I know it's fast food but right after I submitted my order, my food came out. Almost like it was sitting waiting for me to order it. I spent extra to get the crispy chicken sandwich and just wasted extra cash. The chicken was brown, almost burnt, not fresh at all. McDonald's is going downhill. The prices have gone up and the quality gone down. So not satisfied with this place.

McDonalds that was updated pretty significantly since some of the photos here.Best part is the indoor climate controlled play area. Though this one COULD be bigger, it's in pretty good shape. There's climbing, sliding, and a few interactive things to do.Lots of indoor seating spaced out fairly well.

Very disappointed!! Yesterday I went around noon and order some food for the family through the drive thru and they had me drive to the side to wait for my food to be done, 10 mins passed 20 mins passed then finally a crew member walks out to bring the food to only realize that it’s not even my food it was the car behind. So I told the guy I been here almost 30 min and I still haven’t received my order, he did let me know that they were short staff and apologized on his behalf Of course I didn’t take it out on him I understood so I parked my car in the front and walked in myself to ask what was going on only to realize that they never made my food and just cleared my order out of their screen that’s were I got a little more upset after waiting almost 35mins they wanted me to wait to have it done. So I kindly asked the girl (Stephanie) to give me my refund back and as I was asking that I did not want my refund back to my card I wanted it cash because I did not have the time to wait 3-7 days for it to go back to my card she gave me a horrible attitude back she didn’t even know what she was doing when giving a refund back she had me wait 10 more min instead of getting someone that knew.

*I’ll take my fries without a cleaning scrubby thx!I have been to this particular McDonald’s on a number of occasions, mostly standard visits, nothing to write home about. Until today, as the title states, I ate almost all of my fries when low and behold… the very bottom of my fry container is harboring something dark and pube looking! Upon further inspection I find these “pubes” to be just a green scrubby from the dish pit. Still so grossed out, I called to let them know and they offered me “new” fries… really? Or a refund?

AS FAR AS MCDONALD'S GO, ID SAY THIS IS MY BEST BET FOR GETTING EVERYTHING RIGHT. I DONT GO OFTEN, BUT WHEN I GOTTA GET MY SALTY FRY FIX, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, THIS IS WHERE I GO. I CAN BE PRETTY SECURE IN THE FACT THAT I'LL GET WHAT I WANT THE 1ST TIME AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. #3, NO ONIONS, ADD BACON. LARGE WITH A COKE. (IF U WANNA BE SURE U GET UR FRIES AS FRESH FROM THE OIL AS POSSIBLE, ASK FOR THEM WITH NO SALT, THAN ASK FOR SALT AT THE WINDOW 😉😉. ) PRETTY SIMPLE AND PRETTY MUCH RIGHT EVERY TIME

I brought my wife and son here like we always do at least twice a month. While the play are was full of people they told everyone to leave so they could clean. It was to re open at 5:15pm. We were told to leave at 5:25. This McDonald's was rude to its patrons. Not the customers fault that they can't do their job right and on time. How do you have a room full of people with kids leave so they can clean? Not acceptable in my book.

Very bad customer service, order a coffee, they never give you creamer and sugar, order pancakes, they don’t give syrup and butter, and no silverware. You have to make at least three or four trips to the counter to finally sit down and eat your food. They need to be more proactive and get better customer service skills. And the play place always has a bunch of flys which make uncomfortable to eat.

Pretty cool employees , depending on who's working.I was dashing yesterday after noon in +°105 degree weather and I asked to buy a soda and the kid just have me A large cup and said go a head.I thought that was pretty nice .A free ice cold soda 😁

I have to say the morning crew is absolutely amazing. We go there every morning and maybe sometimes twice a day to get our coffee. The girls at the windows are amazing and are super friendly. The night crew on the other hand need a little bit of help but I do see the managers trying. Coffee from here in the morning : large coffee 7 cream and 7sugar added by them is the best cup of coffee ever. And it has to be made by them, there in the morning specifically because when we have gotten it at other McDonald's it was not the same and not good... Kudos to the morning crew!!

I feel they could do so much better to be McDonald's. This establishment has advertised a standard they still have yet to meet. (Media awareness)Vegetarian options: Get some veg options.

It would be nice if McDonalds had a "value menu" with actual value prices, especially being such a popular place. Even though they're pretty busy most of the time,I usually don't have to wait very long for my order.Kid-friendliness: Indoor play place for the kids, adults fit too, so if you smaller children you can go in with them.

It's a fast food restaurant, I shouldn't have to spend ten minutes ordering my food from an over complicated digital menu, take a table tent, and still go get the food from the counter where they don't even call out your order number. I get that it's a cost cutting measure for the whole service industry, but jeez, it's almost enough to just go pay a little more somewhere else to have something resembling customer service.

Took my toddler and baby here. Got them situated in the playground area and waited about 15 minutes for the food. When the food arrived I got it laid out on the table and then was told the playground was closing and I had to leave. This was at 12:45pm. I didn’t have enough hands to carry out my daughters and the food. I had to leave the food and left my daughters shoes in the hurry to get out. No refund. Wasted money and time with my kids. Not a good way to treat a family.

Drive through staff is not the friendliest to say the least. Also, online it says they are open until 1am but I went at 12:15 and I guess it was an automated message that greeted me over the speaker saying " Hello welcome to McDonald's what can I get started for you" And I had already completed my order through the app when the actual worker comes across and says Hi I'm sorry we're closed and we're close and I asked her about it telling her why already did my order on The app so how can you guys be closed it wouldn't let me if you guys were closed with it and she said I don't know but We're Closed. I said I already ordered through the app so can I get my food please I already ordered And paid through the app to which she replied no you couldn't have because I don't have Anything on my end so we are closed goodbye. And that's not the 1st time the drive-through staff has been quite rude to me. Other than that I mean it's a McDonald's the foods OK except For I've gotten cold fries from them on more than one occasion and when I ask them to replace them with hot fries I get eye rolls Only reason I'm giving them a 3 is because it's McDonald's and McDonald's is Yummy lolVegetarian options: None to speak of
