Had to stop here to grab an item out of stock elsewhere. Two ladies gladly helped me but the male associate made me feel like it was a bother to assist me. I would have gone elsewhere if what I needed was in stock and not bothered you.

I visit this store often to buy cat food. For the past year or two I have noticed a definite lack of product on the shelves. Oh, the expensive stuff is there....but the less expensive brands are not on the shelf. This is both the dry sacks and the boxes of canned. I have had to ask for someone to check the back to see if they have any. They always have a supply! However, it is not on the floor. Why? Once in a while would be one thing, but this happens each time I go, I have to ask someone to look. I go to this store because it is convenient to my residence and takes less time. The food is more expensive than Walmart, but saves me the trip. Empty shelves when there is product available should be the exception. I don't feel that it's because of employee shortage as there were 2 ladies unoccupied today when I shopped and were readily available when I inquired.

The new manager seems to have his act together and is very customer oriented.Wish corporate would give him more leeway and ordering things we need out here when realistically they are only choice.Floor staff is reasonably knowledgeable about their product line , and our always friendly.

I love this place.it has items you can get off the shelf unlike (today norm) is orderer it and wait, and wait. Hoping it makes it or all the pecies are there.kinda reminds me of a mini home Depot.With it's own taste in product.

Everyone working here is just awesome and happy to help. They have a bunch of stuff there you wouldn't expect. They even have chicks (chickens). They have a good towing and hitch department and they seem to have a decent selection of seeds.

Wow. During the pandemic, we were able to get same-day curbside pickup! We drove all the way from Eagle Point, OR. Our order was ready, and the young man walked it out and loaded it. He was super friendly, and we were only there for ten minutes. We picked up some other things too. They did a great job of managing the social distancing, while also moving the lines along.

Have you had John's sushi 🍣?? Yummy, yummy, yummy! The Ginger lemongrass cider was amazing and so was my husband's Num-Num IPA. If you want a super relaxed bar and venue, this little jem is tucked away behind a non-discript brown gate that says "Must be 21". Go through the gate and welcome to Handsome John's!

Decent prices, good sales, and friendly service. Usually have to go up front to ask for help, but theyre always more than willing to come or call someone else out. Has most everything we need for our little urban homestead, including stuff I probably never would have thought of on my own. But when I see it on the isle, I'm like, "Oh yeah! I need that... or know where to get it when the need arises." I totally like going here... maybe even a little too much!

Kind, helpful staff, but they didnt have what I needed on my first visit and had to come back a second time (a 90 minute 1 way drive...3 hours round trip). Knowing their customers come from rural areas, at sometimes considerable differences, they should consider stocking winter supplies (stoves, wood pellets, etc.) earlier rather than later.

I love this store. Everything you could need for your animals (shots, flea medicine, beds, food, toys) at a good price. They also have little chicks to buy and all the essentials for you home improvements. Great clean store with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Tractor Supply in Yreka has a great selection of products and excellent customer service. As a small business owner, I frequent this business for everything from work wear to trailer parts, chainsaw parts, fuel mix, hardware etc... Can't remember a time when I was ever disappointed coming here. Most items are comparable in price or better than the other local stores like walmart or Ace (I shop at all three for different reasons). The people who work here are honest and friendly. I'm Happy to continue supporting this business for many years to come.

I recently purchased chicks from this store with the goal of having eggs to eat eventually (and maybe just some fun companions). This has been my first experience raising chickens.I purchased all the supplies I needed from this store and all seemed to be going well until recently. The first issue I encountered was that I was sold the incorrect food when it came time to replace my first bag of feed. I wasn't mad when I realized it, but definitely annoyed. I live 20 minutes outside of town and it was inconvenient. I honestly should have paid more attention, but I assumed that the employee I spoke to knew what he was talking about since he directed me to a certain kind of food with such confidence.Today, I was notified that I was sold meat chickens. This means that this particular bird was not meant to live long and I would definitely not have any eggs. Once again, I had been mislead. When I purchased the chicks, I had questioned the employee about the breed. I wanted to confirm that I was purchasing chickens for laying. The employee (a different employee from the "wrong food" employee) verified that the chicks I was purchasing were to be good layers.The one star is not about what is available at this store. They have all the supplies you could possibly need for your animals. I appreciate that they refunded me for the purchase of the chicks, but that really doesn't fix the fact that I've spent a significant amount of money on these birds so far and they could die now at any moment. I was notified that they would not be getting another shipment of chicks so I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.I wouldn't have been mad if either of those employees had told me that they did not have an answer for me. If you don't know, that's ok. If you have to go ask someone, that's ok. I don't expect an employee to have all the answers, but I DO expect honesty and to be given accurate information. THAT'S customer service.

Good selection of pet care, home and ranch supplies; and customer service is usually impeccable. However during the COVID-19 pandemic, this particular store is not enforcing mask rules for either employees or customers. Narrow aisles and often blocked corridors make social distancing very difficult from unmasked individuals and make for a hazardous shopping environment.

I use to always shop there the first couple yrs and then they never had the same employee and then they never had products I wanted and when I asked for it to put on the next truck it took like 2 or 3 weeks by that time I went somewhere else and got it. They have spots on the shelf that have been empty for months of a product and never restock it. Theres one good employee there named trevor. He always helps and let's me know when stuff comes in or finds out why it hasn't.

One of my favorite tractor supplies to deliver to, the scenery is beautiful along the route. Tue employees at this tractor supply are very polite and they are hard working. They get the job done without any issues. I’m in and out, even when the distribution center that loads the trailers load them terribly, and the load is shifted all over the trailer due to piss poor loading. The Recieving personnel get rite on it, even though I feel tractor supply needs another distribution center to service tue 11 western United States and they need to learn to lead trailers more securely, like many freight shipping companies that load trailers and use air bags to secure the load from shifting, load shifts are nature of tue beast when the loaders don’t secure the loads properly. Thumbs up to the Recieving at this tractor supply, they should all get a raise here for having to deal with the messes they deal with due to piss poor loading.
