This place is always dirty, shelves not stocked, limited selection on a lot of things. They always send out surveys bur never change anything. I only come here when I absolutely have to. Otherwise I do all my shopping at Costco now.

was in the electronics department needed assistance to get something that was locked up , a girl by the name erica came over but had a nasty attitude and face i’m sorry you work there maybe find something that makes you happy. Don’t often go to target but this just made me not want to go at all. Other Cashier who rung me up over at electronics was however really nice.

I have been to some pretty bad neighborhood target stores and none of them were nearly as filthy as this store in a small town. I get that the clientele is horrible but you have to clean up the store. Every isle was littered with trash like empty cups, sticky soda, food wrappers, chewing gum, etc. Some isles were so dirty I didn’t even want to purchase the items sitting on the shelves. To make matters worse the store is poorly stocked and online stock is never correct. I can’t imagine this store staying in business.

Awful lines. No staff or management with line snaking to deli area. Staff ignored problem. Arguments were breaking out because people couldn’t figure out where the line was and was cutting in front of elderly and anyone who didn’t object. Self serve guy was friendly to most but rude when I didn’t realize the register didn’t take cash. Half of the registers didn’t or weren’t operating. Worse experience in that store since it was built. It is obvious that the customer can pack sand. Don’t tell me to have a good day condescending as I leave.

Great store, always clean and smells great inside. I can always easily find what I'm looking for and the employees are friendly and helpful. Really love the men's shaving section and all the supplies to choose from.

The store pickup team will lie about items being out of stock just to spite you if you shop there often enough. Bad customer service and unwilling to help customers

Excellent selection of all types of items. From food products to clothing, kitchen, electronics, camping, toys and so much more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, restrooms, changing rooms, very large parking structure, electronic door opening. Quick food stand and a Starbucks inside front of store.

This is my local Target and I feel like the dollar spot is not always carrying the new items other Targets have, although I usually have a great experience with employees going above and beyond for me! If there is something in the back that is not on the shelves they take the time to get it for me. This past weekend Doreen was very kind and found an item I wanted. I was about to leave without buying anything yet because she took a moment to find the item I ended up making my purchase. Not always happy with the stock available but mostly very happy with the target team!

Trash, terrible customer service. They couldn't adjust the price of an item that I purchased recently. I told them okay then I would return it and purchase it but the supervisor in charge seems she didn't want to do anything and she seemed tired. TARGET SHOULD PUT PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK. Very bad experience Victor was no help as a manager very unprofessional. Had to go to three different staff to try to find out a price. Victor did not want to help me at all until I went up to customer service asking for the store managers phone number. Then he decided to tell the associate on the radio to go ahead and give me 30% off. Wow thanks after being upset and then pissing me off and not help me great customer service and wasting my time because they didn't have the price on it. When I asked for the store managers phone number is when he wanted to do something. I could go on and all the long lines that were going on as well looks like he was doing a great job that's enough keep up upsetting customer.

Love it when I'm there for a handful of items and there are no checkout lines open. The only lines open are self-checkout. You guys realize anything with alcohol or that's considered "medicine" has to have an employee number, right? No? Cool, every time I come in and am ready to check out, if there are no cashiers available, I'll just leave the stuff. I am not using self-checkout. They are NOT for the "customer's convenience." Hire more people or put more people on the register. It's not that hard.

The employees never answer the customer service line and when they do they hang up. I have had issues in the past placing orders for pick up in the past but this time really grinds my teeth. The three females working the pick up counter gave me the wrong lids to my plastic tubs and I had my twins with me and the whole point I had a pick up order was to make my life easier. These women were not only disrespectful but also condescending to me and had me go all the way to the back to pick up my lids from isle C.

In times where inflation and price gouging should be illegal, Target should offer more incentives for people. You should want people to shop there over other businesses. Up the points earning some. I am a shopper who values companies that offers points or incentives, the more I earn, and able to use, the more likely I am to shop there frequently.

The bra section in this Target is a nightmare.!! Thought I would be able to run in to grab a strapless bra for my trip but it was so hard to find a strapless bra ,I had to dig through so many regular bras just to find ONE .And ended up with the wrong size 😭 Please fix this section of your store .I love Target and the rest of the store seems fine however a tornado went through the bra/ underwear section

I like using curbside pick up at Target because it is easy and only cost $1.00 or $2.00 depending on were you live.That is pretty good for personal shoppers that bring it out to your car.I have always had a good experience at my store.In and out with in 5 minutes in most cases.

Dear management,Hire enough staff to care for your store. Order product and display it properly. Just checked my receipt, and was charged for a shirt that was not placed in my bag. $8.00 extra for your store!!The reviews are accurate regarding the mess in every department. I like shopping at Target, but will not be returning to this location.Several items on my list were not purchased because of the disarray.Husband waited in the parking lot and told me many people walked out of the store empty handed.

Went inside butte house rd Target..new remodeling for me .Looked awesome. Nice double stones tosed by having Starbucks inside .Target allows me 1 stop to have two different stops in one place .Target was fully stocked on men's white undershirt by Hanes. I also notice employee's in each section cleaning, stocking, nobody standing around on clockI really appreciate this.Never know you will need an associateButte house Target will definitely please .

My review is mixed...I give 1 start to Target ordering online as a whole. I placed an order for pickup with a 2 hour window. I arrived after 3 hours; and was told that the store was a day behind on their orders. The associate recommended that I return later that night or the next day. I drove nearly 40 minutes to get there, so I was unable to do that. I would have gone inside, but I was currently isolating.The manager at this location (Yuba City) is Target's only saving grace. I give Cynthia 5 stars! I was distraught because I NEEDED diapers for my son. She had compassion, and brought me diapers. Although I didn't get my order filled, Cynthia did what she could and fulfilled the one item I desperately needed. THANK YOU Cynthia for being an awesome human being!In addition, I contacted Target customer support, as they need to be filtering the overflow. They just apologized. They didn't really understand what I was trying to say, I think it was a language barrier. That was so frustrating. Target needs to work on this overload they are putting on the stores.Again, if it weren't for Cynthia, I would not return. I hope Target recognizes her for a job well done.

Target used to be the place to go. Attentive workers, stocked shelves, quick lines. The last year this target has gone downhill significantly. Always short staffed, shelves are damn near bare. Majority of the Employees that are there are either rude or clearly overworked and frustrated running ragged. Seems like a clear management issue to me. At this point I’ll just go to Walmart it’s the same situation but cheaper and they have more self checkout lines.

I came in when Target opened at 8 am to buy Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. There were supposed to give us an exclusive Zelda hip pack with the purchase but I was told they didn’t get the shipment of the item. They told me to call later and they would honor the item with my receipt when the shipment came in. They gave no approximate timeframe of the shipment or when to call back..I called in the following day and they told me I was given wrong information the day before and that they did have the shipment but it was in a box somewhere in their stockroom… they then told me they no longer have the item and they gave them all away already… I feel so wronged.. this target is the worst…

Target promises completed order ready for pick up within 2 hours! However, for the past couple of months, it has taken more than 8-12 hrs. When I call to ask why my order cant be ready in that time frame, or at least the same day when I place an order at 10am, I get the excuse that they are short staffed. Not to mention the lack of concern for the needs of pick up orders in the same day. The response has been "I can come inside and pick up my order myself from the shelves" if I need it the same day. Really?! If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't be using the pick up order option. Some customers cant walk well or are sick or just don't like to be in public, maybe in isolation or quarantine. Since this has been the "normal" excuse now for the past couple of months, I would think that Target would hire more help and try harder to commit to the Target promise of order completion within 2 hours, or at least in the same day. Target is a huge corporation and should have no issues hiring more help to accommodate the hours and dramatic increase in pick up orders as needed.
