To start with, I just want to say that I looked for the store manager's email to directly discuss my experiences, but it was unavailable. My family spends thousands of dollars at Raley's every year. We are a family of 4 with 3 bunnies that require a lot of produce. I continuously try to give this location another opportunity to increase quality and customer service, but we are done trying. The last straw was purchasing French Fried Onions for my thanksgiving casserole that were 1 year EXPIRED. The weird part is the only reason I checked this particular item, is because of the thick layer of dust on the lid (which the curbside employee should have seen and wondered about). When I shop, I am always finding expired products on the shelves (salad, carrot juice, sausage, cake mixes, tofu, etc.). I can understand every now and then, but I am the customer laying these items down low so that other customers do not buy expired food and to flag the employees. On our previous two curbside orders, we got charged for items we did not receive. I reached out and asked for a refund, and we never received the credit for the items. Food is expensive, and keeping expired food on the shelves to sell should not be happening. These experiences have only been at the Woodland Raley's location. We love the Raley's in Sacramento. Off to Sprouts.

I'm posting this review on behalf of my grandmother who has been shopping here for years. Today she went to checkout with the cashier named Detlef and bought over 100 dollars worth of groceries and asked the cashier if he could help her bag groceries because usually they do it without even asking and she has carpal tunnel and needs assistance. He told her no that she has to bag her own groceries and then went and started checking out the next customer. She began bagging and obviously took a while because of her condition and then he had the audacity to tell her she needs to hurry up cause someone else just checked out. I come here alot too and have had nothing but bad experiences with this cashier he laughs at people and makes rude comments and this is the cherry on top. We are no longer customers here

Went to the Chinese counter to get dinner. This was 5:00 pm. Not much to choose from. When asked about this was told they had sold out. What we did get was dry and tough. Also tasted like a whole bottle of msg or salt was dumped on it. Also, a hair was found in one of the dinners. Have never experienced this before. Will be a long time if ever that I go there again.

Definitely my favorite Raley’s to shop at.!!! Always clean and the selections are always is fantastic condition.!!! (I have seen lots of stores not keeping their products in good condition)This store is the best.!!!

Getting too be over priced on groceries. Usually two clerks to check you out so you have a small line. And the amount of customers have gotten smaller because of such things.

What has happened to Raley’s? We have shopped there for years and the service just keeps going downhill. Never enough checkers and the ones they have are so slow. So I try the self-check out and it keeps getting stuck. The receipts don’t print out correctly, half blank, so I have to ask for a duplicate almost every time. Gotta find somewhere else to shop. Pretty sad.

Deli very, very pleasant experience. No confused employees like up the street. Rest of store clean and incredibly orderly. Everything is faced up and mostly in stock. For a Monday afternoon that's pretty good. Clean bathroom 😉

Worst Raleys ever. Rude and lame.The employees don't know the price of avocados and insisted they did.The customer had to point out the listed price on her way out after having paid already.Nearly walked right into me even though there was nobody around, I had to literally side step out of the way.And the third employee acted brand new when asked for a bag. The self checkout needs bags availableNever coming here again, full of unhelpful twilight zone employees off of their meds.

Fresh produce, a great meat selection, and friendly service are just about all one could want in a grocery shopping experience, and this Raley's consistently delivers! Add on top of that a fantastic beer, wine, and liquor selection, and you have yet another reason to stop in. All of my experiences here have been pleasant, and it is why I return: consistent, quality experiences.My only mark against this otherwise great store is its terrible parking lot, but I'm sure that could not be helped. It's a bit cramped and the traffic flow is a bit strange, with weird angles to the parking lot edge.But don't let that minor inconvenience get in your way. Give this place a try, and see for yourself.

The store is generally pretty clean, the prices are competitive and they were well stocked today. My only complaint was the condition of the men's restroom. It's obvious from the gross buildup that the people in charge of cleaning them do the absolute minimum to get by. It's just out of place to go to a nicer grocery store and find a truck stop bathroom.

They're a great store, and they are pretty good at keeping their shelves stocked. Of course they are currently out of my favorite flavor of Powerade (strawberry lemonade) and have been for a while now. But the distribution company is in charge of that not the store, that's why I'm not giving them a negative review. Or taking off 4 stars(making it a 1 star) for the smallest issues... Really?

I go a little further out of my way to shop at this location. They always have what I’m looking for. The store is always clean and stocked. Customer service is amazing. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.I love shopping at this location

Great $5 Mondays. While this store is pricey they do have wonderful produce, lots of variety, clean, wide aisles and great employees.

Nice clean place to shop, but on their $5 Mondays I love going there and shop for their $5 stuff, I wish they would have my Sierra Mist with no sugar every time I go there they're out or I have to go to the back to see if they have any, they never hardly have any on the Shelf the Pepsi guy brings it once a week and he brings four 12-packs each time they need to stock up more on that not only do I drink it I know quite a few other people who drink it. Other than that the staff is very friendly they do help me out a lot.

Pay a little more for superior products, cleanliness and A+ customer service. Overheard an older woman asking for a mask because she forgot hers. The clerk advised they ran out so I guess it's back to normal without restrictions. Many still wearing them inside the store though. Seems to be at your own discretion now. I love Raley's. They have a variety of GREAT deli specialty items which are my favorite.

Great atmosphere, and a nice variety of merchandise, but it’s bland on the outside and service at the pharmacy and the sandwich counter is slow and overpriced. Also, redeeming the Coinstar slips takes too long. Probably most importantly for me, they run out of newspapers too often, especially on Saturdays, and should keep a more consistent stock. But they pay their workers handsomely, as far as I can tell, because they hire the friendliest, most agreeable of people.

Love the produce. Excellent choice you can find things there most stores don't have. Lots of ways to save money as well. If you go about 4pm you can get fresh right out of the oven French bread in a variety of flavors so yummy. Friendly staff as well. Find lots of choices in coffee and the creamers. Dairy department is well stocked too. Love Raleys

I don't shop here all that often but the sandwiches at the deli counter are very reasonable. I think it's $5-$6 and I can eat just half and save the rest for another day. Update: sandwiches are still nice but most are now $9-$10. Not the deal they were but seems like many markets charge that or more now for a sandwich.

We visited the sandwich department very late and the gentleman behind the counter said he could still make our sandwiches. It meant a lot because my boyfriend and I were going through the loss of a pet and didn't feel like making dinner. Thank you for your great guest service!

Great meat and deli. Love $5 Mondays. A little expensive. Really good fruits and vegetables and their "Rewards" program sends coupons based on products you've actually bought.

I do really like the renovations . the store is nice and the selection of good food is great . the prices have climbed as a result , which is the tradeoff. However if you do not want to be in a bad mood when you leave , do not use the self check out if you pay with cash or buy produce ;the machine will yell at you over and over. It is not possible to do either fast enough for those annoying machines

I love going to both Raley's n Bel Air, ppl are friendly n willing to help, store clean n like all the other stores some items are pricey but you know you will find what you're looking for
