractor supply brand and would like more variety for this merchandise

An older woman that works there was very rude to us. We hung around & waited for the baby chicks to arrive. She came to see if we needed help & when we told her she told us about the 90min process they go through before they can be sold. I totally understand they have a process but I then told her they should make sure everyone knows that so misinformation isn’t given & customers aren’t sitting around waiting. She treated me as if I was telling her I didn’t care about the process & I wanted my chicks now. I work in food & beverage so customer service is very important to me. She did not care that we were waiting an hour already. A simple “I apologize ma’am I’ll make sure our staff know the procedure so that this doesn’t happen again” is all I needed. Instead I was treated as if I was a problem.

Store manager, TJ, is amazing! I had an issue that crossed state lines and TJ was extremely helpful. He followed up with me throughout the process and made sure that I was taken care of. His customer service skills are phenomenal and I cannot express how thankful I am that TJ made sure that everything was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, TJ. You are a definite asset to the TSC team.

I've lived in this area pretty much all my life and by far tractor supply exceeds and meets my needs for my animals. The manager here is Great....Shelia is a Definite Leader and a Good example of perfect customer service! I could name a lot of other people in here that have been extremely helpful, & patient with ALL of their customers but I specifically wanted to let y'all know Shelia is My Favorite 🏼💯 This is the best place in town!!!! Large or small animal needs and then some here. Support our local businesses that are part of Yuba city's long time heritage 🤠

How's about everything you need for your pets and livestock fencing and gate for your life stop plenty of pet food and some outdoor stuff for like your vehicles tool boxes I like going in there at least find something I like they're closed they have quite a bit of western clothing and work clothing but they were a little light on the boot selection they said they can't get any hardly and they only had like four pairs of different booth in stock a little bit pricey but some of the stuff you have to get it there nobody else carries it but they have good sales so I bought my dog crate on sale for a real good price I recommend going at least once to check it out I think you'll like it

We stop at every tractor supply store we pass and this is by far the best one we've been to. The staff were all very friendly from the minute we walked through the door. Clean and well maintained store! Will definitely go back.

What a scam...they asked me to give a review and when I was honest they refused to publish it. They are stacking good reviews and deleting bad ones. Buyer beware!Review-Super cute- Super cute and a great size too!About 12 inches tall with a soft flickering glow. Great price too! The only thing I didn't like was the store canceling my order when they didn't really have it in stock as stated. They could have switched it to ship to store instead. I had to re place my order. Not very customer service friendly...

First time to the store was impressed with it's general store vibe. You need it they just might have from clothing to tools BBQs and animal food and especially medication including vaccines for cats dogs horses and more. Went for vaccine for kitten they had them where others did not

Had an absolutely ridiculous interaction with Marissa . She called the cops on me and my 5 year old after her and one of her employees We're belittling me as the Coleman motorcycle inside of the store Was full of gas and started when we pulled the cord. I certainly did not expect it to start But also did not expect them to be rude and condescending towards me and my 5 year old. I did not accept this and when I asked why they were acting this way they said they would just call the cops on me Which they did. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate. I had several items in my hand I was trying to purchase but had to leave when they asked me to leave and said they were calling the cops which they picked up the phone and proceeded to call the police. I will be following up with corporate and the owner of the store as well. I purchase a lot of products for my business from this store and I think it's absolutely appalling that people are treated this way. When someone disagrees with you you instantly jump to just calling the cops on them how disgraceful. I am a director at a hospital as well as run my own sawmill business, This was absolutely humiliating for me and I will be requesting a form of apology.

Always love shopping here. Wish they had a bigger plant/tree selection and wish they carried feeds that other TS supply stores (within a 60mi radius) carry. I.e. the Purina pro (18%) rabbit feed.

I love tractor supply but their prices don't make them very competitive. It's sad Because I'd buy more from them, if they were a little more competitive.. It's not a matter of quality because I can pick up some of the same quality goods at lower prices.

And then she explained the difference between the two kinds that they had and made a recommendation as to which one fit the application that I needed it for.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!! I placed an online order for 2 (5-gallon parts washers fluid) on Saturday 10/23/21. Got the confirmation number saying my order will be ready on Monday 10/25/21. On Tuesday I get an email saying my order has been picked up. So I called the yuba city Tractor Supply for information regarding the order pick-up details. To my surprise, no one at the store including the management had an idea about it. I gave my name, order number, and phone number so I can receive information on the refund process. On 10/26/21 I called around 6 pm asking someone to assist me with finding or requesting a refund on my order. I was told I would get a call back on 10/27/21 from the store manager so they can review the security footage. After receiving no call the following day around 1 pm I decided to give the store another call, again I was told to call back the following day because the store manager was not in. This is probably the worst experience I had with online ordering.
