Update: quality went down, prices went up. I went for something simple. Hot cheetos with cheese. Came out to about $5.50 including tax. Very few chips and the cheese was coldNot sure how I feel yet. The first time I went, my cup was filled with icecream, the second time I went it only got filled 2/3 of the cup and didn't add any other things like the first time I went.

Delicious food! I love the colors of the place! It’s so vibrant, it just gives good/happy vibes. <3My only problem is the wait time. Insanely long! I would order from there more often if the line wasn’t always out the door or wrapped around the inside. (I end up going to the other two places in woodland instead and they are much faster!)There is a lack of staff here, and they must know by now. It’s been like this for daysssss. Many others have complained about it at as well.Help the staff! Hire more help! At least for the opening few months here in Woodland, where everyone has been anticipating this place. Having long wait times turns customers away from even trying this place, and that doesn’t leave a good first impression on new possible customers

Ordered a Strawberry drink and got a cup full of strawberries and less that half cup of drink, if I wanted strawberries, I would have went to the grocery store. The guy on the carts make it better then these guys, and this is supposed to be a professional business.

I’ve gone here once before to get a Korean corn dog and it’s was great but a couple days ago I went again and after I left I bit into my corn dog and the first two bites were perfect but then I got a mouth full of raw batter and a block of cheese that was not melted. Hopefully they can figure out how to get the cook time right.

I've been a few times; now that the crazy crowds from opening aren't as out of control it's a much better experience. The food has always been incredible and the ice cream flavors are properly far from standard American fare (seriously, I don't know how they get so much strawberry flavor in the strawberry ice cream.)Still, try to avoid Friday/Saturday evening because wow, the line gets long.

Worst experience. Poor guest service and no sense of urgency. The lady was extremely rude. Told us where we were “supposed” to order but didn’t come up to us or greet us so we went to the front and ordered there. It is not our fault you were not paying attention. Pay attention to your guests instead of assuming and attacking someone with a bad attitude. Definitely will not be coming here again. Poor food quality my order took so long everything was melted and soggy.

Its a must go i must say. If you have not seen or been to a mexican ice cream parlor, you should check it out. The aesthetics are nice, even though i walked around a bit to see all the flavors. I was very curious after seeing a few items on the menu. The pricing is not bad. Although it recently opened, it is a bit busy. So just expect a line if you go soon. Im going to go again. Thanks!

Food and other things offered are amazing. Major issue is that the staff is extremely slow. You can be in line for up to an hour or more! By the time you are paying, your ice-cream may have halfway melted already.Other than that, It is very well decorated for how small the place is. Sorry for any English mistakes.

I’ve been going to the South Sacramento location and everything was delicious! I came here multiple times since they’ve opened and previous times have been satisfied. Tonight was definitely not, right when we came in I ordered “tosti-esquite con hot Cheetos en polvo” which is Tostitos with corn, cheese and hot Cheetos dust”. I up getting hot Cheetos with corn and cheese, not what I asked for but too late to come back. I also ordered mini pancakes but they “didn’t have any already made” which was no issue but the last time we came the younger teens said it’ll take a while because they make it fresh. We came in 40 mins before closing too and only a group of two behind me as well. We also ordered a pina colada, which I thought would be blended also didn’t have whipped cream or the cherry and was just an agua fresca with no ice. An older lady with a bun helped us and I honestly felt like she was lazy, the teens we always see are better workers and actually serve what we order.

Their ice cream is great a bit pricey but it was good. The only thing is that the nacho chips were stale. Don't recommend those. But All the different ice cream stuff is good I think the portions are a bit small for the price.

Ordered some tostilocos wait time is ridiculous. If the owner is reading this please hire more staff that can speed things up.The tostilocos are okay taste wise however they have hard candies( Probably old candy) my tooth almost chipped from taking the first bite.

These stores have good items, that is true, but this new one in particular (Woodland) is being managed differently. It seems as if the staff is being told to gossip “comadrear” or server slow to make it seem as if it is always busy. Those lines can move faster with a simple strategy. Will not mention it because they don’t pay me. But the long lines are ridiculous.LOS GERENTES necesitan de ponerse las pilas si esas lineas NO son planeadas. Lo hacen ver como si los productos sobrevalorados fueran de otro mundo. Uno que otro pasa pero los empleados le quitan el sabor a ésta locación. !Ojalá y mejore(n)!

Great selection of ice cream but not traditional American flavors more exotic flavors tried the chocolate banana really wasn't that great and another chocolate covered popsicle with peanuts and that was Delicious they gave mostly Mexican treats like mangoneada and pig skins on a duro and corn in a cup and shakes a little pricey but was good for a treat every once in awhile
