This is such a wonderful store with friendly, helpful staff. They have a great selection of pet food, treats, and supplies, and their pricing is great. Plus, they are always having fun events plus regular dog and cat adoptions. I love how supportive they are of the community and how I always leave the store with a smile on my face.

Found this spot word of mouth when I was at the dog park! Let me tell ya… I’ll be driving all the way from Orange to come here for all my dog needs! The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful. The dog washing station is AMAZING! The prices are great and they have various items on sale. The selection of all things pets is huge! I have to give a MAJOR shoutout to Lorrie with the grooming team for being to patient, kinda, and gentle with my fearful pup. Thanks Lorrie!

Wish I came here sooner! I have an 80lb husky that I’ve been bathing at home forever. As everyone knows huskies have A LOT of fur. Every time I give her a bath it takes forever, hair goes everywhere, I end up wet and in the bathtub, and the next day my back is sore from bending over for 30 minutes strait. For $8(5 baths for $40) using the self wash area has been life changing. It’s raised which is easier on the back, you get an apron so you don’t get wet, they provide all the shampoo/conditioner/towels you need, and have an air dryer to make the drying process sooo much faster. The cherry on top for my dog is I can buy her a treat on the way out 🙂. If you do want to use the self wash definitely call ahead and make an appointment and like stated above you can also buy a discount card and get 5 washes for $40 instead of the normal rate of $14.

They have a fantastic Halloween picture taking area for you and your pets! From the #1 grooming team to the super friendly customer service in the store, I only go to this store. I should note that there are at least 3 pet stores between Pet Supplies Plus and my house.

The best pet supply store hands down. The self serve dog treat by weight section is the reason why I visit often. Unfortunately, from what the staff has recently disclosed, the dog treats by weight may be going away in the near future due to a corporate decision. If that is the case, I will no longer be a patron.

This is a great store with lots of choices, and it’s clean. They have so many choices of dog food, fresh, frozen, or kibble, that you are sure to find something your dogs will eat.

I love this store! You can wash your pup in the back part of the store (it was very clean and had hypoallergenic shampoos!). Their treats section is a must. Starting from the homemade treats, all the way to bins full of treats. The staff was super friendly and they gave my little pup a free treat :). Will only go here now on for all my pups needs!

Being followed throughout the store as if we are criminals is not a good way to build relationships with returning customers. I've shopped here multiple times and every time the manager is following at a distance. Today, 8/12/23 the manager was again following at a distance and had an employee blocking the door when we worked our way to the front. Then when we were called to checkout they radioed "were all good" and the employee at the door left.....very rude, unprofessional and you've officially lost 2 regular returning customers.

Not necessarily cheap, but great quality, great management and assistance with any concerns for our dogs and lizard. Groomers are superb, and the self wash is an awesome deal. We are 100% happier here than PetSmart or Petco.

Went to try and adopt a kitten because I wanted a buddy to help me study and be best friends with but as soon as I told them I wanted to adopt one, the ladies looked at me in a gross way and gave me attitude the whole time. I’m 21yrs of age and owned a cat before and risen it since a kitten. They said I look too young and I’ve owned multiple pets before but they just judged me off appearance alone and made me feel really uncomfortable while I was there and declined my application. Wasted lots of time driving there and I will not be going back.
