I like this local ross! It's usually not too busy and pretty clean and well organized. Located in down town woodland off of main street next to grocery outlet and Dutch brothers coffee.

So many cloths to choose from .you can find things that other stores don't have which I love. The staff doesn't usually seem very friendly. Maybe their tired.

The store is clean and well stocked. They also have amazon locker for pick up items. It can get crowded and busy during the Christmas and other holiday seasons. However it is worth the wait of the line. This location is more efficient and faster than other stores I have been to

The store was cleaning the staff, friendly. I had to use the restroom while I was there, and the sales associate buzzed me in no problem. The bathrooms were clean, too. While the store had plenty of merchandise to choose from, it felt bare compared to some other Ross stores I've been in. I went in looking for a large decorative storage box but only found a couple on an end aisle. I also looked at the pet section for my new puppy and felt very underwhelmed by my choices. I don't know if they had a mad rush on the weekend and were feeling empty from that or if they just weren't being supplied like other Ross stores. But I would rather hit Home Goods for what I was shopping for.

I'm a size 18 - 20 so I don't have a lot of luck with clothing here, but I do look everytime I'm in the store and sometimes I am lucky. However, I was in here for Christmas white elephant gifts. I bought them all last year - Mug of M&M's, 6 tube set of acrylic paints, a wallet insert, notecards, 24ft tape measure, picture frame, etc. I also like their variety of gourmet foods... nougat, persimmon slices, flavored oils and baking goods and cookies, etc. I even hunted in their car and pet supplies. I host Christmas dinner for the family and buying 14 $6.00 - $7.00 gifts in Ross was so easy and relatively inexpensive. We only buy gifts for the children, so these were for the adults. I wrapped them so no one knew what they were. And, happily everyone liked what they randomly picked. And, although we allow "stealing" no one wanted to. I was happy everyone went home with something they liked.

Very clean. Products are very well priced. Great service. Lines are quick. Excellent help on the sales floor. Slow lines in the return area, as they really check over returns. Inventory is very limited. If they are out on the sales floor, 99% of the time, they don't have it in the back. Los Prevention is il trained In this location.

Too long of line to check out and only 2 cashiers (super nice ladies tho). I went here 3 times in 2 days and it was consistently like this. Clothing is very Well marked, much different from other disorganized Ross' I've been to.

Had a return, so I guess you are the last one to be helped. Also made me wait for them to re-censor and hang each item before completing my transaction. So annoyed, I didn't go back in to shop for replacement items.

Place was ran sacked and they had no one working but one cashier. Another lady came to get a rack of go backs and didn’t help the only cashier. The line was ridiculous! I come all the way from Fairfield because I visited during Christmas and I found many things. So I went back. Never again.

My mom went today and she said that a male cashier ASSOC: 2072015 was super rude to her he charged her twice and she asked him if he could please return her money, well I guess he got mad scoffed at her he returned the money but he then threw the receipt at her and it fell to the floor and he walked away. I understand when people are having a bad day and all I would understand if my mom would have been rude to him but she wasn't!! it was literally his mistake and she just asked him to PLEASE fix it and just return the extra money he charged and he gets an attitude and throws receipts? Umm no im sorry but I hope they do something about this... will not be going shopping to this location as long as he is there or he is taught good customer service!

I like this Ross, I find really good deals and if you're patient, find items placed at random areas, some customers are not good in returning items where they got them. It's all about patience, looking through every nook and cranny, and you'll find your treasure(s).🤗

I came in at 8:30pm to shop for some quick work clothes that I needed.As I was shopping I asked the “manager” Desirae what time the store closed because I heard her say 9:00pm but online it says 9:30pm and I didn’t want to be the one customer who stays there until they close. When I asked her she said 9:00pm so I quickly rushed to the fitting room when the security rushed and kicked me out saying they were closing the store early. First off the way he approached me was so unprofessional I cannot believe they treat their customers like that. I personally worked for MARSHALLS and never have heard this nonsense where they can’t try on clothes and that the store is closing. Anyways I asked why and he said this exactly “we are having internal problems”. If you’re going to lie at least do it right and with respect I would have understood you guys just wanted to go home their is no need for rudeness. He literally almost shoved me out of the fitting room and I asked him if I could speak to the manager, which resulted in the same girl “Desarae”. I asked her are you sure you guys close at 9:00 (yes I asked again because things seemed off) and she replied oh no sorry we close 9:30pm. I was already mad at this point because that shouldn’t be the way you treat your customers! I told her oh well your employer said you guys were closing early because you guys had internal problems and I was wondering what they were. She stayed quite. Anyways this store is ridiculous. The old manager was better. I won’t say I’m not returning because I like to shop 2 or 3 items that are nice there but I will definitely avoid it and go to MARSHALLS. This place deserves ZERO STARS.

This is one of those places were burglars tend to return. There is always a security guard on-site. Not sure why, but they're always there. Hopefully customers feel safe inside.

Some of the employees are great e.g.: security and cashiers but others are standing around talking. The other problem is the stock/store is empty or low everytime. So sad because I love shopping at Ross.

I have to say for the many times I've been at this Ross...This time was a best...It was much more orginezed and much easier to find the things I was looking for...The cashier was super friendly and nice...Thank you to those you have made it much easier to find things in order and clean...

same as just about any other ross. There have been on 2 occasions where I was standing in line to cash out and local tweekers have walked inside...casually snatched items..casully walked right past loss prevention as they watched them get on their tweeker bicycles and ride off into the sunset.

The place is decent in that it's clean and spacious, but the selections are a bit limited especially for guys. I've been to Ross at several other locations and they're so much better with varieties and better clothes.

This is a clean store. The dressing rooms are also clean. The stock is generally in order, but I found a few items out of place. It is a good discount store. Waiting to check out can take a little time.

Save yourself a trip to this location. It could possibly be one of the worst Ross locations in northern California. Most of the mens racks are half filled. There is literally an entire side of mens clothes with nothing on the rack. I wonder if the staff have any pride in their work because the store doesnt show it. Go to Natomas or even the Vacaville store. They keep the store maintained in a manner to which you would want to shop there.

Ross! Dress for less and look like a mess! Come on, admit that you know the rhyme too. Anyway, we enjoy occasionally wandering around in Ross and seeing what we can find. Every once in awhile we will find a decent deal on shoes or clothes. I do have better luck with kitchen items and pans. Very often on clothes though if you time the sales right you can get better deals at regular department stores like Kohls, Macys, even Nordstroms.

This place I can't say enough about. From designer clothes, shoes, and jackets to bras underwear. Perfume, mens colonel all designer names for pennies on the dollar else wear. My favorite place to shop
