This is one of the nicest food 4 less I've ever been to. The cleanliness and selection really make this location shine. Anytime I come to Woodland for grocery shopping, this location is on my list. The bulk foods selection is excellent, and the hot ribs are really good, too.

What a great grocery store! Very pleasant inside, clean, and organized well. The staff were friendly, too. I hadn't been to this store in at least 11 years and it was so nice to see how much it had improved. I'll definitely be returning here on future trips!

I can find things here that should be at Nugget but are not lol! One of my favorite stops when I'm at work or visiting my kids. They have seasonal treasures as well!

Great prices , for great food , tons of discounted items food 4 less is the perfect name, the store is always clean and organized, the only draw back is the chickens in the parking lot. there is a lot of them and if you hit one by chance you will be fined, so it's worth it I guess all the money you save at the store pays for the fine you will get if you hit one of the birds , lol one good thing you always will know the chicken is fresh !!!! Just kidding , but food for less is a great place for saving $$ which we are all a bit short on these days , go check it out you will definitely enjoy shopping again , and as always thanks for reading !!

Staff is always friendly, shelves are always organized but produce is always hit and miss.Most of the produce doesn't last more than 2 or 3 days, even under best circumstances.This is one of our top 3 stores because they carry items other stores don't. 😀Other than the produce issues, one of our favorites.

I really like this storeI drive 25 plus miles every week to shop here.Prices are fair and shelves are stocked almost always, mineral water lemon, and lime out of stock for two weeks plus.You can eat off of the floors,Can't wait to go back!

One of my favorite places for groceries! The produce is great. Most likely, because this store is owned by Nugget. Staff is friendly and will follow up if you can not find an item. Staff will stop what they are doing and escort you to find an item (same as at Nugget). And, the prices are below other supermarkets. The parking lot is safe and spacious. Good location in Woodland.

Store was clean. Shelves were stocked nicely and uniform. All the staff that I encountered was helpful, polite, and professional. Checkout was seamless. Aaaannnnnddddd the thing that really set this apart from other stores I've shopped at lately was the total lack of rogue shopping carts in the parking lot. I was honestly a bit shocked. Not a single stray cart anywhere in sight. They may have just become my regular place for grocery shopping. Overall, a great experience.

Great place to shop. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. I can always find things that other stores usually don't always carry, such as greens or turkey necks, for stuffing around the holidays. Usually in stocks here.

I just spoke to a gentleman named Ralph and he was extremely patient and helpful. He helped my find ralph medicine on aisle 12. He even let me know they'll be closing soon. I was impressed by his service. Thank you, Ralph! Hopefully I'll stop ralphing now! 🤢

The latino food options are 100 x better than the location in Sac. They have excellent vegetarian options as well. If you live in Davis the money you will save by coming here is well worth it. Amazing selections for the best price. The staff are always kind and helpful. Satisfied customers everytime.

I just stepped in to get some mushrooms, some nectarines, and a 2 L bottle of diet Pepsi. I mainly wanted to get some mushrooms, I know that they are much fresher at Food 4 Less.

You will always find parking. You will always find great produce. This store has come a long way with traditional products, specialty products as well diverse. The employees are always ready to help, they are friendly and the self bagging is actually my preference so be prepared for that, it is not an option, the customer bags their own purchase. I love this store.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, I've never even seen one piece of trash on the floor. Shelves are well stocked. Prices aren't great compared to Walmart, but the quality of the produce and meat are well worth it. The prices compared to the Nugget item vs item (tcho chocolate for example) are significantly cheaper.

I'll have to say as much as I hate going to the grocery store, the friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff made this store run very pleasant. Not only was the customer service above par, but their selection of homeopathic and organic items at a very comparable price was surprising. They are usually only found at stores like sprouts. I was impressed to say the least.

I shop here because I support the fact that they employ human staff instead of self checkouts like many other grocery stores these days. Human interaction I feel is an important part of the customer experience. The staff are always very friendly. They hire quality people.About the store: They stock a lot of international foods and spices that are very difficult to find elsewhere in Northern California.Their seafood is fresh and safe to eat. They have a large selection of fresh Organic produce.

All the clerks here are very nice. The store is clean. The prices are about average. You would think with a name of "Food for less", the prices would be somewhat lower but they are pretty much in line with other markets in the same type category.

Open until midnight seven days a week. Prices aren't the cheapest in town, but the selection is excellent and you'll find all of the departments you'd expect from a legitimate grocery store. The meat department is particularly large here. The employees are particularly friendly and helpful.
