Ordered online for quick and easy pickup. The balloon was on the ground within hours same day, this picture is minutes after getting home from Party City. The rest of the order was correct but I didn't have time to wait for a redo, hence why I ordered ahead. Not the end of the world but c'mon.

First time in the store and it was a decent experience. Customer service was nice considering we were the only ones in the store. Found the perfect costume at the last minute so fairly happy.

Very disappointed. Bought a butcher kit that was labeled butcher kit $20 and at the register it rang up as $40 butcher kit. Wall of tomb stones says 2 for $15. They rang up as $11 and $15… only the $9 ones are 2 for $15. Deceptive and kind of sucks

When in on a Friday morning at 9:30, figured it would be easier and faster... I was wrong! Only one person working the costume area and only allow one costume at a time so the frustrated lady being helped before me had been there for 45 min and still trying to find her costume. Then I asked for info on a costume for my daughter but found out if it didn't fit and I needed to return it would be only for store credit even if they didn't have the costume she wanted to replace it. So I left.

I was disappointed this trip to my local Party City. There were a lot of bare shelves where Christmas merchandise should be. I was looking for paper place mats and Christmas napkins for our church Christmas Dinner. There were none of either. Still 9 days to Christmas...

During check out the guy was So distracted by the other female worker next to him AND on his ear piece, that there was No hello, no Did you find everything you were looking for. NO Thank you. Total ignoring.Great costumes but ALWAYS a bad check out experience.

I am disappointed but not just here. I have a 22 month old grandson who LOVES bubbles, and we have large bottles of the fluid. But the little "ray gun" looking bubble maker that you pull a trigger to make the bubbles popped a seam and started leaking uncontrollably so had to be tossed.THIS was my 6th store, and it was ALL I went for. I was exhausted, I walk with a cane due to disabilities already.No one greeted me, asked if they could help, there are NO signage listings to help you locate anything. I finally found a birthday area, there were bundles of the fluid, but NOT ONE BUBLE MAKER. The problem with a couple other stores is all they have are bubble wands, NOT age appropriate, or bubble fans WITH 3 BATTERIES but the smallest size fit MY ENTIRE LARGE SIZE PALM, the largest was the size of a mid size boom box powered by batteries with 3 little batteries, SERIOUSLY? Have ANY of these inventors actually been at ANY kids or children's birthday or other type of party within the last 40 yesrs???Obviously, I'm still searching.

I love how organized this store is! The staff are very friendly and helpful when you are looking for something specific. If they don't have it in store they'll help you find it online.

Exactly what you'd expect the evening before Halloween. Super crowded, insane lines. Staff was very friendly and calm in the face of the onslaught. Some of their registers were down, exacerbating the wait times.

I'm always surprised at the range of items they carry at party city. It's not my first thought when I think if things we need but I've enjoyed each visit and find decorations or party items that are well enjoyed.

Some stuff is low in quality, but over all there’s lots of pretty cool stuff and their Halloween costumes all seem excellent.

Customer service was horrible. Cashier worked slower then I've ever seen anybody work and she should have served the customers in line before blowing up balloons

Clearly the store hours listed AND on their answering machine say they close at 8pm on Mondays but here I am at 7:20 and no one is here! 😡😡😡

More expensive than Target. If you are crunched for time, they have a full selection of utensils, plates, decorations, and favors. But it is way too expensive!
