I had to take a moment to write a review because this staff is truly incredible and has went above and beyond. I have been going to furry friends for years now and they always do an incredible job with my Pomeranian. She leaves there always looking super cute with a great cut and they always make sure to take great care of her coat. Recently our sweet Pom got out from our home and Furry Friends staff reached out and asked for flyers to hand out to customers, they checked in with me, and just truly genuinely cared about my fur baby and wanted to help and support in any way the could. By a miracle our sweet girl returned home and the staff celebrated with me and I was truly so touched by their compassion. Your dog is not just a job to them, they truly care about the animals on a deeper level like it was their own pet. I am forever touched and thankful to furry friends.

My sister has been taking her cat here and after reading all the reviews I thought I'd try taking our 3 little dogs here and I'm glad I did! The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly! I called later in the day and was able to get an appointment for all 3 dogs the very next day! The dogs have very different types of hair and they all look so cute and happy after getting groomed here! They trimmed their nails and rounded them so they don't scratch us at all anymore! The dogs are very sensitive to meeting new people and seemed to not have any issues with the employees! This is a great environment and they do a wonderful job with many different breeds of dogs and cats! If your pets need grooming, go here! I drove over 30 minutes each way and it's definitely worth it!

Everyone was so nice when calling and walking him inside and when i explained the hair cut to the front person she acknowledged she understood. When picking him up i noticed his legs and paws were not touched. Uneven hair all over. I specifically asked for his hair to be shorter than his body. I had to come home after spending 60 and fix his hair cut my self. This place has Amazing reviews i have no idea why he was cut so poorly.

I went there yesterday based on several reviews and also next door app recommendations . I paid $96 for my baby which didn’t include his nail trim. I was very disappointed with his grooming though I stated what I wanted , he didn’t even smell good, or have a bow or bandanna as other groomers !!On top of that, which is majorly important and a priority, his paw was cut and he was bleeding and I only noticed when I got home . They advertise having a place for anxious dogs , when I booked the appointment, they said come at 8 am as he is new and they want to accommodate him prior to others!! It was not true either , as his groomer came in at 9 !! Not recommend

Have taken our elderly Aussie here multiple times and been more than impressed each time! Even when we take her in with matted hair she always comes out looking beautiful, soft and five years younger. She also doesn't seem overly stressed when she goes in/out which is great and says a lot about how she's treated there. Thanks for a good job on our furry friend!

I trust very few people to take my dog out of my eyesight. But I moved to Yorba Linda a year ago and my baby which is a 9 year old Lhasa apso (the love of my live - He literally has saved my life more that once) so I tried furry friends pet groomers. They did a very good job and Smushy goes once a month and comes back feeling and smelling clean

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Even before they moved off of Orangethorpe and Kellogg. They have always done an amazing job with my dogs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when my dogs fur is a hot mess, they handle it and get him looking good again. Thank you for your service.

I dont trust many groomers but took the advice of my family and tried this place out. Not only was my little pomeranian groomed beautifully but she was well cared for. They have a tranquility room and took their time with her to ease her anxiety. So impressed, we'll be back!

Quit taking my dogs here after 20 years and following them to three locations. Clipped my dog. Never finished haircut. Left my other dog fearful of not wanting to go to groomer. Blamed my dog and said they needed to be sedated. NEVER GOING BACK

I've been taking my Yorkie, "Bebe" to John & Chris at Furry Friends ever since we brought our baby girl into our family a decade ago. We have had nothing but a great experience with every grooming appointment and my little baby always is absolutely beautiful when I pick her up. I have always highly recommended Furry Friends (and I will continue the recommendations) to anyone who takes their pet elsewhere to be groomed. 5 Stars to Furry Friends, I called last minute to get Kilo groomed, they fit him in same day. Kilo came back smelling great, shining coat and trimmed nails. The flower on his collar was adorable.

Fairly disappointed, brought our dogs here on Friday, they had been a number of times to the old location, immediately took them to the veternarian for their annual check-up and shots.The vet was surprised that they had just been to the groomers as there were still knots and burrs in their fur... The vet, not realising we did not have them groomed there, was about to leave the room and reprimand her groomers. The irony, is that you called and asked if you could cut their fur to remove the knots and burrs, which I said was fine, and then the vet had his people finish your grooming.Oh, and the full package, grooming including cleaning ears and cutting nails, well it was obvious that nobody looked at their ears as they were black inside and had 2 different infections in both ears. Go figure.

I had a bad experience with this place.I ask for a full body trim and I came to pick up my dog and she looked the same as how I dropped her off.I was in a hurry so I couldn't discuss anything with the staff.But I know I wont go back to this place. Good luck to you.

I have a German Shepard and Siberian husky and I have been bringing my dogs here for years, but this was the first time that there nails were clipped to short, not filled down and cut unevenly, let alone they cut and made my babies bleed....
