Melissa is the best! I’ve taken my 3 pups to her for over 8 years now. She is amazing with all of them and always does what’s best for them. She truly loves dogs and it shows. She’s very knowledgeable about different dog breeds and what they need done. She is a funny, smart, professional business owner. We are thankful for her and all she has done for our fur babies!

Melissa has been grooming my family’s dogs for years. It’s obvious that she loves the dogs she works with, it’s not just a job.She always asks my how I want my Shi Tzu cut. She informs me of issues immediately. She recommends at home grooming suggestions. My dog jumps into her arms and enjoys the time she is with Melissa. Shi Tzu dogs require a lot of grooming. I’m lazy, so I make sure to take her to Melissa every two to three weeks to avoid matty hair.My 13.5 year old lab had joint issues and was very sensitive to sounds before he passed. Melissa continued working with him. She accommodated his needs. He still enjoyed his time with her. This was great news because he was an English lab who shedded A LOT. She always made sure to get rid of a lot of that unwanted hair.I moved two hours away. I tried groomers closer to home. After some bad cuts, a dry bath, and a traumatized dog I started driving two hours to have Melissa groom my dog.I would not go anywhere else.

If u want to pay for fleas n have ur dog groomed to their liking then this is the place for u. Not an opinion but a FACT. 1 complaint about fleas n doing ur own cut, than 2, wow really sucks but 3 n more, it’s probably you, time to look in the mirror. And this is why they have reviews so u can’t sweep it under the rug with ur fleas

I have been taking my dog to this establishment for 10 years and have frequent standing appointments (poodle maintenance). I'm always greeted warmly and my groomer is very communicative with me regarding my dog's grooming and styling. I have full and complete trust in my groomer! I highly recommend!

Overall it took nearly 4 hours for them to finish up grooming my dog and his hair was cut wayyy to short (not what i asked for). What really makes this a 1 star is how my dog now has a rash and has been itchy since his appointment they must have not cleaned their clippers / equipment. My poor baby has NEVER had flees before, we usually take him to another groomer at a different location and he comes back looking great and we have 0 complaints but this time when he came back from Miss Charlotte's Pampered Pets, he came back with flees. They must've had him around other dogs or must've used unsanitized equipment. I am beyond disappointed considering we paied nearly $80 for a cut and a shower. My little baby boy is in pain itching ever since his appointment.

DO NOT COME HERE ! It was my first time coming to this establishment and can I just say.... Im extremely disappointed with my experience. My dog came in with long beautiful hair and I just wanted a simple trim. After waiting a few hours for my dog (which I found strange), he comes out nearly shaved. I maintain my dogs fur to make sure there is no matting so this was completely unnecessary. Not only this but once I got home I saw he was scratching and when I examined him closer I realized he had FLEAS ! I have 2 inside cats as well as my shih szu and none of them have had fleas before. I take proper care of my animals to make sure nothing like this happens but now not only do I need to give my dog a flea bath but both my cats as well.

Best dog grooming place in Yuba city! Highly recommend Miss Charlotte’s pampered pets if you need your dog groomed. All the girls are very nice and will take great care of your dogs.

Thank you thank you thank you Regina John’s. For loving my baby girl Bernie and taking such great care of her. For teaching me how to truly care for A Labordoole, due too her hair is being so special. it is not like a normal hair or dog hair. For loving on her during her cycles and becoming one of our family. I am so glad Jenifer referred me to you. I won’t ever take my Bernie girl anywhere else.

Have taken my foster pups there for the last couple of years. Regina is awesome. Mine are senior pups...she is so patient with them as they have a hard time standing. Highly recommend Regina for all of your grooming needs.

Cheyenne is a wonderful groomer. Very friendly with animals. Takes good care of animals while in her care. My dog always comes home happy. Does well with communication for appointments.

I called this business twice. Once to ask about prices and once to make a 3oclock appointment for a nail trim with buff. They confirmed the price at 20$ and the time at 3. We arrive around 3:02 and then we're unable to find the door because they have no signs, we finally found the door at about 3:05. My husband, my dog, and I walk in and an older woman behind the counter immediately stands up and storms over. She loudly askes "and what time did we say?!" I replied "oh I know it was supposed to be 3 sorry we're a bit-" she immediately cuts me off to loudly say "2:30" I confused said "No, 3". She rudely replies "2:30." I start to object and she cuts me off to say it's fine and slams a paper in front of me. Once I start filling the paper out she FINALLY looks over her counter, sees my dog is not whoever she was expecting at 2:30 and immediately turns to someone else and tells them to handle us. As she was away she says "didn't mean to accost you" I replied "well you kind of did" and her excuse, "well, it is Friday" never apologized.My dog finally has her nails trimmed and brought out. I had the girl my debit card and she hands it back saying cash or check only. I spoke to them twice on the phone and they didn't think to mention that, they have NO signs up saying cash only. We paid and left and do not intend to go back. OH AND MY DOGS NAILS WEREN'T BUFFED 🙃

Mercedes is AMAZING with dogs. My sheltie is hard to groom and she does a wonderful job with her. Shelties are a hard breed to groom properly and very extensive. I highly reccommend her and her coworkers.

Bethany groomed our dog and she did a wonderful job! She cut her exactly how we had asked. At pick up she asked to make sure it was what we wanted or if she wanted us to have her cut anywhere else. *Don't forget cash or check only. We had to leave to go find an ATM.

I am really not one to complain or review anything but I have taken my dog to Cheyenne a few times and she does a fine job grooming, It is her professionalism that needs some serious improvement. We confirmed a appointment with a possibility of an early cancelation for a earlier date. When she text me that the cancelation was confirmed and I didn't respond right away, she went ahead and changed the appointment without my consent. There was a few other things that were just things you don't do in customer service. This was just the catalyst that made me end my services with Cheyenne. Her response to me is exactly what I am talking about. I would not even wrote this review if she responded differently.
