I think I've only given out a couple of five-star ratings Harbor Freight is always right there I returned a Predator generator for brand new one thank goodness for that extended warranty I think I was in and out of there in about 3 minutes they made it so easy and they're so kind I really can't say anything else cuz like I said I was only in there 3 minutes

HARBOR FREIGHT HAS COME A LONG WAY FROM THE OLD DAYS. QUALITY HAS BECOME A HIGH PRIORITY AND STILL MANAGE 2 KEEP THERE PRICES ARE PRETTY MUCH UNBEATABLE. I AM IN THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND IVE YET 2 RETURN ANYTHING. IF UR A REGULAR, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOINING THE INSIDE TRACK CLUB. IT PAID FOR ITSELF WITH ABOUT 3 VISITS. AVOID SHOPPING HAPHAZARDLY, INSTEAD SHOP FOR WHATS ON SALE AND ULL ALWAYS COME UP

Friendly people. But all Chinese made surplus. There is the problem. Chinese make second rate knockoff and low grade equipment for competitive deals in the USA. I shop elsewhere.

This Harbor Freight store is different: the manager must be telling the employees to offer help finding things, which is totally different from every other Harbor Freight store I've visited. I won't go to any other Harbor Freight store because of the helpful employees at this one.

Cheaper prices. Only had one person working when I was in there . Could not locate the tool I was looking for so I had to go down to ace in the same shopping mall. It is always clean they always welcome you when you enter. Usally have to look for myself.

Worst experience in customer service I’ve ever had in my life. We were told by Tim an employee at the store that they had an item and couldn’t hold it for us but if we were there and were their first customers in the morning that we would be able to purchase it. Tim told us to speak to manager Love in the morning and he would get us set up. We got there early and were the first ones in the door my husband went right over to what we needed. Love wrenched this out of my husbands hands and proceeds to tell us he has none in stock and they will not sell us the floor model. Even though we were told the night before that the floor model was what we would be able to purchase. The manager Love (not sure of his whole last name) was so uncaring, so rude, and not helpful at all. He took the floor model into the back and hid it from us. Extremely poor customer service including the female cashier with her rude snarky remarks. Don’t shop here ever!! We work in the construction business and will be notifying all of our subs of our experience and pulling them all to Home Depot where they respect their customers.

Very well stocked store compared to most others. Staff and management were very willing to help and to guide me thru tool selection, explaining the differences in features and value. Very pleased overall; and plan to return here for future tool needs.

Always friendly staff.Affordable tools, not great tools but with coupons and specials they're worth the price. My back says the $12. furniture dollies were worth every penny. I also picked up a combo wrench set for $6. for home use.

Ran in to buy some work gloves, on my way to work. Took me almost 30 minutes to get out of the store. Like 5 female employees just standing around. While one poor gal was doing everything. The manager on duty just stood around doing nothing. I like harbor freight. Great prices on ok tools. But not worth it if you waste your whole day because the people working there don't want to work.Very poor management.They do have great prices and a lot of inventory.

Their inventory quality has come a long way in the last few years. The employees make the store though. Helpful without being pushy. Approachable and professional. It's actually one of my favored shopping experiences. Easy to give 5 stars.

Its amazing you can find things here that home depot doesnt carry anymore although they dont last for long but gets the job done

Bought 3 small pump sprayers. It leaked pesticides out the top where the pump rod enters the lid. Made a huge mess and got chemical all over. I brought in two sprayers still in the box and one empty box to return. I told them i could not bring in the used sprayer because it has hazardous chemical residues. I was told I have to call customer service, then fill out a claim form. Yeah right I am going to spend a hour on the phone to get a refund for a a $6 sprayer. I already had to clean up the mess and now I have to deal with proper disposal of this container. The manager should have made this right and just refunded my $6, terrible customer service.

Harbor freight in woodland is AMAZING!! The store is like a breathe of fresh air. As soon as you walk in, the friendly staff greet you with a smile and a hello!! Brandies customer service is always welcoming and friendly, I always leave with a smile! Valerie always makes sure items are in stock and priced Right! Celina is an Amazing store manager who always has a smile on her face and is very customer focused. She runs an awesome team and store! Way to go!!

Love Harbor Freight. Great prices and cashier was very nice. I wish they had helpers on the floor. My daughter and I couldn't find help for equipment/tools she needed for her wood working

Best shopping experience I've had in a very long time .....or ever. I was able to buy everything I needed to set up solar power for my little house. The customer service was great and that's a rare quality anymore .

The 5 star rating is solely based on the staff here. Every time I have been in they have been super friendly and helpful. I assume you already know what you are getting into buying tools and products from here, so I won't let that effect my rating.

They had these items were went in to get. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The store was well lit, clean, and well laid out. These time it took to find, purchase, and leave was really reasonable.

Sales associates are not the best, seems when I go to that store and ask for assistance the attitude is as if I am bothering them. If your looking for a cheaper priced tool then this is your best option. Note the tools are not the best and break easily but what can you expect from China made cheap tools

Harbor Freight saved me thousands of dollars. So what had happened was, high winds split my tree three ways, covering my neighbors front entry. I bought two low cost saws and my son and me chopped the tree up. The saws did the job with no issues.

They have everything you need in the line of tools and related items. Most serve their purpose for minor projects, but don't expect long lasting equipment. You get what you pay for, but will return again and again, as I know the quality and don't expect to use them for a lifetime.

Been going since they open in town, lower prices. They don't specialize in any certain Brands but worth the trip inside. Store is packed with good buys.
