I have been asked if I would like to post my "RITE AID" review on Google .. I have been so happy with the experiences that I said YES!! (I have had some REALLY BAD experiences with the "other" available in Hanford!!...I think others will know where I am referring too!!) .. So I am happy to share my experiences. I expect my survey answers will be posted and I am OKAY with that because I want others to know!! Customer Service NEEDS to continue!!

I want to acknowledge the rite aid pharmacist for going above and beyond...my child needed an antibiotic and no where in town did any other pharmacy have my daughters medx. Daniel took care of us and listened to my concerns, I never had such a superb service. I want to thank all of rite aids staff for the assistance. Definitely felt blessed to have encountered thoughtful pharmacist today.

Please don't go to this rite aid pharmacy standing in line 40 minutes and now she go on break no one to helps customer save time go somewhere else After wait 3 days for my midson They call me my medicine is ready When I go to the store They say sorry you're medicine is not ready I won't trust them with my medicine anymore

The Pharmacy at this Rite Aid is AMAZING! They are always kind, patient, respectful, and on top of it! I sincerely appreciate that they are willing to help, and answer questions. I have never felt that anyone of the permanent staff has been disrespectful, belittling, or simply not doing their job. I am very grateful to them. It is so difficult to manage multiple maintenance medications for multiple people. They make my job so much easier. Thank you Kris, Maria and the rest of the Pharmacy staff!!

I usually have a decent experience, but of course the one day I have surgery, the order for my perception was placed two hours in advance. After being released I called reguarding progress and they told me 2-3 hours (so 4-5 hours in total) and had the nerve to tell me that there were other people who were in a similar situation. I find it awfully hard to believe that there were multiple people who had surgery at the exact same time as me and also used this specific pharmacy. I just found the way she handled it as quite rude, I simply just don't want to be in pain for 2 hours after my surgery. I'll be changing my pharmacy after this.

Extremely dissatisfied with today's visit to the pharmacy. Employees seemed to not care one way or another how inconvenient the decision made to close the drive through for rx pickup was. Also, to not have adequate signage at the entrance to drive through saying it was unavailable to customers getting their meds was not good customer care, I am very upset at this behavior. What has happened to good customer service?

I had the worst experience at this store. My sister and I were there to see if she can get her vaccine- they were very rude to her. The lady who talked to my sister in a very annoyed tone. Also at this store I decided that I was going to buy some hair dye and plant based jerky. The lady who range me up continued to ask me to run my card at least five to nine tines- asking me to swipe and put the chip in. Before that incident happened i put my food stamps in first, so that I can pay for my hair dye and jerky separately. At some time this became to much and I left. The lady took the hair dye and the jerky that I payed for. She didn't allow me have the jerky that I PAYED FOR. This happened yesterday, I don't plan on going to that Rite Aid again. Unless I can get that jerky.

Store staff are oftentimes clueless. Regular staff is very good, but younger staff just can not be bothered to do more than minimum if you ask pretty please. Raincheck policy seems to be imaginary or at least very inconvenient.

Don't go here! They put customers on hold on purpose so that when others call you can't get through. It will tell you the line is busy. Also three hour wait for a medicine sent over the day before? Then the email they are referring everyone to send their concerns to is not active. Horrible!

I had a adventure at Rite Aid last evening Saturday 2/16/2019 I need to share. It was around 9:00 pm and a light shopping crowd. Thank God for small favors. I am on foot and I use a walker, when I started shopping last evening.all of sudden I became over heated in the worst way. I realized I had overdressed for my outting. I only needed a few things but was touch and go for a minute but thank God for the the young lady who was working the floor.she helped me immensely I was so hot from all the clothes It was chore just get out of my walker. This sweet young lady was trying to do her job. I had to ask her for some help.First she got me a super good deal on half priced candy.VDay leftovers then about 10mins later I'm bugging the poor maintenance guy mopping the floor because I can't find the personal lubricant.the the nice lady came from across the store to direct me. Picture this #oldslowbadtypist.guy all over heated sitting in his walker with messed up hair asking you where the personal lubricant is located. She was so friendly and helpful and of course I forget her name.I am starting to feel sick I stop and take my jacket off. Need to get toilet paper and I am outta here locate the TP headed to check out then I realized not T P I picked up paper towels by mistake have you seen a grown man cry? I'm so over heated I just want go home. This young man came by he was the Manager he helped me with paper products he carried my things up to check out for me. Gave me a discount on my order and sent me on my way Outside cool air helped a great deal, Rite Aid really knows how to pick their employee's.Rite Aid had some really good deals last night. Those young men and women that helped me last night left a lasting impression this #oldslowbadtypist.will carry around for the rest of my life. Thank You 😊❤️

Very deficient service at Woodland Rite Aid where you call for a refill and the refill often takes at least 2 or 3 days to complete. Rite Aid in Natomas had a 180 degrees service where the refills will take hours and not days.

Imagine my disappointment upon arriving at my local rite aid store (Woodland CA) in search of my favorite black cherry ice cream from the old Thrifty brand, only to find a near empty freezer!!! Overhearing my disgust, George, the store manager made a trip over to me to inform me that there was a new truckload due the next day and he provided me with a two for one rain check. He was obviously extremely busy and the fact that he took the time to rectify the situation left a lasting impression! Thanks George!!!
