Received a book for Christmas but was unfortunately damaged. Finesse was responsive in sending a replacement once I sent the damaged book back to them. Unfortunately, the replacement was also damaged but now they won't respond to emails, phone calls or instagram messages. I guess I'll just have to keep the damaged book? They clearly do not use enough packing materials to protect a book in transit- one sheet of thin bubble wrap doesn't keep corners in good shape.

No trip to Yountville is complete without going to The Finesse Store, especially if you are a fan of Chef Thomas Keller. Candles, Chocolates, Cooking Utensils and wonderful Cookbooks are available. Be sure to stop by after grabbing a pastry and coffee at their Bouchon Bakery just a few steps away.

A great store with books and many useful items for home and kitchen. The people who work there are so helpful and kind. I bought a Bouchon peppermill.
