I placed an online order for pickup hours later. I went to pick up and it was still not ready, apparently the person who picks orders left 20 minutes after i placed my order @ noon and no one else could do it for 3 hours. I had to pick my own order. Took over 30 minutes for somebody to help me getv2 big items from the top shelf. I'm a pearl member. Once I got someone to acknowledge me and see I was a "real" customer they were better, but thr damage was done. I will never order from Woodland HD if I can avoid it.

Of course this is one of three hardware stores. This is the biggest. Of course you know the old saying about Home Depot. You can never find somebody when you need them. Well, this place is very friendly and very willing to share their information and knowledge. I like this place

Kevin was so helpful, polite and friendly. My daughter and I needed a tile saw. He not only showed us where they were, but went to get a cart, loaded it,and then went to the checkout and loaded it in her truck. It was such a wonderful experience for a big box store.

The Woodland Home Depot is getting worse everyday. I’m a frequent visitor to the store but after today that will change. I showed up to the store at 7:30pm to buy a bunch of wood and noticed the big doors were locked and only self-checkout registers opened. We asked what time they closed and the employee, with hesitation, said 8pm. I knew that was wrong although it looked like they were closed. We told her we were getting a bunch of wood and hopefully load it in the loading area. She told us we can get the wood but then would need to go to customer service to pay. I was not about to push a heavy load of wood around the store because they decided to start closing two hours early. There were 4 employees watching the long line at self checkout. Does it really take that many employees to watch customers check themselves out? Could one employee open up a register, checked us out, then opened the big door so we could load our truck? This was the last draw. The lack of assistance (if you’re lucky to find someone willing to work) is a huge problem. Customers are not a priority at this store. Too many employees getting paid to stand around and management allowing it. I’m taking my business to Ace or Lowes from now on and I highly recommend others do too.

The Home Depot in Woodland, California has the typical selection of home improvement supplies and contractors to install about anything you may need. Today was my 1st trip to the Woodland store and I was looking for lighting and garden plants. The lighting display was a bit disappointing, but oh my, the garden area and plants were outstanding. If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up 👍. Thank you.

This Home Depot is generally unhelpful and staff are not what I would say willing to assist. Home Depot’s slogan is “doers get more done” and you will definitely be doing it all yourself. Having said that this Home Depot is especially bad as they get to closing time. They close up registers and make staff go home, making it really difficult to check out. The only checkout that is open near most closing times is for returns with all the self check out registers closed. Only 5 or so people in line and it took half an hour. I would suggest not trying to “get more done” within an hour of closing!!

This store has absolutely terrible consistency. I have been trying to purchase a front door here for 6 months but I cannot get a hold of some, I show up when they say someone will be in millworks but nobody is there, I call and get transferred to millworks and nobody answers.Highly recommend finding another place to purchase items, especially if your purchase depends on speaking with someone in the store.

I was at the Woodland Home Depot on Sunday, 7/23/2023 @ 3:30 PM and found this store to be the worst managed Home Depot I have ever been in. Corporate management needs to take a long hard look at this store and make needed changes, such as firing the current management and employees that simply can't, or won't do their jobs.I had one item to pay for and the self service area was busy with a line of customers, but the cashier area had only one customer being helped, so I was second in line and thought I would be helped very soon, WRONG! The ONE and only cashier on duty on a busy weekend, could not figure out the numbers on the only item the customer was trying to purchase. She was entering numbers repeatedly in her computer as the customer line grew ever longer. A second cashier should have been called, but wasn't. She finally made some mistake that froze her computer. She then called over to a calorically challenged blond woman that seemed to be in charge of the self serve area, asking for help. The dyed blond haired woman couldn't unfreeze the computer and ended up, after way too long, taking the incompetent cashier to another computer. Now, after logging on to this computer, the incompetent cashier began to enter numbers again and again. Still, after all this waiting and the line backing up more and more, NO additional cashier was called. ???? I looked over at the PRO area as two employees there were talking and laughing, amusing themselves, but not working and a young woman looking bored, sitting at a computer with a blank screen.My time in line, before I was finally helped was, over 25 minutes!

I bought four LED bulbs to replace the old 4-pin florescent 26W bulbs. All four new bulbs stopped working within a few days. If you live in the new development in woodland; these ballasts must not be compatible with the LED bulbs. Home Depot gladly refunded my money and I bought the old-style 26watt florescent bulbs. All ballasts are shinning bright now.

I’ve been shopping here for 5 years now. I used to come in a be impressed by how clean and organized the store was. But since then, my positive experience has turned for the worse. Over the last year or two this store has lost everything that’s made it great. Horrible customer service, zero knowledgeable staff (at least not in the right places), and the cleanliness is at an absolute low. The bathrooms speak for themselves. Out of 3 stalls to choose from, only ZERO were in usable condition due absolute lack of attention…Sorry to say I’m going to start driving to another location after today…

Was a strange wind, warm stillness on the breath.I (an adult who has a limited schedule and plans their day efficiently) checked online to make sure the Gypsum was in stock at your store. Bingo its there I read on my phone. I arrive at the store and i will keep this short; I learned it wasnt there! Education, the great clarity! I was sent to opposites ends of the store twice by employees to go looking for it. 40 years in the desert I wandered.Please, my brothers in Home Depot, update your inventory, and learn every centimeter of your store as if the world depended on it, as it so does.-grey59

Great store for home improvement. Can find almost everything here. If you can't find it here the Troxel store is relatively close and even bigger.Friendly staff if you can find someone. If you know what you are looking for, you are good. If not, good luck tracking somebody down.I hate that all the tools are behind locked cabinets now. I guess that's the sign of the times.

Ok place to get items as long as you don't need any help. Good luck finding anyone to assist getting something. Most workers have no idea about the products they're selling, so don't expect advice about best options or products. I've used their own tools more than they do. I've cut my own wood, my own blinds, gotten my own wire, etc. Much faster than searching through isle after isle to find someone. Even when you do, they are either on break or it's not their section, so they'll "call someone for you" and maybe someone will show up in the next 20 minutes. And if you are lucky enough to find someone helpful and knowledgeable, you'll probably be about the 6th person in line waiting for their help, since they're the only one helping people and with actual knowledge about products. If you know what you want and can find it yourself, it's good for immediate needs.

The Woodland Home Depot service gets worst every time I go in the store. Your employees standing around taking to each other but when you contact them to get help they all go their separate ways! You think I’m kidding or they don’t know how to answer your question or get help!Went in today 10/8/22, they only had one register open and one self check line open with lines down the isles. I asked the checker to call for help she did not. l then asked her to call her store manager to help and she ignored me! I called the store and waited on hold to talk to the store manager, she finally answered and gave me the typical answer they were short handed, but I had to of seen eight employees standing around talking to each other. I ask on employee walking by to help out at the register and he said he was allergic to money!Maybe the should build a Lowes in WoodlandWoodland Home Depot good luck, you better know what you want, where it is and be willing to wait in long lines.

I felt that the employees here are not skilled or knowledgeable about the products they have in their store. As I was checking out the employee did not know about the hardware or products that I was buying, so I could not get additional help. Also the employee did not understand payment options (debit or credit) and l was left fumbling about with a line behind me as I worked through system on my own. The store is always cluttered with lumber and broken bags of a sort on multiple aisles, making it extremely difficult to get through.

Great experience and I was very impressed with the quality and placement of the emergency egress' and the parking that is available close to the aforementioned egress'. The combination of these made for a quick and easy in and out with out the normal things that ruin my day shopping. So 👍. I hope you keep it up and enjoy my satire.

Thank you Home Depot for your assistance, I was impressed with the readiness of the home depot associate in the lumber department. This associate helped me select the best pressure treated 4x8 sheet of plywood with no hesitation. It would appear that home depot is focusing on customer service and satisfaction again.
