Today I bought the ‘Amazing Chocolate Cake’ and I was really disappointed. The cake was really bland and just dry. The frosting had no flavor either and was not creamy at all. I was looking forward to trying the bakery for the first time today because I love the store but was really disappointed. Do not buy unless you like dry cakes that just crumble with no taste. I really wish it was better. So bland.

While my husband and I were shopping last Friday looking at the cold salads case I asked a question about the tuna. The person working there just kind of looked over at me and said something I couldn’t really hear her. She wasn’t going to come to the case. I was just standing there. I was pretty embarrassed so without my asking for any help from anyone else an employee named Albert Came out of nowhere and said I can find that out for you. I was pretty surprised as he continued to help with the rest of my order. Thank goodness there are employees like Albert who will take the time to address a customer when they have a simple question. Thank you Albert. It’s important to us because Bristol Farms is our favorite store. Thank you.

We’re happy to see more healthy options with having Bristol Farms here in YL.😀. I love the smoothie/coffee/tea/bakery/natural living/fruits/veggie/flowers/ Bristol kitchen etc., and so much more. Thankful that it’s a kid friendly grocery! I found that out when my son had spilled a drink by the deli area. This wonderful man at the deli came out and told us not to worry. That someone will come out to take care of it. Thanks you! I recommend this place to a everyone who wants to start living a healthy life!😀

I love this store and the employees. Always kind and helpful. Post covid just disappointed with their products lately. There’s no salad bar, and baked goods are not the quality they used to be. My cranberry orange scone with 3 cranberries and almost no orange flavor. Love this place and hope it gets better.

I ordered a cake for pick-up well before their requested 48 hour notice. My order was never confirmed and the catering department never reached out to let me know why. I tried calling them multiple times but the calls would always go to voicemail. Very disappointing.

This is where you go when you want a top tier quality grocery shopping experience. Yes, it is well above average pricing compared to other markets but those who come here know that. This kind of market is not for everyone. I come here because I absolutely appreciate the customer service excellence and quality products they offer. Can always expect it to be clean and organized.I like that I can leisurely shop without big crowds and customers who shop here do not make a mess at the store like you sometimes see at other markets. You know when you see random items left in wrong aisles/sections because customers change their mind and leave them wherever throughout the store? It doesn't happen here. The staff here really do care about your shopping experience.Some items I love to purchase here- Poke in the seafood section by the pound. They offer ahi tuna and salmon poke. I've tried different supermarket poke offerings and Bristol Farms has the freshest quality. Way better than poke restaurants!- Bakery items. There was this huge hype over the maple pecan danish shared by Chrissy Teigen on social media. I hunted for it and it was sold out at this location! They only make them once per day in the mornings but the bakery staff graciously offered to make fresh ones even though I only wanted to get 1! This made me love coming here more. I got fresh made danishes straight from the oven. It took 30 mins but I didn't mind. I ended up getting 2 after all. Because it was so darn DELICIOUS, I came back the next week and got 4 more!- Deli salads by the pound like the Asian green bean salad and the spinach pasta salad. I like the quality of their made in house deli salads. Some items offered at the Newport Beach location aren't offered here but hopefully, it will be soon.- Snacks specifically chips. Not Frito Lays but those odd brands you only see at healthy or premium markets. Sometimes they have promotional pricing and some items that are not available at other stores like Sprouts or Mother's Market.- Frozen food items. They have interesting selection.There is plenty of parkingThey have senior hours from 6:00 - 7:00 amThey take mobile pay i.e. Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and probably Apple PayThey sanitize shopping carts after each useThey require masks to be worn during your visitThere are marked areas for social distancing during check outI wrote too much but I hope it helps whoever makes use of this info!

I shopped here two or three times per week. But I was very disappointed this time. My husband used the coupon last week and they didn’t gave him the olive oil which coupon marked buy $20 and get a free small olive oil. The next day, my husband came back and they don’t want to give him, said out of stock. But my husband said promise is promise. Then, they write a note to him showed they owed an olive oil for us. I went to the store to buy sushi and showed the note. The woman cashier said she remembered but she was very rude. She said our receipt had the oil and mean we were got the oil and try to get another free one. Because some water got on the receipt and some part of the receipt changed to the black color. But that woman said that because the oil and change the receipt color. I did not understand why she thought it was oil on the receipt and she could not gave it to us.I was so upset because I never met the person like her.The olive oil is only worth $12 and it was no reason to us to get the second free since waste our time and energy . So, from now our family will not shop there unless the woman leave. She is so rude and horrible. She tried to cover up their mistake and blamed the guest for the problem.

This place is great. I get my coffee or matcha drink at the drink counter every work day. The employees are super nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that they only seem to have 1 person working the counter at all time which causes the line to pile up and I’m sure is super stressful for the employees. The other thing is there’s some kid they have working the counter sometimes and every time I order a matcha latte while he’s working it tastes disgusting! I don’t think he’s even using the matcha powder so I’m paying $5 for a nasty drink with no caffeine. It’s happened twice now so he shouldn’t be working there since he hasn't learned over the last few months. I feel management can do better.

This rating is based on the juice bar only. Bristol Farms is one off my favorite places, but they have disappointed me too many times with the acai bowls. It seems they never have enough acai anymore. When I first started getting the bowls here, they were filled to the top, the lid wouldn't even stay on. Now it's hit or miss but it's been miss a lot lately. Time to find a new acai place.

Today was my first time visiting this store but it want be my last everything was excellent from the customer service too all the different varieties to select from all of your needs and desires.I truly appreciate how helpful staff was attentive to help, Vegetables and fruits were fresh and smells amazing ..oh my goodness the brisket sandwich is to die for I purchase 3 when I say bomb. I will be back soon

Bristol Farm is my favorite food shopping place and I love the bakery, the deli, the fresh fruits, and the Juice Bar there a lot. Recently some staff changing at Juice Bar makes me feel hard to order juice there because the employee who makes the juices there complains to us many times, such as too busy work here, I haven’t had a brake, you have to wait, etc. so I have to look at her moody face and felt like it’s my fault to order the juice so she got the pressure from her work, and it’s by default that I had to tolerate a long wait time. I usually go to order juices after finishing the Yoga classes at Yoga Six Yorba Linda which is in the same shopping center, but now it becomes an emotional burden to go to the Bristol Farm Juice Bar every time to wish if I am lucky this time to meet a happy employee so I don’t have to look at a bad face there.

Disappointing purchase. Usually we drive to Costa Mesa Bristol farms (was Gelsons) to purchase Swordfish but since we live in Chino Hills we decided to give Brea an opportunity. They only had 5 pieces of swordfish to choose from which was disappointing already and after cooking it last night, all we can say is “disgusting”. DID NOT EAT IT. $29.99/#Looks like we will be driving to Costa Mesa for FRESH FISH.

My rating is based on the bakery, my berry parfait was dry, chocolate chip cookies, were good, not great, the cheesecake was very good.....for the prices of what I paid (you pretty much have to sell a kidney), I was expecting better.

Purchased cake from bakery refrigerator section. Asked if it was fresh. She said she’d made it this morning. Served that evening. Chocolate cake was definitely stale and very dry. Strawberry mousse filling was hard and tasteless. Not the first time I had this experience. For that price they should make sure they are perfect. Will not purchase their cakes again. However, their cookies are exceptionally delicious. Should’ve gone that route!

Amazing selection of produce, meals to go and they carry several brands. I drive almost an hour to visit Bristol Farms and it is totally worth it. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but not having to be in a super crowded store searching for good produce is worth the money spent in my opinion.
