Nice lady helped me at the customer service center. Bought orange tree and some strawberries and other plants today for my daughter's bday. So many fruit trees and flowers and vegetables for the garden.

I would have gave more stars cause there is some good employees like Bob in lumber great guy but I had to use the restroom and the toilet that was open had poop all over the seat the wall and the toilet paper dispenser so I went to use the single male or female restroom while the guy who is supposed to clean the restroom is to busy on his phone he stops me from using it I tried to explain to him the situation but he spoke no English and still wouldn't let use the only open restroom THAT IS DISCRIMINATION!!!! Hire people who can at least speak our national language I'm sure nothing will be done about it nothing new all about that dollar screw the people keep your doors open rite

I am not sure if they are understaffed but i have tried on few different occasions to get Customer Service on the phone and it just rings and rings and rings and nobody ever picks up. I’ve tried different days. I’ve tried different times customer services my opinion key point to keeping your business alive that is not only in the store but outside the store you might want to, think about opening another position

Came to Home Depot tonight to look for a piece of wood for our fence to help keep our new puppy safe in our yard. Nate was amazing helping us find some wood, very helpful! Great service. And Edward was great checking is out. Amazing service tonight. Glad we stopped by Home Depot! Will definitely come back soon.

I would strongly advise against using the curbside pickup service at Home Depot in Yuba City. My recent experience was incredibly frustrating. After arriving at the store, I parked my truck and promptly submitted a request for my items to be brought to spot 1 in a white pickup. Believing I had some time, I went inside to quickly purchase trash bags. In just 7 minutes, I had completed my purchase and returned to my truck, only to find that my online order had not yet arrived.After waiting an additional 20 minutes in my truck with no sign of my order, I decided to go inside the store and inform the help desk of the issue. They mentioned that my order hadn't registered on their phones for pickup, even though their computer indicated it was ready. They directed me to the pro side, instructing me to wait for someone to bring out the items. Unfortunately, after another 25 minutes, no employee appeared with my two countertops.Frustrated, I went inside again to seek an update. I was assured that someone would be coming out soon. I even inquired if I could carry my own items out. Another 10 minutes passed before I finally received my items. In total, I endured 55 minutes of waiting. In retrospect, it would have been more efficient for me to go inside and pick up the items myself.As a loyal customer who spends over thousands annually at this Home Depot, this has been an incredibly disappointing and inconvenient experience. I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the curbside pickup service.

Worst service ever. I can't believe that they've locked up Allen wrenches. Why don't you lock up a generators or why don't you figure out a way to check receipts like Costco at the door not going back?

The Appliance Department customer “service” representative named Neal: surprisingly incompetent, awfully rude, and plain unclever. There must be a very, very serious shortage of labor force to hire a person like him.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Employee had no idea what too do when picking up online order, printed put papers had me sign but then couldn't find the products and after 20 minutes of standing there told me sorry we can't find them. Most unprofessional and obviously untrained staff I have dealt with.

Don't buy anything from home depot atleast not without inspection every nook and cranny. Got a door that cost 400 dollars and the entire frame assembly fell apart, the hinges dont line up, aren't even and they didnt even put all the screws in the hinges. A drunken monkey can do better, save yourself time and money and build it yourself! Youll be much happier that way.

I couldn't find a product, so I asked a clerk who was walking with another clerk who she was training for help she said she would send someone! Waited 15 minutes, and no help came. I asked her again and waited 10 minutes. Again, no help came. Finally I went to a different aisle and again couldn't find the product I was searching for so I used my cell phone to call the store to send me help. As I was on the phone, I saw the clerk training with her trainee walk by AGAIN! She sees me and I asked her if she got me help? Her reply, oh, let me call someone! I tell her never mind that I am calling management for help right now and show her my phone. I informed management how I was ignored. I understand training, but customer service comes first. Home Depot is used mainly for repair items, not a store for leisure shopping most of the time. It is so vital to many to get in, find the product, and get out! Because they are repair persons or buying for a repair person. So time is money! So helping customers should be a priority!!

Got some great prices on paint! Very friendly staff most the time there's a few people there that current very helpful or knowledgeable or friendly for all that matter we focus on the ones that are.Update: I went back in because I felt that I had chosen just a slightly too light of blue color and was I so happy to have Michael in paint take care of me. I don't think they get many requests for this and he hesitated for just a second but then was totally reassuring and said he would be able to do this! He did a fantastic job and apparently did the math in his head about the previous color components versus the color that I would like and just made small adjustments to the machine and put in the correct amount of pigments and voila! amazing! Thank you Michael! Management should be very happy with you running the paint department! I also was able to watch you handle other customers and you're very friendly and fast!

Largely not a fan of warehouse businesses, but this particular home depot is nice. Knowledgeable staff are on hand, and friendly. I'd give 5 stars but when calling the store expect frustration. This location is all around great, and what deals they have. I was going to buy the pictured socket set for $130.00 which is a good deal but I went in today to find on sale for $99.00! Incredible!

They delivered the wrong sliding door. We had to repurchase the correct item again and pay in full since there was a whole in the house. After a week we still hadn’t received a refund so we called and they insist we need to go in in person to get a refund.

Good place to get your building materials and cleaning supplies tools and accessories for all home and garden supplies the only beef i have with home Depot is scattered plumbing parts all over the store and almost everything. Takes more time to locate what you need to get and the employees there don't have a clue were the things you need are if it's not there department. I highly recommend to management to have all. Employees work every department they have so employees can be sure we're to send they're customer.

This place is an entire block wide, and the staff are very friendly and actually help me find what I was looking for, saved me from not having a crisis in the garden section.. and probably my whole day because I suffer from disabilities that confuse me sometimes!

I like Lowes Veteran parking and the Ace in Marysville for expertise, the HD is the closest and usually cheapest but lately the store leaves aisles closed for hours. No forklift work being done. You want 4x4s, or trim go somewhere with open aisles. It's like they finally stopped staff from leaving 15 or 20 carts loaded in the aisles and instead now just close the aisles.

my experience with home Depot is okay they have a really nice manager his name is Greg there that was super nice to me walk with me around the store helped me get what I needed..... They didn't have the soil I needed but I was helped in getting an alternative.some of their employees are just too young I feel and too inappropriate and don't value customers and how they feel....answers like I don't know and I'm not sure as well as I don't think so, are not good enough for me if you don't know please find someone that does know. Thank you Greg for being such a sweet person.

Project: Air BnbRe: ReturnsI went back and forth 2 times and given Im 45 minutes away and each time loaded and uploaded a Uhaul truck. Home Depot has failed us for the last time. First off, it took almost two hours to purchase and schedule a delivery and installation at the store. We bounced from the appliance terminal to waiting in line at the customer service area to go back to the appliance terminal. We finally got everything squared away two hours later for a delivery date and time that was 7 days out. Or so we thought…Fast forward 7 days later…we waited all morning for the delivery call. Disclosure: We were told that sometimes they do not call. We are checked online for delivery status. Status says, “five stops away.” Keep in mind, I had to take off work this day to expect this delivery and install. We finally found a number to contact regarding the delivery. After trying to call three times to only be hung up on, we try via text. And this is their response: “…it appears there was a shipping delay and they did not receive your washer in time for the delivery today…your delivery can definitely be re-scheduled to the earliest date available of June 23rd,” which is another 7 days from now.We have been without a washer for almost 2 weeks now and will be without one for at least another week. That’s if Home Depot doesn’t fail us again.Our Solution (not Home Depot’s solution)…I call Lowe’s, which is right across the street in our town. I found the washer item number online. They check the item number and tell me they can deliver it in 6 days. I proceeded to express my frustration with Home Depot and my dilemma of being without a washer already for almost two weeks. Lydia, the very nice and empathetic representative on the phone understood my frustration and dilemma. She did a delivery override and just like that we are getting the same washer delivered tomorrow. AND! This was all done over the phone, within 20 minutes. Full disclosure: it did take two tries calling Lowe‘s because the first one kept ringing for 15 minutes and just hung up.I will update if the delivery doesn’t happen tomorrow. Even if it doesn‘t, it just blows my mind how two similar stores, set right across the street from each other can provide such a big gap in their customer service expectations. Nevertheless, we will never, NEVER, be shopping at Home Depot again. Thanks for reading.

Home Depot. Great place to go shopping for your home needs mechanic needs but anything they are very helpful especially now that I'm handicapped. I need something. I will usually call it in and they will deliver. Usually takes a day or two or I could do curbside and they will bring it out to my car in the parking lot. The prices are great, very competitive and the people that work there the staff. They are very experienced and very knowledgeable and very friendly and willing to help.

I went there for outdoor plumbing items for a drip system. I got excellent assistance with everything needed and help with my ideas.I also ordered 2 ceiling fans w/lights and remotes online and used Curbside Pickup. I was impressed with how easy it was and how quickly they brought out and loaded my items. They were very courteous also!👍👍👍👍
