Horrible customer service, extremely long lines and filthy.a rude employee took my briefly unattended cart returned my items without telling me than lied about doing.it.after searching store for my full shopping cart i getthe manager he said sorry we don't know what happened to your cart and walked off...never shopping here again!!

Anybody who says grocery outlet has old or expired products is wrong. They always have fresh produce and meat. You can do ALOT of shopping on a budget here. The stores are usually family owned, and the owner is usually on premise for any questions or concerns. I've always had good experiences shopping here and highly recommend it if money is tight or you're looking for unique products

Saved $197.oo on groceries. I spent $101.00 on a half full cart worth of items. For example, bought 3 Sidral Mundiel sodas at $1.59 each. Bought 10 $1.99 packs of vegan sliced cheese, ... God Bless the Grocery Outlet.

It's disappointing to see that the grocery outlet has chosen to engage in price gouging by artificially raising their prices. In fact, for some items, their prices are now higher than those of Nugget. It's concerning to see this unethical behavior, and it's important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and fairness. It's a shame that the grocery outlet has chosen to prioritize profits over the needs of their customers. It's important for customers to hold businesses accountable for their actions.

Love this store. The staff is nice, and you can get some great deals on products. I always shop here first, and if they don't have something I need, I will go to another store, but that only happens occasionally.

I have this motto w Grocery Outlet: if you find something you like buy it then because the next time you come around it’ll be gone! It’s exciting roaming the outlet just peeking at the products and produce they have. They usually carry good brands w cheaper cost. Love the staff who are so friendly. Some do start up conversation like we’ve known each other for awhile and it’s a welcome talk!

I like the grocery outlet. I find a good variety of items and get to try new foods this way. The only downside are the checkout lines, but they go pretty quick.

While Grocery outlet has many good bargains, it seems in recent times that their prices are getting pretty close to other grocery stores, and given the inconsistent selection of brands and items, it becomes more hit or miss if you are going there to find something specific, whether you will actually find it or not, and whether it will be a bargain compared to other stores, like Walmart Market.

I would rather drive to Davis for a better experience. An associate named Lisa was the most blatantly cruel, hateful and disrespectful person I have ever encountered for absolutely zero reason. I tried speaking with her about how her unkindness and demeanor was effecting me ( a super kind and tolerant person who understands people have bad days) and she just glared at me, made zero attempts to apologize and make it right and even when her wonderful manager came out,just walked away. The woman has something seriously wrong with her and lacks empathy and customer service. I've been a loyal customer weekly for years and will NEVER shop there again after my experience today. Kindness matters and when you can't be kind at least be polite. Prayers up for you, Lisa.

It's not that I liked it or disliked it. It's like any other business in America these days. There's nothing outstanding or special about it and outstanding your special I just mean I'm good customer service with a smile. Like every other average business in America these days they don't concentrate on customer service skills or remembering that the customers are what keeps them in business and pays their salaries corporate America has totally lost sight of good customer service it's all about making the big buck

I always enjoy making this store my first stop for my grocery rounds. The only reason I marked my experience 4☆ is because at the end when it was time to check out there was a line. In which I did not mind. There were two cashiers open, 2 people in front of me, 2 behind and a few people scattered to the side. (Customers were unsure which way the line was suppose to form) Another cashier came up to help out but instead of taking the next customer, pulled whoever was closest to the register they were opening. For me it was whatever but they didn't approach the customer in a kind manner. They snapped their fingers at the customer. The customer did not mind but if it were a person that did, the situation could have went in a completely different direction. I did enjoy seeing the owner working the floor. She was baby carrying her son while doing a floor sweep. Would've like to see her engage with the customers though.

Treasure trove of stuff. Great deals on ice creams and desserts. The have Kobe ground beef and also look for their Grass fed organic meats, they're very affordable. Don't forget their Taylor Farms salad kits, they are all delicious!

My Card wasn't working here one day. I had just got gas around the corner and i did have sufficient funds. It was just one of those days where nothing was going right. So after a few attempts at both debit our credit i left empty handed. I needed some tools so i went to harbor freight and my card worked there. Determined to get the breakfast items i needed for my kids, i went back to grocery outlet. Grabbed the items again and again my card declined and declined. Humiliated and confused i started to leave again. The owner of the store stopped me and told me to take the items with me. She had paid for them. She didn't have to do that. But i was very grateful. I will continue to shop here first because of three service more so than the deals. Their meats are getting to be better quality and their fruits as well. It's just being smart to shop here first for groceries! Thanks again to the owners! Just wonderful people.

Lower prices than the standard store. They try. Always look closely at the price. Sometimes they are mis-mark things, people do not put things back so you get a surprise when you get to the check out line. Went to woodland's grocery outlet store this afternoon lots of superbowl deals. Three party size frito-lay chips for the price of two. Fast in fast out. Great deal on pepsi products.

The cleanliness wasn't as high a standard as the one in Dixon. The associate with goatee in the wine section was very knowledgeable and had a thorough answer to every question.

Like the deals they have just really do like the fact they give only ONE paper bag to someone using food stamps. It separates those customers as if they are not as important. As well as bags there are .15 cents each there.
