Everytime I come here I get profiled at self checkout. Recently when I go to self checkout an older lady comes by and pulls out all the items from my bags and counts them as if I'm stealing something and of course nothing is ever off. This happened 3 times in a row but this time I go to check out and the same lady comes by and says that she knows I didn't scan all of my items, calls security (who never shows up). Pulls out all of my items and looks through them for no joke 10 minutes, over and over again until she finds that everything is there, turns around and says "oh ok" and walks away leaving me to re bag all of my groceries again no apology or nothing. Ridiculous behavior and a waste of my time and patience

It ok, but it doesn't have many checkers. I hate doing my own groceries, I stand in line for someone who works the register, so it will keep jobs, people don't realize what they have done, by doing their own groceries, we have lost so many jobs by being impatient. And the stores are getting more money and paying fewer people. And now the store doesn't pay health insurance ,vacation,sick, and keeping more money. It's sad, but we have done this to ourselves. Because we are so impatient. The greed is real

There is one employee at the California St., Walmart who I would like to recognize. He is always ready to help and he’s very fast at his job. He is always on task and he presents himself very well when I go to the store. I am also a Spark driver which he is always fast and efficient. He always has a positive attitude and is willing to help in anyway that he can. His name is Saydou and he sure can brighten someone’s day when it’s a little cloudy. He always has a smile on his face and is very positive and attentive. Keep it up Saydou, you will go far with the great customer service you show people.

This place is just down the street for me it's convenient they usually don't have everything that I need as far as produce goes that goes quicklee and it's not is the easiest in-and-out when you just need a couple of things

Worst neighborhood market in the greater Sacramento area. Myself and several acquaintances that are all respectable routine customers get profiled hard. I've never stole anything, they just don't like how I look, the color of my skin, the colors of friends skin. There's plenty of people who do shoplift from that store, but of all the times I've come in here I'm not going to do it that one time. Besides that, they hardly keep certain things in stock and it's more like grocery outlet in the sense that you never know if something will be there twice apart from the standard fare. If you have the ability, go to any other store. The small Hispanic grocery by romeys liquor is very friendly and locally owned: shop there.

Usually have what I need when it comes to groceries and most the staff are nice and helpful. Just a few of them are occupied with other things during the transaction. Talking to other staff, looking for things and whatever else causing the transaction to be alot longer than it should. Not once or even twice but 3 times now with the same person.

Disability can a pain sometimes, for me it's the whole driving thing more accurately the no driving thing. That's where the Walmart Neighborhood Market comes into play. Ordering my groceries on line and picking them up the the next day. I was very impressed by the website the design features and the overall website layout. I'm a#oldslowbadtypist I had no issues in understanding what had to be done when it came to ordering, paying for, and picking a time slot for pickup the next day. it's a well thought out process. I was very happy with the selection of items every department was well represented even the adult beverages are available. I will be picking up my order tomorrow afternoon and I will review final stage the process shortly thereafter. June 8 2019 5:00 pm PDT well my sister in law to drive me to my pick up we called before we left the house make sure they were ready, and they were good to go I had a few substitutions they picked great items got a upgrade on every one. One thing make sure that you have made a choice on weather you want to pay for bags if you don't check the box they won't bag it. One more thing they Don't accept tips a simple thank you is all you need.

I have never been more disappointed than I was today. Two cashier's with 4 and 5 deep lines. Long longs at self service and customer service. Wanted to buy wine and women's razor as a stocking stuffer. Went to pharmacy as I have many times to avoid the long lines (do to CA law regarding alcohol) only to be informed they can no longer take care of my purchase. Three supervisors doing very little during this time. One in charge of plastic bags and the other two talking about shelve displays. By the way, cashier in pharmacy was doing nothing because there was NO line. Wal-Mart talks about how important customer service is and doesn't have a clue about how their stores are failing! I'm sure this is just another wasted post. It would be great if a company had both competitive prices and outstanding customer service. Not at Woodland neighborhood market again. Sam would be disappointed!

Is okay to get in and out. Needs to be kept stock always. Should be done at night not during the day because shoppers can't get up and down isle's and need to keep the front of store clean. Like the worker's there. Managers work hard to keep up. Need to hire more people to work there!

Pharmacy Staff is nice. Helpful any time you go in there. Right on when you order refill. I am giving 4 stars because customer service and cashiers are rude. There was a lady at customer service was so mean and rude. I talk to one of there managers but no benefit. After that incident I rather wait for self-service pay or go to different walmart. They have no manners how to deal or talk to customer

The best prices. Always clean and inviting. Walmart is always prepared for each holiday with all sorts of things to choose from. My only issue has been the bags to carry your things home in... I dont mind paying for the bags at all. But on several occasions they have actually been OUT of bags! While I know people are supposed to try to bring their own reusable bags with them, I always forget. That sucks especially when you have a huge amount of purchases.

This store at first just amazing. Great clerks and quick service. .....Now it seems to be all about no checkers when it necessary nor do the self checkouts help. It's all this and that but only thing is slowed way down . Clerks are still there just fewer of them

Very friendly staff. New Plaza Managers have really cleaned up the area immediately surrounding Walmart. And have run off most "undesirable" loiterers. Even though it was very busy, I went through check-out quickly. Great prices!!

Not fun. I pushed the service bell to have an associate unlock the ibuprofen/pain meds case. A good ten minutes later a young lad shows up and asks if I need assistance. I replied" yes I need to purchase some ibuprofen" He informed me that he did not have a key and would have to get one. He left and minutes later a young lady shows up opens the case and informed me to grab my desired product. I grab the bottle of ibuprofen and she proceeded to take the from me. She put them in a small lockbox and advised that I could proceed to checkout. I did so and paid for the ibuprofen. The checker informed me she didn't have the key for the box. I laughed and we waited for the lockbox key. Wow.

This store is always so clean and organized. The employees are polite and will stop what there doing to help you. Most stores will just tell you which isle it's on or tell you the wrong one. But this store takes you to the isle and helps you find the product. Great job. I would have given you more stars but all you allow is 5.

If I could give it no stars I would STAFF IS RUDE they don't even notice you as a customer there this store is NEVER stocked always out of mostly everything. You would feel the bad vibes as soon as you walk in. I rather drive to the other side of town to get treated respectfully. It really seems like everyone there hates their job 🤦

The store is typically in disarray and sloppy. Not sure what management is doing? People are usually talking and not working and if they are working it's at a snails pace. I was in there tonight and I seen two young ladies really moving and stocking shelves and pulling things out of boxes and busting a move. I asked for help and the lady in produce actual went to the back and got me some Kale. I was shocked! Great job....the store might be coming together after all this time...it's been years!

Amazing gluten free options. Not all placed together so there's more than what's in the photos I shared. Probably the best store in town for gf honestly. Staff is very chill.

Associate person that works there she is blonde hair curly short and stubby. she works up front and deals with the cashiers that don't have a cashier with the machines self-checkout machines we had a problem checking out and she went and help somebody else instead of us we were first and then she was very rude. I think I'm going to go to the big Walmart from now on or maybe Food 4 Less at least they're nice there. that's all I got to say about that.???????????

No stars at all. Dirty, unorganized. I asked where the shopping carts were, and an employee looked at me like I was nuts and waved her hand in the air dismissively and gestured to the parking lot, saying, "some where out there" and simply walked away. The checker was sooooooo slowwww. I will NEVER shop that store again. AND this won't let me post unless I give it one star, which they don't deserve!

Only had one checkout open, which had a long line, then they were extremely condescending and rude to me and my family while we tried to self-check out our cart load of groceries. Took 4 times for an employee to type in their number to proceed to buy my food. Unimpressed with customer service.Food selection was decent.

Kicked me out of the store because I did not like her tone of speech. Called me a drunk. All because I have a Russian accent. Police came by determined I was not drunk. But can't help because it a civil issue. So... here is one way to resolve a civil issue. I make it publicly known that this is a racist store. Good day.

Smells a bit off when you walk in, and there are lot of people loitering around in the area. For the most part they have the basic groceries you need, although the quality of the produce could be better. For the most part they do have great customer service!

13 people in line and 1 lane open not even self check out was available. 3 people left there baskets and walked out. Asked the employee who was mopping in the same lane that was open around people feet if they could open another register she said "ahhh no" and went back to mopping people feet. Some customers went to other employee's and got the same response. Went shopping for 5 min to stand in line for almost 20 min to check out. Never coming to this Wal-Mart again.

My family goes here often since it's close to our house, and so far convenience has outweighed our problems with service, but just barely. Shelves are often empty and restocking seems to take forever.Recently, we had to come back four days in a row to pick up a product that was stuck on a flat in the back of their store. Each day, we were asked to wait while they made an attempt to get the item, and each day we waited in-store for over an hour. After the hour of waiting an employee would tell us that they were sorry, they couldn't get to it, but that they would make sure it was pulled and would be waiting for us to pick up the next morning. Each day we went back, waited over an hour, and were told the same thing. On the fourth day I happened to show up while a store inspection was going on and, after having waited for an hour and a half, the manager finally retrieved the item from the back himself.

The pharmacy is good but the store itself, you can keep it. Checking out can take forever. Doesn't seem like they want to have more than one or two checkers no matter how long the lines get.

I have lived in woodland for a little over a year now and this Neighborhood store is the closest to my home. But by no means is the location the reason I shop there. The customer service is awesome, the associates are very helpful and I even had a clerk pay for my items one night as they were closing. I had left my money at home. Thanks WMNH .

as some stores honor the price marked on the products this one didnt. i went to buy apple juice that had the spiderman heads for the top i checked the label to make sure was working with a budget went to pay and they rung up 6.00 i tried to tell the self check out personal and they just laughed as if they didnt believe me they didnt even go to check the label or cjange it
