Hands down one of the best places for chicken feed in all of Marysville and Yuba city. It's not only the best price but it is some of the best quality chicken feed out there. There was a lot of people having issues with their chickens laying when they were feeding them big box store branding chicken feed but I never once had that issue especially since the feed at the store is from a relatively local farmer from what I understand. They also have some of the best prices for Pine shavings and alfalfa. They also have a really good selection of chicks during chick season. My son absolutely loves the little red electronic course that's in the store. And they also have puppy shots available

I love this place. Quality merchandise, super friendly staff, the warehouse guys will load your stuff right into your vehicle.I would give 5 stars, but I've never been there where there wasn't a cop waiting to extort people who mess up the ridiculous driveway situation created by the bridge street renovation.I dont go into the store as often as I would like to because I'm unwilling to deal with armed highwaymen when I'm just trying to get a fishing license or a box of decoys.

I was very impressed with the help at Orchard Supply. There was a horticulturist that help you find out what you need for your lawn to keep it pristine. I was very happy with the few times I have been there, just started going in the last month or so. Prices are great and so are the people that work there.

Love this store. They have so many different things. Lots of options from domestic animals to show animals! They have clothing, guns, waders, plants, seeds, feed, treats, leashes, medicine for all sorts of animals. They even have chics....

Staff were friendly and willing to help. They have good deals on pretty much anything you need. It's nice to find a shop that sells farming things as well as hunting gear.

I love this place. It makes braving the endless construction on Bridge Street worth the effort. The staff are extra helpful and patient.The guys in the warehouse area are great they'll put your order right in your vehicle for you.

I went in to purchase a firearm when I got in the gunroom I said hello to the lady behind the counter she ignored me right off the back. I got no help or acknowledgement she was too busy talking about personal problems to a guy that was not her husband from what I heard.Interesting place of business I will not be returning and I do not recommend the gunroom unless you're okay with hearing about someone's C-section talk lol.

This place is my go to gun store. They pretty much get anything you ask for. Long as it's Cali legal. They don't have much to show and tell, but they can get what your heart desires. And the stuff they do have is top notch. This is a serious place for hunters. I don't I just shoot for fun at the range. I only buy my guns from here, they prices are cheaper then anywhere. Will I am not sure about Sacramento prices, but then again I don't want to drive out there when I can get what I want right here.The store is at a weird location parking can be a pain. But once you figured how things work you will be a happy camper.The staff is very nice and helpful. Always smiling and saying hello.I recommend this place. 👍💪

Always a pleasure to visit SOS. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, although recently my visit I noticed a newer employee in the store that seemed like he really didn't want to be there. A short little guy early 20's thin beard brown hair. He was working the firearms counter and was very occupied with his phone, so much so he seemed bothered by my asking questions. It was a stark contrast to what I'm used to seeing there. Hopefully he finds a place elsewhere to work better suited to his liking. That store is to good to have a disgruntled little guy detracting from its overall awesomeness.

I've had differing experiences coming in here. I have bought a lot of farm supplies and outdoor equipment with no issues. The floor staff are always very courteous and helpful.Purchasing a gun at SOS was a different experience altogether. Went in knowing which gun I wanted and having already verified that they had one in stock. The young man behind the counter was negligent and discourteous to my friend and myself. When I finally got him to actually bring me the gun, he rung me up for a more expensive gun, with more features than the one I was purchasing. My friend pointed this out to him and he proceeded to argue with us. In the end, a very helpful woman came over to complete the transaction and we had no other issues. Not sure if it was just an off day for the gentleman as I normally get great service there.

Very nice people, the young blonde lady who helped me was very pleasant and easy to talk to. When I asked specific questions regarding feed for my chickens she knew exactly what I was asking and had all the answers I was looking for. SOS is luck to have such good employees.

Don't be fooled by the look from the street, they have a lot of items to choose from. Service is always great. Love that I can buy vegi seeds in bulk for my garden. Best prices in Yuba/Sutter for firearms. My daughter loves the old school, storefront, coin op horse ride they have. One of the owners always come and visits with my daughter every time we come in.The negative reviews are related to one person and in no way reflect the rest of the crew. I've had the same problem but I just deal with the people I like and all is well. The rest treat my wife, daughter and I like family.

Went with a friend that was looking to buy something and I was pretty amazed at all the variety of quality product there. And the customer service was a breath of fresh air. Although I wouldn't go there to buy garden plants. The ones they do have look pretty haggard.
