Giselle was extremely rude commentating on the fact that I don’t have a payment for my prescriptions. This is the first time in my life I needed assistance and she commented, “yeah you’re not paying for it but someone else is”. Thank you so much for your comment, makes me feel great about myself especially the first time needing help.

Typical pharmacy. But i do want to say i was not pleased when i asked for a consultation on a new rx and the pharmacist sent out a cashier to do my consultation. I politely declined. I have never had a pharmacist decline a consultation and send out someone who is not a licensed professional to answer my questions and go over a medication that he knows nothing about. Very disturbing. Is that legal?

When I asked CVS employee if they did AAA discount and that I have AAA, she stated that CVS does not give discounts to AAA members.
