Hall's Plumbing is awesome. Their prompt professional service is a head and shoulder above competition. Within hours of our old water heater stopping to function, they were able to replace it with a brand new one, and get us back up and running. Their techs, Edgar and Austin were one of the most professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and kind techs I have come across in my 60 years. They didn't cut any corners and did the job perfectly. True example of great service with a smile.

My water heater started leaking last week. I called three different companies for quotes. Halls sent someone (Orlando) to evaluate the situation in person and provide me a quote for several different options at no cost. I ended up going with Halls because their reviews were good and my experience with Orlando was great. He answered all the specific questions I had about different options. An installer came yesterday morning and replaced the tank and also did an excellent job. He was very friendly, communicative, and let me ask all my questions about the new system. Everyone I interacted with in the office when asking questions about quotes and scheduling were very friendly and responsive. I had a great experience with Halls, and they will be my go-to from now on. I highly recommend them for water heater replacements or other plumbing needs!

We had our water heater go out and we called Hall's for a quote for a fix. Austin had arrived to do a quick inspection, and immediately he recommended a new unit. He advised us that we had corrosion and some things were not up to "code". We had no idea of the issues and were thankful for Austin's assessment. He sent Edgar out to do the install and he knocked it out of the park! Our new system had items we never seen and everything was done beautifully and up to "code". Edgar did a great job explaining how our new system works and cleaned up after he was done. The job only took about 3 hours by 1 person. If you have plumbing needs, dont hesitate to give them a call. Chris and Julio were amazing! I had a clogged main drain in my house. They explained everything to me throughly before they proceeded. Even my dog Bruce loved them. So you know you have good quality people working for Hall’s Plumbing!Julio returned to go under my house and inspect my pipes. He was so helpful. Julio and Chris discovered a leaking pipe. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough, I need 10! My weekend has been saved by Chris and the folks at Halls Plumbing. I had a back up on my kitchen sink, that was well beyond my amateur DIYer abilities. I called Friday morning, and my problem was resolved by the afternoon. They jetted the lines and showed me the build up and how the lines were now clear. Work is done very well, and they even cleaned up. In my attempt to fix the issue myself I thought I had broken some pvc pipes, well Chris went ahead and just fixed it for me and glued everything back on. He could have easily upsold me a whole kit, but didn't. I'm so relieved and grateful to both of the Techs and the scheduling folks. If not for them, I would have spent hours on Saturday making it worse...costing myself more money. Just call the Pros.

This past week we had Hall’s plumbing install a new toilet. The technician who did the installation was Edgar. He arrived on time, removed the old toilet, installed the new one, finished the job in record time, everything worked, and the bathroom looked perfect. Edgar explained what he was doing as he worked, and he answered our questions along the way. Edgar did a very good and professional job.

Contacted Hall’s Plumbing regarding an issue on the north side of my house with standing water after rain or cleaning the patio area.Gave details to Madeline, I apologize about if I didn’t get her name correct, and was pleasantly surprised that someone could come out as soon as the next day.Received phone call 30 minutes ahead of the technicians arrival.Adam greeted me as I walked out to meet him.He took a look and assessed the issue.Both he and Chris were able to locate and clear the drain that was the culprit.They explained everything and walked myself and husband what they were doing and what was found.Both were professional and great to talk to as we had questions.Thanks to those two, we are now not goin in to have 2 inches of standing water when it rains and they gave our drains the all clear as well.Would recommend Hall’s without hesitation.Great job guys and Thank You!!!Service: Drain cleaning

Halls plumbing traveled 2 hours away from their base to replace an antiquated sewer line which was failing. They did excellent work on a minimal amount of time. They provided us with a clear description of what had to be done and gave us follow up advice. There was a serious unexpected issue which was taken care of before they left the site. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The crew was pleasant to work with. This seemed like an extremely pricey repair, but very straight forward about it. And we are glad to have found experienced professionals to leave us feeling confident of the work. Unfortunately, there was one employee who lagged, making us wonder why he was there at all, but Alonzo and Jimmy were wonderful. I am very happy with the Halo 5 whole house water system that Hall’s Plumbing recently installed. I had a good experience setting up my appointments with Kat in the office. Austin thoroughly explained the system and answered my many questions. I felt that the cost was a good value for a great product compared to water softeners and other systems I’d heard about from friends. Dylan and Emmanuel installed the system a week ago and it is a big improvement. My family has noticed a difference in better taste and less hardness of the water.

Highly recommend this company. Had a mainline blocked by roots and they fixed the issue. At $650 for my line their hydro jetting service was less than half the price of the national brand I was quoted, and still well under the $1000 my realtor estimated the repair to cost.The techs, Jon and Carson, were also great. Took the time to understand the full picture of why I was calling and answered all my questions in detail. They did a few extra little things like locate where I need to dig to find my city clean out access that were really appreciatedUpdate 12/4/23: Halls came out again to help us. This time it was Chris and another tech. Highly recommend this company for both consistent quality service and price.

We recently bought a house in Davis, CA. Yesterday I spoke with Orlando from Halls Plumbing about a whole house filtration system. He was excellent! He's personable, kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. Orlando explained the different systems to me in the great detail I requested and helped me understand the new vocabulary and and concepts. He also walked around the house with me to explain exactly where everything would go. I give him my highest recommendation.I also spoke with Orlando about my concern with another company’s repair of tree root’s interfering causing a potential sewer problem. Later yesterday afternoon, Chris Mays came to do an inspection of our sewer system. Again, he was also a very nice, professional,, and knowledgeable young man who walked me through his results with words and pictures. He showed me the remaining problems that had not been properly fixed. Later that afternoon, I was sent a report with pictures of the results of his inspection.Both of these men fully displayed the high quality of this company. I give Orlando, Chris, and Halls Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Well we certainly experienced quite the journey with Hall’s. They installed a State Select water heater as we required a direct vent. Cost us $950 more than what was originally quoted but found out that direct vents are going to be more expensive and it was not the model they typically use. Once installed it did not keep the pilot light on. We had to restart 2-3 times daily. We informed them of this issue and they were all over it. They came out and offered recommendations and when that didn’t work contacted the manufacturer who recommended a replacement part. That didn’t work either so the manufacturer approved a replacement. The replacement now seems to be working fine. This experience was a real pain but Hall’s never gave up on us. Everyone at Hall’s were professional and sensitive to our challenges. A special positive shout out to Orlando. He came by on several occasions and we spoke by phone about twice daily until the situation was finally resolved. It took about 15 days with sporadic hot water to eventually resolve but that was due to the manufacture replacement timeline.This replacement was a real pain but we felt Hall’s never forgot about us and prioritized us when replacement parts were available.Thus far our new water heater continues to work and we are thankful for the entire Hall’s team who put up and understood our frustrations and did everything they could to resolve our issues as quickly as possible. Everyone who came out were pleasant and very professional.We will certainly use Hall’s plumbing again when we have any type of plumbing issues.Service: Water heater installation
