I’m a daily Dutcher and I’ve been to multiple locations and never had a bad experience until this Dutch in Woodland Ca. The staff seems very unhappy with their jobs ( not the normal good vibes) the service was horrible and the drink was flat and they didn’t even fill the cup up because I asked for light ice! Everyone seemed confused and not very knowledgeable of the products and most of all how much change to give back to the customer. I gave the employee correct change where he wouldn’t give me back coins just even bills and he gave me back coins and less money. 🤦‍♂️. I wouldn’t recommend this location and I definitely won’t be back when I’m traveling through.

Dutch Bros. Vs. Starbucks Vs. Peet's/ Woodland, CA.Following story happened between 2/22nd - 3/3rd/ 2023.I was staying in Woodland, CA. Econo Lodge Hotel on 53 W Main st.I had coffee three times daily from either Dutch Bros, Star Bucks or Peets.All within one mile from each other. See drawn map in photos.I compared the price, the liquid level and the thickness of the coffee.Dutch Bros wins the overall competition:1- Taste2-Lowest price3- Liquid level on cup4- Consistency in price and liquid level.-------------For Double Espresso (my usual coffee-drink for 30 years):Dutch Bros: $2.45Starbucks: $3.5 the first time/ and $3.9 second timePeet's coffee at Raley's: $2.90 & $3.5 in the next visit----------For triple espresso:Dutch Bros: $3.45Starbucks: $3.25 & $3.75 the next visitPeet's Coffee: I skipped anticipating it will be over $4--------------Conclusion: If you need to grab your double espresso and don't need the internet that Starbucks provide; Dutch Bros is the best place to get the lowest price and the tastiest. We got a first timer!!! 😂Haha I went over to this location around 615pm to grab something quick. Kudos to the staff!! Definitely enjoyed my blueberry pomegranate smoothie + chocolate chip muffin top that the young man personally walked over to me, while the other 2 were answering my questions about their favorites + recommendations 👍 Great job and thanks for a great 1st experience. Maybe I should have got that punch card!?🤔

I always get the annihilator with no whipped cream. I got my wife a kicker and I got a flapjack and taste the exact same thing, and I ordered with cream on mines and didn't get it. Maybe I'm overreacting. But I didn't get the Dutch Bros customer service that we all love. If this was my first time going to Dutch Bros I rather go to Starbucks.

I have been going to this location since it was open, and never in my life have I been this furious. I didn't complain about price increases, hour changes, or even when they went down to one lane. But today I'm done. Myself and 4 other cars, waiting in line, were cut off by some jerk. Wouldn't have had a problem with it. Usually the Dutch employees tell them to go to the back. But this gal started to TAKE THEIR ORDER. Someone else drove up and explained and she waved them off. No, not anymore. You have lost a long time supporter.

Great service despite the wait. They will send out 1 or 2 people to take orders to speed things up. For me it's the thought that counts and that's why Dutch Bros is my daily spot. They need to open like 3 more locations, however. Place is insanely popular!
