I am pregnant and have gestationaldiabetes so it is very rare that I treat myself to anything - but once a month I get a sugar free drink.I ordered a medium latte with sugar free caramel. I emphasized the drink needed to be made with sugar free syrup and my husband also ordered a sugar free drink.I usually take 2 or 3 sips then wait 10-15 minutes and test my blood sugar levels to make sure the drink was made correctly. Unfortunately, it was not. Before the drink my blood glocose level was at 89 and after 3 sips it was at almost 170.This could be dangerous for myself and my baby. I understand people make mistakes but taking an extra second to double check and making sure the syrup used in a drink is sugar free should be an easy task.I couldn't drink a new drink at this point or even have anything else to eat before getting my levels down, so I didn't ask for a new drink but drove back and spoke with the staff and the staff member I spoke to was kind and apologetic, but I think it is important the management or owner really provides additional training to their staff to make sure this kind of stuff doesn't happen.I don't usually leave reviews, but felt this was important to warn others and give the location the feedback.

I asked for extra soft top on my drink and when they gave me my order it didn’t have it and I asked to please put extra soft top and the guy that handed me my drink said in future adding soft top is extra. I knew that! If they had my order correct I wouldn’t be asking for it. Plus all my 4 drinks where a little hot even with the little bit of ice it had in it.

As always, Dutch was great. Friendly staff and drink order filled quickly. The owner of the 3 Woodland locations as well as Davis and Dixon does nice charity work such as taking the mobile drink trailer and serving first responders fighting fires for free. Good company, great owner

I haven't even gotten my coffee yet, but I already love this place. I appreciate the fact that they label how many shots are in everything, and they have drinks designed for more shots. Plus I miss having places that are open 24 hours and that have drive-throughs. But when more than that, they have great customer service and the folks who work there actually like their jobs and that enthusiasm shows. Plus they actually know the history of the company and again, they seem to like it. It was an all around a warm and fuzzy experience even before I got my "Double Trouble" (I think that's what it is called).I just took a sip of my drink, and it is too sweet and has too much caffeine, which means it's basically perfect!

I'm not a coffee drinker, so as you can imagine, I laughed when my son said there would be something else that I could order, with caffeine! To my pleasant surprise, there was quite a few options on the menu that non-coffee drinkers can enjoy. I had a Rebel drink which was great. There are tons of flavor choices (you can even make up your own flavor) and you can have it blended so it's nice and icy or you can have it poured over ice. Either way, it's sure to keep you awake and alert! The price is reasonable also. Definitely worth checking out their menu for other great options too!

Just went through this dutch Bros, it was busy and my order is more than abnormal with my own almond milk. These people were awesome, smart and quick with my order, even filled up a plastic bag of ice for me for my little ice chest so I don't have to stop at another place to buy one giving me enough time to write this review ;)
