Yreka residents- DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to Walmart for ALL your groceries. Jan the assistant manager was beyond rude, dismissive and unhelpful checking me out today.I couldn’t remember my rewards card number and was not expecting a 260.00 bill.She doesn’t even know her own company- which includes NobHill. If she’d said that when I asked her I would have remembered my rewards number. What should have been under 200.00- a very large order, was almost 300.I almost returned the entire order but needed to feed my diabetic partner right then. Raley’s hires horrible, horrible awful, mean people. I will never again darken their door.

The Yreka Raleys is 45 minutes from my home in Mount Shasta, but it is so worth the drive. The selection and variety of products is huge. In Mount Shasta the food expiration dates are usually too close to the purchase date. Raleys food BB dates are realistic. Their produce looks good and fresh, including a huge variety of organic. I cruise Raleys aisles slowly, it's like a gift and inspires me for meal variety! Sounds so corny for a grocery store, but I appreciate them very very much!

ordered tri tip online when i got 2 store they charged me double of what the online price was. I cancelled but there charges will stay on my credit card for 5 days. Tired of dealing with poor management and customer service.

Raley's is a very nice store and has a lot of top brands to choose from unlike Grocery Outlet that has only a certain limited amount of products Raley's has a much wider variety and is very satisfying to shop there!

They won't let me do cash back. Said limit was 100 per day, but the computer wasn't complaining. They became hostile. Asked to see policy and was told there was none the other day. Dustin was trying to impress his female manager and went on a power trip. He has poor communication skills and lied that I cussed him. He said I was creating a disturbance when he was the one raising his voice. He refused to show me the policy or give me a phone number to make a complaint. He told me to "effing" go look it up myself. He said if I didn't leave "his store" then he was going to call the cops on me. The dude didn't like me, so he was refusing to serve me that's all. Shame. Most of the workers there are great people and the food is good.

Always a fun place to look around and rent red box movies from inside. The owner of the red box took the red box out noticed as of 7-27-22 just wanted to give an update so you don't go there to rent a movie from red box they took them out! Nothing has really changed still more expensive than going to Walmart haha

General Manager is extremely unprofessional. He is always flirting with the younger female staff. Also follows my wife around the store like she is going to steal something. Other than his unprofessionalism this is a great grocery store. The regular staff is wonderful, nice and helpful. Usually a little bit more expensive than the other big grocery store in town. But the service and quality is always worth it. And they carry a lot of specialty items you can't find anywhere else in town.

Great store, just some things are over priced. But it's better if you're only getting a couple things to avoid the nightmare corporate store that happens to be close by. It's a much better shopping experience.

Pleasant service is always so appreciated. I found it at their Peet's Coffee counter AND the deli counter where our favorite, thick and heavy sandwiches were made by a very cheerful girl. Nice experience to stop there on our road trip home.

Unfortunately, Raleys has really increased their prices with the inflation with supposedly have. I really don't shop here unless I have too. When the CPI is at 3.2% it is hard to believe the pricing at Markets.

Easily my favorite supermarket anywhere. Highest quantity of quality healthy grocery products at extremely competitive prices. I'm impressed every time I shop at this store. It's always very clean and the product selection never ceases to amaze me. These folks out match every other chain I've been to in California...and I've been to just about all of the major ones.

Like the store and the people. The store is trying to keep the shelves stocked, but is not easy these days. They are pretty good about making sure they have the staples. Breads, milk, meat, cheese, eggs, and paper products.👍

Raleys is definitely the best store in the area. Amazing customer service, Raleys Brands are so much better than Great Value brand at Walmart, you'll find everything you need and they even put your groceries in your car. You can also order pick up and the customer service is wonderful too.

Most disorganized grocery I have been in for a while. Items are displayed Helter skelter through out the store. Found salami in at least 5 places, cleaning supplies all over, never did find much if what we wanted.

This store is always clean, their produce is the best in town and one can even get sushi made for them by a skilled sushi chef. They fill all your grocery and pharmacy needs very well. Their prices are a bit more high end, but their produce and meat departments make that understandable. It would be nice to see their other grocery items be lowered in price a bit, but I still love the store.

Walmart has butter ball whole turkeys for $1.19 per lb and Safeway and Albertsons same name brand turkeys are 1.98 per lb but raley's is $2.98 per lb but there beef and pork shoulder is really well priced it's too bad Walmart is almost right next door

By far the BEST all- round grocery store in this county!!! Great deli, produce, bulk products, organic stuff. Only thing they Ever did that bugged me was eliminating the Organic Aisle & distributing those products throughout the store. Makes my shopping there take longer, and am walking all over searching for organic stuff that may not Be there. But I suppose it made sense from a marketing POV. Still LOVE this place!!!
