The place was in disarray. I had that thing happen where I stood at a counter, uncertain as to where I was supposed to take my return, and JCP employees popped out from the back and looked right through me. I eventually found a register area that appeared to be helping people and was left with a long wait and the person who ultimately helped me needed my help to navigate the system. No slight against her mind you. It is irritating when corporations don't train their employees properly. For the staff and the customer. There were some nice deals if you are OK filtering through the loads of stacked product. Lots of staff, 5 people leaning and chatting all along the jewelry counter. It felt like a place that is closing down and the staff is not motivated to care about the customer experience. Perhaps JCP is closing? If so, that would be the end of an era.

Love the local store. Nice hometown feel. But complex needs a new roof. The staff do the best they can. Customer service is great.

My baby git me this ring for our first anniversary. It being a gift it wasn't the correct size. I eventually made it back over to the store & they gladly sized my finger & ordered the correct ring this time around. It came faster than predicted too. This location also has a good selection of Levi's.

This is not pertaining to the store itself but the company as a whole. They decided to close my credit card account even though I had paid it off and when I asked about reinstating it all they basically said was the account cannot be reopened and I can apply for a new one if need be. So I got punished for paying off my balance? It hurt my credit score since they closed the whole account. If you have a credit card with then, DO NOT USE IT. They can easily close the account for no good reason apparently so because of the whole situation I have decided to never go shopping with JCPenney again which is a shame since I liked the store but not when they can screw over their customers.

I visited Sephora Only and the associate who assisted me was Very knowledgeable. She helped me a lot with skin care.The Downfall of this store is they carry very little product.Not enough help.No sink area to do proper facials.

Always a great experience...visited my haircut stylist, Nora..then did some shopping and had great help finding price check by this helpful young man. Prices are hard to beat along with the choices and styles.

Shopping experience was fine until we went to check out. There was a JC Penney employee who wasn't working that day in front of us making what we thought was a purchase. She proceeded to make at least 5-6 separate purchases. It took what about 10-15 minutes for the checker to complete. We were the only other people who needed to check out since it was closing time. I wish she had the courtesy to let us check out before her multiple purchases. We were done in about 1 minute. We did not leave happy.

Very small selection of boy clothes. It's like here's some stuff with dinosaur and some with cars and that's it. And for girls here's a 50x50 ft section. It's messy most of the time. The lines are always long, it's like they're not allowed to place more than one cashier per store at a time.

I went to JC Penneys to purchase work clothes, while I was there around 340 - 4 ppm there were maybe 5 other people there shopping. All female clerks were chatting away. I walked around the entire store for 2 1/2 hours. and sadly not one clerk ask me if I required any assistance as I went in and out of the dressing room while carrying a ton of clothing. When I went to leave through the women's/men's side there was a young man at the counter. Very polite said "Hi. How are you today" I replied " great Thank you" and went to another clothing store. In the PAST the young gals would possibly ask if you needed different sizes, then offer to get them for you. Not at the current J.C. Penned The Salon sadly is the same way..

This store is terrible. It's no wonder the company can barely stay in business. Everything is behind the times. This location has limited selection in most departments and lots of wasted floor space. I did some online orders this week and the staff were confused by them. Took more than 15 minutes with no line just to pick up my prepaid items.

I haven't been to JC Penney in a long time but am impressed with their selection and great deals. I was especially impressed with how eager the staff were to help me save even more. I am going back for sure!

Ok, usually can't find reasonable $$$ item. I have better luck with on-line stores. Use this store for last minute items, but usually disappointed. Town Penney just doesn't carry what I'm looking for most of the time.

Sephora had excellent customer service. I came in 10 mins until they closed and the staff were patient and helpful in spite of yhe fact they were almost closed.
