One of the best thrift stores I've ever seen. Clean, well organized, top quality merchandise and great prices. Surprising selection of new items as well as gently used merchandise.Special props to the store for hiring special needs employees. Jeremy, a polite young man with Downs syndrome, proudly and efficiently runs the jewelry and boutique area. And, when someone accidentally broke some glassware in another department, Jeremy rushed across the store to check on the customer's well-being, calmed and assured them everything was alright, secured the area to make sure nobody would get hurt on the broken glass, and called for assistance to clean up the mess!It's very rare to find that quality of help anywhere waytogo Jeremy!

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Popped in to browse and everything was fine until I got up to the register. Ms. Destiny had a horrible attitude from the moment I came up to her register. She didn’t greet me or anything. I started off by asking her about two vases that were differently priced and if she could price match the lower price she says yeah. So I empty out my cart, she starts scanning and putting stuff into bags. She’s annoyed and throwing things. She then picks up the vases in the middle of scanning my things and starts examining them and she proceeds to pull off the sticker and says someone put another label on it. I’m like ok can I decide on whether I want them after I see my total? She rolls her eyes ever so slightly and sighs. There were a few items that didn’t have a price and she acted like it was a chore for her to price them. I understand working a job on your feet for 8 hours a day can be tough so I give her the benefit of doubt and proceed to try to make small talk and smile. She completely ignores me. After my card goes thru she says “I’m gonna have you go to the manager next time because of the stickers being on top of other stickers.” I look at her dumbfounded because 1. Bold of you to assume I’m going to be back with your attitude. 2. You don’t even know who I am. I tell her this and she’s like this has happened more than three times. I went back to ask for her name and she continued to double down with “my manager was right next to me and even he agreed” obviously you’re going to say that when you’re manager is not in sight. And I said if you’re not built for customer service then you shouldn’t be working a customer service job. I understand having a bad day or two but to be belligerently rude is uncalled for. The other staff seemed fine and helpful but one bad apple can ruin the bunch. As an avid thrifter at so many places this has soured me from ever coming back to this establishment. As someone who was a manager at a retail store I wouldn’t tolerate this type of behavior from a rep. People should feel comfortable to come into your establishment to browse and not feel targeted. Reading other reviews, this isn’t a first time occurrence and it’s disheartening to see people feel uncomfortable when walking into a store where they intend to spend their hard earned money. Destiny acted like she was doing me a favor which is just an unnecessary and unacceptable way to treat people. Treat people like their human beings and do better.

So is my second time being ...and let me tell you something....cuz boyyy!!!! First of all they followed me everywhere profiled me like a mf!!!! Cash register last was alright but then when I walked away she said something the all started laughing,.. I went back and let.them know you never know what's someone is going through I have high anxiety take alot of medication and when it gets to bad I can't meet peoples eyes or I have bad mouth movements...but thank u for being nice....make me not want to come back because my feelings were hurt..never know what ppl going through. But I will say this good bless u all that judged me and laughed at me in frount of my children...oh and God bless all the staff where following me and blocking the aisle. God bless all yall

Prices have gone completely out of control. T-shirts are now $8 with the cheapest ones being $5. Most pants are $14 to $17. You can go to Walmart next door and buy clothes brand new for cheaper than goodwill. The employees also won’t harass you at Walmart for trying on clothes. Employees are always following me in the store and harassing me. I tried on a button up flannel in the store and the worker told me I had to go to the dressing room. I’m not going across the store, waiting in line for 10 minutes, just to try on one shirt that goes over my t-shirt. I didn’t take off any of my clothes to try on the button up, there is no reason to harass me when no other store would have an issue with this. I was harassed again when I put down some items on the front of the rack because I was looking at another item and the employee told me to put it back where it belongs…I still wanted the items and just needed a spare hand for one minute. Finally I was harassed again on a separate incident where an employee questioned me about a visible injury I had at the time. He asked personal questions about my injury and then made an inappropriate joke. I’m tired of being harassed by these employees! Don’t shop here!

I would like to say if you don't think you can find anything under a hundred bucks to change your wardrobe,here's proof it is possible!Not only did I find amazing items but so did my Lil ones!Some of the best heart felt items I've seen in awhile,better hurry if your looking for Halloween btw!BTW! I went to this goodwill looking for some pants when I was trying on the pants I notices this foul smell, it kinda smelled like bowel movement, I looked on the pants leg part in notice a bowel stain, that was gross, the staff was no help, I didn’t see any rack for 15/16 size pants . The only good thing I got out of there was a cool in scent fountain. As I was getting in my car I started itching real bad in my inner thigh area when I looked to see what was bothering my skin I noticed bite marks, definitely looked like bed bug bites . I’m very disappointed and I hope if this thrift store do have bed bugs I really hope it gets checked out. That’s not good

I think Davis has a better Goodwill. Everything in this Goodwill is old and ugly. Davis has better items and in better conditions. That's just my opinion.

This store was a mess. Too many clothes on single racks, everything falling off the hangers. Way too many people working there. Employees yelling at each other across me as I’m trying to shop, gossiping to each other, hardly doing anything except walking back and forth and blocking aisles.

Got some exercise shorts work pants fabric for new curtains and my husband a nice new shirt less than 30 dollars. Only issue I have is there selection of xxL size anything wasn't organized very well and there wasn't much to pick from of my size xxL. Maybe next time it will be better

The shelves are so over stocked it's hard to look for those needed and not so really needed treasures. Prices weren't to bad. Store is relatively clean.

Make sure to sort your donation by group such as: clothes, toys, etc. Then bring your donation in plastic bags only. No boxes. Boxes are refused. So if you bring boxed donations you will be required to open the box, remove the contents, distribute your contents into the appropriate bins. Then take back the box. If you bag by category you can simply put the bags in the correct bins, get inside your car and leave. The cars lined up behind you to donate will appreciate this and you will get in and out much faster.

Large store. Huge variety. New inventory daily. You'll find decent electronics, appliances, and accessories for next to nothing, just be prepared to spend some time looking. A piece of advice: If you're going to buy anything electronic or electric here, whether it plugs into an outlet our runs on batteries, always test it in the store. A fair portion of the items are actually broken or damaged in some way that probably isn't obvious, as apparently almost no testing is performed on donations before they're priced and placed on shelves. Don't hesitate to bring some fresh batteries into the store with you and you'll find a dedicated electrical outlet for testing in the electronics section, with additional outlets at the back of the shelves by the emergency exit door in the northeast corner and near the end of the glass display cases at the front of the store.

Very nice selection. Housewares has a ton of stuff, dishes, you could stock your whole kitchen there. Staff is very nice as well.

Cashier checker was not pleasant person. He had no patience with the customer meaning myself. I felt like just leaving what I had in the cart behind. Instead I just told him one by one item I did want and total cost of what I bought was almost 100.00 on February 16,2022 about 4:15PM.

Received a photo of a dresser from my husband in the evening on a Friday the dresser was clearly marked 19.99 you can see the tag in the photo, went Saturday morning at 9 am to look at the dresser it was now marked 30.99 , what the heck ... that’s bad businesss practices , get your act together this is not the first time you guys have did a price switch!!!!!!!

It was 6pm,and I went in and they were rushing everyone to close,they close at 7PM! It was so uncomfortable,there was a pregnant lady working,and I tried to try a shirt on and she shooed me away and told me the dressing rooms were closed already, I've never been treated so rudly before,I like coming here but this associate was completely trying to rush out, very very rude

Goodwill use to be cheaper but I have noticed some of their prices are the same as a department store. They need to start slashing prices and get that stuff out of there. If you want people to spend money you need to get stuff organize on the shelves and clothing by size its a pain trying too find anything.
