Terrible service.. they have certain products locked and when pressing the button to open the sliding door no one shows up. If you’re going to have things locked up then at least have 1 person answering the calls. Theres 1 cashiers most of the time; long wait times. The person managing doesn’t know how to manage the team to cover all areas.

Absolutely love this store!! Made the drive from West Sacramento to shop here and I am so glad that I did. The variety is really nice and the staff was AMAZING!! So helpful and very nice.

They have great variety with different foods and drinks, cleaning and hygiene supplies, and some of the hardest to find creamers!

They have most everthing you can need for the house, and food, cooking, supplies, basic sporting goods. Not always stocked in the produce section and parking lot is mostly grungy/needs refreshing. Can't beat their Great Value price and quality.

Came in this morning after doing some blood work down the street and had a very pleasant experience considering my dizziness and nausea. It was all self check out at that point in the morning but the clerk who was running it was really nice and sweet and offered my daughter some stickers. Didn't get her name but would love to to give her a shout out.

Went to pick up prescription during open hours, was met with a sign that said the pharmacist would not be back for 45 minutes. I guess just do not come in between 1:30-2:15 pm, and some sort of warning would be nice online as the gas wasted on the commute hurts and I couldn’t wait that long.

The pharmacist Aneeba is Rude to her coworkers and its horrible when they are just trying to speak to her. Everyone is so nice at the pharmacy but she is just so rude to them.

This place is okay, really messed up customer service system. There is always some sort of issue that end. Decent place for a quick in and out. There is one employee that always glares and treat me terribly, he transferred from New York and just trys to expose his will. Very tall gentleman and couldn't catch his name due to not having the tag on. He is decently tall with lesser hair. Would avoid him if seen, but to each there own.

Terrible..... my whole order that was supposed to come never did.... that happen twice. I had to go pick it up the next day. I wouldn't sign up for walmart plus or trust their deliveries.

I love that they have a large selection of groceries. They need more help to keep the shelves free of discarded/ go back itemsWe found So many perishable items just stuffed on shelves. A loss that could be handed down to the customers

I always get friendly, courteous help. Love the prices and selection on food items. The self checkout registers can give problems. But i use them anyway. My husband prefers the human cashiers. Location is great for me!

Order Groceries Online & Pick - Up Service:I absolutely love this Service! I usually like to go in the Grocery Store and do my own Shopping ... Gets me out of the house for a bit and time to myself ... But I was in a Car Accident 2 weeks ago and was unable to do much and still needed to get my Shopping done, so I gave this a try and have done it 3 times already and I love the friendly employees (Octavia & Jonathan), they call to let me know if a substitution needed to be made and what I would prefer, and just the Service altogether. So thank you very much!!!

This review is about the pick-up service only. I’ve used Walmart’s pick-up service at several locations in the western states, and found the service to be a real convenience executed by competent people. This is definitely NOT the case at this location. I ordered packaged (pre-washed) lettuce and got 2 heads of rotting romaine. I could have done better if I had dived the dumpster. I ordered whole bean coffee and received ground, which will be rancid within 3 days of opening the package. I ordered fresh pineapple chunks, which were packed sideways in the bag so that everything else in the bag was drenched in pineapple juice. Nice job, morons.

I have tried the grocery pickup app a couple of times and it had gone great the first two times but this last time I went I waited for yhem to bring my groceries out for 37 minutes! The location service on your phone notifies them when you pull into the parking spot and I watched the man load 3 other people's cars, including someone who got there after I did. Almost 40 minutes of waiting in the parking lot and only being able to load 4 people's groceries in 40 minutes is ridiculous.

The young man brought my daughter out cat food that was dripping with water so I asked him why is the cat food dripping wet. We looked at it and it was soaked all the way thru. So then he didn't have any more and he has to give her credit for it. But he acted like he didn't see it dripping wet.

Its only 730 and they have ALL the parking lot lights off.. It was so dark. Heard other ppl complaining too. Could barely see to cross with kids , put groceries in car and backing out was scary because you couldnt see if ppl were behind you. If this is your way of conserving energy its not worth the safety risk... 🤔

Horrible place to shop. Long lines, no bags, dirty and frequently out of whatever it is you're looking for.Update 12/13/22 nothing has changed, except now you can be harassed by any of the dozens of homeless people who congregate outside.

I had a great experience today when I went to Walmart. An employee noticed i was struggling to find olive oil and helped me without me asking. Employ was very nice. Another employ also helped me find mask and was very helpful.

We had a hard time getting prices of items plus no one to help us in sight, forget freshness it looked like people manhandled the fruits and vegetables. I just went in for a quick shopping it took a while to buy a couple of items it took longer than han what I was expecting to be there maybe just an odd day because of the holiday.

I love this Walmart Always clean and always well stocked, verses the other Walmart on the other side of town!But for a couple of days the Walmart greeter has been saying “card only, no CASH or CASH BACK” I’m confused to why is this going on? So my husband asked her “you have to know why mam?” She stated it’s “ the banks, they are not giving money to us and it’s like that at Nugget Market, Rite Aid, CVS!”WHATS GOING ON!!???DOES ANYBODY KNOW? DONT SOUND RIGHT NOR MAKES ANY SENSE!!

Cashiers aren’t the best, I would avoid them and go to the self checkout if you can. But what can you expect at Walmart. If you go cashier, simple shopping turns into a long dreadful experience. If you go late there is no self check out so you gotta take a cashier. Probably don’t have the best jobs nor nice customers so I try to be nice to them.
