Very good to excellent quality items at semi-fair prices. I mean, you need to be aware of the price elsewhere, before you commit tho buying here. Some stuff is tagged way off. Other things are reasonable. The staff is courteous, friendly, and fairly knowledgeable. Conveniently located between target & best buy stores means you can't miss it.

2024 update: never thought I'd find customer service worse than home depot, but it's here, or isn't. Barely a greeting walking in, looked at by staff while wandering the store with ZERO HELP.Stuff is everywhere you think it is, but it isn't. Staff doesn't know stock, so you mostly have to find it on your own. Customer service is there, if you can find them. Product quality is good, stuff is usually always in stock, unless it's specific paper you want to use. Not enough employees to cover the floor.

The store is remarkably clean and we'll organized. Some staff members have an appearance that could be off-putting to certain groups of people, But they are sweet as can be and super helpful. I would have ranked five stars, but I always end up spending too much money here. There's always just something that I have to have that I probably shouldn't be spending money on. On my latest visit the sales that were going on were just awesome, 40-75% off of some seasonal merchandise for a holiday that was still a month away.

I asked a sales associate if an item I saw on the Michael's website was available in store. She said it's probably only available online. She did not even bother to check on it nor did she even look at the item I was trying showing to her on my phone.Upon checkout and paying for other items I bought, the cashier did not even say "Thanks". She just handed my my receipt. Next time, I won't shop here. There are other places where I can spend my hard earned money. This is why more people prefer shopping online.

They aren't able to get a new power chair due to some corporate road blocks so it's not very accessible. Hopefully that'll change soon. Store is well maintained and staff are very sweet. I just wish I could go with my less bodily abled friends

This place is awesome! The place is clean, and workers are fast and very helpful. I love the displays of discounts right as I walk in. My first favorite, which I have a lot of but won’t list them all, are the variety of “how to do” books ...how to paint, how to knit, how to make jewelry, and more. Second, I love the assortment of creative kits and educational stuff for kids. Last of all, I love getting my personal journals or academic calendars here, a little more money (unless on sale which happens all the time) because their covers and colors are so unique. Highly recommended!!!

As the mom 'n' pop art supply stores continue to disappear, there are worse choices than this big box retailer. Does it lack the pleasant, feel-good rapport of a smaller store? It may. Are items easy to find and in a place that makes sense? Not really. Is there a ton of eager, excited sales associates waiting in the wings to guide you to whatever it is you seek? Definitely not. But when faced with patronizing this store's competitors, I will choose a lackluster customer experience and user-hostile store layouts to whatever insanity Hobby Lobby is pedaling.Generalizing aside, this location is fine. Sometimes I can even find what I need here. Will it be in the right place on the shelf with the correct price? Who knows. But to be fair, if I need something specialized to bind books, work leather, etc., I'll probably go to a store that specializes in those products. The only thing I find downright off-putting about this store is the darkened corner of the plaza where it's located. The sign isn't illuminated and there are no exterior lights around the entrance at night. Sometimes it's hard to tell if this store is even open.If you need some cool paper, maybe some realistic plastic flowers, or an industrial-sized tub of Mod Podge, this place probably has you covered. Bring a flashlight just in case.

I had a $96.23 purchase and this location apparently doesn't take $100 bills .... pretty ridiculous I have American currency nothing fancy just a brand new blue $100 bill and they won't accept it. I took my business elsewhere

As far as craft stores in this area goes this is one of my favorites. They have a wide variety of art supplies and other cool things. You get help from their friendly staff if you ask for it but for me, they leave me alone while I am in thought but are always pretty near by if you aren't tall enough to reach the top shelves or don't see a color you want or whatever the case may be. The staff is fairly knowledgeable about products they carry but if you ask for something they don't know about they know exactly who to ask or learn about it for you which is pretty rare in stores that have so many locations honestly. They have great deals/specials from time to time and the sales have inspired me to try new things that I had been unsure about previously.

The store is clean and well-stocked, but we had a kind of weird experience. We went in to buy some cans of spray paint, which you need staff help to get. No problem. We asked a staff member for help who, I assume, was price-checking some shelves. She asked us to just push the call button and someone would come help us, which was fine. We ended up waiting there for a little while, maybe 10-15 minutes, pressing the button occasionally in case they just forgot about us. Finally, we just got kind of annoyed and left. Not a big deal, just kind of irksome.

Friendly staff when you can jump into their personal chet chat with other employees.I know in this day in time wages are not rising and employees are asked to do alot. I still think when a customer is standing right next to you might want to stop and" ask can I help you ?"

Staff here has always been great, they are always nice and very helpful! They often have good deals, but can be pricey at other times. It's a must for me during holiday seasons, they usually have plenty of options for Easter baskets, stocking stuffers, Halloween decorations, ect...

This is a very large store. They have a wide selection of crafts from scrapbooking to flower arranging. They have a lot of crafts that would be good for children, like small wooden crafts, painting, and velvet color posters. They have a decent yarn selection. The parking is good, the wait at the cash register generally isn't too long, and the employees are nice. They also have crafting classes.

I love Michael's. I've been going since the 90s. Spent a lot of money then, and still doing that today. But hey, I love to craft, my way of keeping busy, and it's a positive vice. I should have bought some stock back then, I would be rich by now. Always love the deals, can't beat those coupons. .

Clean, busy and well stocked except for what I came to purchase. Their website indicated that they had a specific item in stock. But it wasn't to be. No one seemed to know where or when it would be delivered. This doesn't happen often though. For the most part, it is a great craft store.

Great store if you have arts and crafts hobbies. Also they carry a good selection of seasonal decorating items. Staff is helpful and friendly. I always find something to buy when I'm there.

My daughter who is 15 favorite places. The only thing I would say that was a down fall for me was that they did not have much for a 4 yr old to paint. I was looking for little things for her to paint. They had some in a little bag but it was all the same. They need variety!

Best place for crafting. Knowledge staff eager to help you find things. Anything you need for painting, making seasonal decorations, crafting.Good covid procedures. Was there 12-2020 and they were counting people going in and limiting access as well as requiring masks.
