Girl that works the drive thru is completely clueless. How she is a pharmacist is beyond me. Doesn't know anything about anything I asked. Made me come back 4 times with new information just to tell me she can't help me

It wasn't over crowded and they have some gifts you can get for Christmas. Reasonable prices. The store is always clean and usually stocked.

Horrible service at the pharmacy, one of the techs kept giving us the stink eye before she started helping us and was extremely rude when it came time to help us. Will never use this pharmacy again.

Don't EVER fill a prescription here! 2 1/2 years after moving away they ARE STILL refilling and requesting refills from my DRs. I have repeatedly called and demanded for this to stop for the 2 1/2 years. I have contacted Walgreens corporate and repeatedly told it wouldn't happen again and then it happens again. This has kept me from getting much needed meds because after requesting refills from my Dr's illegally they then delete them so I can't fill them anywhere and then I have to fight with Dr's because they think I already got meds and don't want to send refills to current pharmacy thinking I'm getting meds twice. The pharmacy staff is rude and nasty with me like its my fault they REFUSE to STOP filling and requesting refills for my meds and I'm unreasonable for being upset about this. What's even worse is California pharmacy board is letting them get away with this and making excuses for it even though it is against the law!! My next step is to file lawsuit just to make them STOP!! Don't put yourself through this and just start with ANY other pharmacy!!!

I called two times to the pharmacy to and got hung up both times before I even got a chance to say hello. I came to the pharmacy anyways and stood in front of the counter to ask them a quick question. Now tell me why did all the workers walk right past me and nobody said anything to me until 10 minutes later? This is the second time I came here and the second time this happened. Save yourselves some time and go else where.

Drive thru pharmacy with two lanes open and ONE person WHO IS ALWAYS, EVERY SINGLE TIME, the SLOWEST ON THE PLANET PERSON serving both lanes making it incredibly LONG wait times!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Walgreens Woodland is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. I have been doing business with them for years, the last 2 years I have spent a average of 33 minutes in line waiting to pick up my prescription. Last week I got my text, the prescription is ready, I waited in line for only *(27)* minutes this time! I got to the window and ask for my prescription and she told me they don't have one for me!! This has happened to me several times, I guess it's time to go to another pharmacy. If it happens today, Raley's here I come!!!

“We are short staffed” should not keep being used as an excuse. If you know you can’t deliver a product on time just be honest with the customer or ask them to come back, don’t keep them waiting in the pharmacy for 40 minutes or more. Forget being apologetic, the staff acts like it’s ok to keep patients waiting.

after waiting in line for 45 min, then being told that insurance will not allow me to pay out of pocket, and that the insurance company would not let me pick it up. worst customer service ever, was lied to about when the pharmacy opens, the older blonde lady has no idea what she's doing back there in the drive through, slowest service ever, and the most uniformed pharmacy tech that has no clue what she is doing, let alone any bussiness being a pharmacy tech and handling people's medication prescribed by a doctor.update: after explaining to yemi what the problem was with above technician, yemi was very condensending and short when explaining what happen then said it will take another 30 min to fill that prescription, .......very poor customer service. advise switching to a different pharmacy if you want fast friendly service.

Ordered for curbside as it’s difficult to go inside with my toddler and being 8 months pregnant. The website offered it and they have the “curbside” parking signs.Got the text claiming my order is ready to “simply click ‘I’m here” on the text & email. After 15 mins of waiting, i called the store to let them know I’m there for curbside pickup. They told me they don’t offer that & that “their website” does not offer that any longer. Which is untrue.I asked them what happened to my order, the lady told me to come inside and get it myself. Very inconvenient, could’ve just ordered Target drive-up. Maybe contact corporate to update your website and take those “curbside” parking signs out.

5 years of horrible service. Call for refill 2 days later refill still not ready. Sit down at Walgreens and wait another hour for prescription. Also doctors call in prescription and pharmacist cant find it. Cancel your plans for the day if you come here

Horrible customer service; the Photos/Fedex department refused to give a receipt for my package until I insisted and then I got a text message with an invalid link. When I called to ask for the tracking #, I was treated rudely, ignored while the person who answered the phone dealt with other customers, and then I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. She wouldn't even let me read the text message; instead she demanded an inventory number--I finally understood that she meant the tracking number; I provided the tracking number from the PDF of the label I had provided. I got the sense that these people would not ship out my package at all, so I decided to pick it up from then and take it an actual official FedEx location instead.

They always lag on their prescriptions. They get confused. It's a two to three hour wait time to get a prescription filled when Dr orders it that day you got to wait at least three to four hours before you can get your prescription. Couple of people that work there on the woodland side are not very friendly. They don't even like seeing me coming.

Very nice staff walking around, and always plenty of them, but not necessarily the most helpful. They will do what they can but it's at a slow pace that they might as well be retired in place. Definitely no focus here on turning quick sales or getting a lot done. I do appreciate that they offer a FedEx drop off and shipping option at the photo counter though. Redbox out front is nice as well.

The Pharmacist is in the business of helping vulnerable people who need medication. Unfortunately service was so terrible last night. No compassion, no information, no help. Just... sorry - we don’t have anything for you and probably won’t for hours. This is unacceptable Walgreens! I went back to urgent care and had my prescription moved and will never be back. Please implement a customer service program or hire people with patience for those working with people who are sick and would benefit from common decency and manners.

If Walgreens only has half of your prescription and your copay is $10 when you go back and get the other half of your prescription you have to pay another $10 copay. It is thier fault they don't have the full amount. Why should the customer have to pay twice. I'll take my business to CVS. and I don't like how rude they are. Very unperfistional. Thank you for nothing Walgreens .

Waited 1 1/2 hrs to be told it would takeanother 2 for my perscriptions.Gave up & drove 20 miles home. I called after 4 hours to be informed only one prescription had been filled. I will never have another non 90 da y perscription sent to Walgreens again. Hopefully CAL PERS will change 90 prescriptions to some where more dependable.

The people are really nice but service is super slow. I don't understand how it can take 45 min. To get your prescription when it's already been confirmed ready by phone. Please revamp your system and hire more people please!

The THIRD time this week that they have filled the WRONG prescription. Cant ever seem to fill what i ask for, or somehow dosaging is off on my regular medication??? Horrible waiting time AND whenever I've called, I just happen to be hung up on or 25+min wait time.

Long wait times. Had my appointment for my vaccine and was waiting 1hr+ to get my vaccine. Don’t understand why we make appointments if they still keep us waiting for a long time. Customer service is horrible; no sense of urgency.

Its very Sad that this is the go to pharmacy in woodland. Poor customer service, they always try to charge for medications thats 100% covered by insurance. They really need corporate to fix some things here this is ridiculous!
