This face says it all! I wish that I had a before photo to compare. I was so nervous to bring this princess in but there was no need! Kai did an amazing job with my special senior and most importantly made her feel like a new dog!

I would rate the service as 10 stars if possible. My dog absolutely loves coming to see his groomer and is super excited when we pull up in the parking lot.

Poor Groomer customer service We are a regular customer to Petco and I had an appointment at 8:30 am and was not the appointment was 8:15 am She takes it out on the customer. If is is not just about 15 minutes I fear what you do to other pet owners animals if you get easily angry. I dont mention who you are or how you groom hair but you hurt Petco when we spend 100s of dollars a month there at yuba city petco not just a regular grooming with tips. If you can't handle good paying customers you need to find a different line of work.

They never listen to what the customer has to say and always go the different direction, if a dog has been here numerous times as a groomer they should get an idea of how to help make a great cut, they speak in a very rude tone.
