Quite a bit packed into this store, and it looks very nice inside. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have what I need which today was fencepost concrete. We live in the country, I've been known to plant a clone or two so I was happy to see an assortment of quality fertilizers and nutrients for cannabis plants.

I just had an awesome experience on my visit at your store in Woodland. With the limited time I had, I was quickly approached by a young man (Rhyder). He asked what I needed and got me to the aisle and had the item needed in a short amount of time. He is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, professional. Hope he receives a raise and quite deserving! Kudos to your store!

As a valued customer, who is known on sight. Imagine how I felt when confronted as a thief for entering with a backpack with my lap top computer, wallet, and valuables. This is the ONLY store in this town with a NO BACKPAC policy. How rude!! NEVER GOING BACK.And I advise anyone else to go to ACE, the friendly place!!!!!!!

Woodland Tru Value staff helped me find what I needed for a vent in my roof, cut the ABS for me, found the correct clamp, and brought it all to me at the cashier's counter. They have experienced, knowledgeable people! What a relief after wandering around the big box store across town looking for an employee only to discover they were not experienced enough to be helpful.

This is my first stop for most of my home improvement, small construction and yard needs. Unlike the large home improvement stores I am actually willing to ask some one for help because because they will actually be able to help me and show me where something is. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help.Their inventory is very impressive and although the store is smaller they have a better selection of items compared to the large box stores, just not necessarily a large quantity of every item. The one shortcoming for selection is lumber and drywall, there is enough to get by on a small project but overall for these items I will have to go somewhere else.Overall this is my first stop and I will continue to go here first. This isn’t just rated highly compared to stores in woodland but they would be on the top of my list for all towns I have worked and lived in.

Really helpful and when you are looking for bathroom fixtures start with them. Today I was looking for a replacement bathroom shower/bath faucet stem they had it. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. Went in looking for a lawn mower. Buy a lawn mower with them they fill it up start it fir you to make sure it runs. A yr after purchase they serbice for you. Great up selling manager helped me. A new kid went and git my questions answer with a better knowledgeable senior employee. Great job. Hard to find customer service like thus any more. Makes you want to return to spend your hard earned money.

Got bad propane 12/23/2021 from their refill service. Chad tried telling me both my previously functional tanks failed at the exact same time with same symptoms. If anyone else had propane issues around then, please comment.

The absolute worst customer service. Two separate people were rude and condescending. I do not know how they stay in business. I was treated so poorly on the phone with attitude. I was only asking if they carried a particular item. When the woman on the phone didn't understand what i was asking for i attempted to tell her that a man indicated he was checking to see. She got so mad she told me i could just stay on hold then. 12 minues later another man picked up with an attitude and wanted to know what i wanted. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I would give zero stars if i could.

This place is my go to for home improvement projects. They have a couple of guys who know what the hell they are talking about, you cant really get that at home depot. They really need to do a price audit because there is a lot of differences from the shelf to the counter. beyond that great local hardware store.

Woodland True Value home centerStephen R.1review16 minutes agoToday I was extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation made regarding a price tag on a wheelbarrow.  The price tagged was $18.99 I was very happy to have found a wheelbarrow within my desired budget.  When I was told the actual price is $49.99 I was then feeling let down . I stated that in my opinion the store should honor the listed price $18.99 , ( as the customer is always right). The store did not honor the price tag of $18.99. How sad over $20.00 mistake they lost much more. I was also there to buy the husqvarna 21in mower,  now I will not make any purchases there anymore.  Joe is the owner a reasonable man who if he had been present would have honored the mistake and saved a customer.  The assistant manager is a poor representative of TrueValue.  Note the mower I was there to buy before I saw the wheelbarrow had a before tax price of $279.00 . Huge loss Joe over $20.00. It was the error of the store and should have been corrected by honoring and owning their mistake. I will share this most terrible experience with everyone I come into contact with. As someone who works directly with the public in their homes and businesses this will cost much more than the $20.00 greed displayed today . I took pictures of the price tag and wheelbarrow.  Wish I could post them on this review. In closing all I can say is SHAME ON YOU TRUEVALUE (JOE)
