Excellent experience with technicians Bill and Dustin! They arrived on time, were conscientious about covering their work boots, and clean up. Bill thoroughly explained the issue with the part in our heating system that required replacement. He had the part available, so we didn’t have to wait on an order. They were efficient and effective. The house is warm and cozy again! We signed up for the bi-annual maintenance for peace of mind and because it just made sense.

Can’t say enough great things about this business! I tried to replace my own thermostat but unfortunately missed a step and my a/c would not turn on. I called Beaver Heating & Air to fix the problem. The woman on the line was so sweet and tried to help troubleshoot over the phone but unfortunately, it was still not turning on so she had to send out a technician. This was in the middle of summer 2023 so they were overwhelmed with business. They were booked out for weeks and weren’t sure if they could get me in any time soon so they let me know they would call me back if they had any cancellations. To my surprise, I received a phone call later that day, letting me know that a technician was available to come after hours if I was interested. The technician that arrived was actually the owner of the company, and he was great! He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was so kind and professional even though I’m sure he was exhausted. Soon after I had another technician from the same company come out to do maintenance on my a/c unit and he was great as well. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and they didn’t try to overcharge me. They seemed like they genuinely cared, which is so hard to find nowadays. I would 100% recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Bill from Beaver Heating & Air was a perfect professional! He made sure to explain everything to us as first time homeowners, explained how the ongoing maintenance will work so they can continue to support us and give us peace of mind, and even showed us things to keep an eye on in between maintenance appointments. It's such a relief to have experts in our corner! Even though our system is quite old, they'll be able to keep us up and running for quite a while still and have the experience to recommend the best new system to upgrade to when the time comes. Do yourself a favor and ask for Bill when you're booking an appointment. He's the best!

Excellent customer service, all around. I called for a maintenance appointment on my 23 year old A/C unit and they were able to come out the same day. The technician Marlon did a quick and thorough job performing the maintenance and explained it all thoroughly. I'm hopeful that my A/C unit has many more years of life left in it. A+++

Bill came to do a maintenance service and was amazing! He showed me everything that needed to be repaired and the upfront cost prior to deciding. He was very educational in showing me how parts were supposed to be working. He was fast and efficient and very friendly! Highly recommend him! Beaver Heating and Air installed my New HVAC System. I am extremely pleased with my new system. Their installers were professional, fast, and friendly. Richard also never pressured me to purchase a new system, However, my old system needed over $1,000 in repair so I felt it would be better to invest into a new system given my old system was over 23 years old. I love how Richard said he didn’t want to pressure me into a new system and that they could repair the old one. They have fixed and serviced my unit for the last three years. I was also impressed by the comments from the independent company worker that tested the ducts. He stated that Richard was one of the most honest and the best at what he does. Marlon was able to come out within an hour of calling when our heater was not working correctly on a cold winter day. He immediately knew what the issue was and was able to fix it and thoroughly inspect our unit for any other issues. He explained what he found and how the unit worked and didn’t try to upsell or add anything additional to our visit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

He kept us apprised of what he found and how our furnace was functioning as he performed the service. This is an excellent company. I called early before they opened at 9:00 on Saturday and got a call back right away from Richard who was able to come to my house right away. That had to be the best service call I have ever experienced. He showed me exactly what was malfunctioning on the A/C unit and got it up and running within a half hour. Very pleasant, courteous, informative, and professional. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning services. They also have a maintenance plan that is worth having.

Had my first maintenance check on my furnace today with Marlon the technician. Super experience! He was very courteous and knowledgeable, we chatted through most of his visit as he went to great lengths to explain to me the checks he was performing and the status of my furnace. I also had an issue with a dead critter in the attic near the furnace which is right above our master bathroom and the smell was atrocious. Marlon went above and beyond in helping to locate the cause and remove the dead critter and soiled insulation. Marlon was a total professional throughout the visit and what a nice change of pace it was to have a company make a service call and make sure that the customer is totally satisfied with all their concerns met, without quibbling about whether or not they were obligated to go a little beyond the scope of their visit or not. Beaver has my business, and if the other technicians are of the caliber that Marlon is, which I am willing to bet they are, then I certainly look forward to future visits and hassal-free climate control.

Talk about great customer service …Dustin and Bill arrived with a smile and ready to take on whatever might be the problem with our HVAC. They wasted no time and were so respectful of our home always putting on their booties even when we told them they didn’t have to. (they were going in and out a lot.) We just had a new unit installed in August and had not used the heater until recently. We could not figure out why our thermostat was not working correctly and why the heater would not turn on. Dustin came out to the house and was able to figure out what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. Poor guy had to go out in the rain to do it. Exceptional service as usual.

Highly recommended!UPDATE JULY 22, 2023System has been flawless since fresh complete install was done by Cyrus, Saylas and crew! These peak weekends of 111* highs outside and 83* inside with system off. Coming home with it autoset 10 minutes prior, the Trane Dual Stage System easily got it down to 77* and then to our normal 74* with ease within 10 minutes more. Bill has been radically cheaper than last years old unit!
