I don't know what the negative reviews are about. This CVS is stocked well and is clean with nice wide aisles and helpful pharmacy staff and employees. For the most part, 98 percent of the merchandise is easily available and not under lock and key. The high theft items are, but that's to be expected with the location. The sales they have on items makes it worth the trip to come here

I bought a Abrva via the self-check out and had cash back $10. Afterwards, I approached a man at cashier and got the change to two $5 notes for buying Powerball and Lotto. However, the man responded impolite and thought I had used a fault bank note. He did not want to serve me. He gave no response nor any word during the whole process. I was the 2nd time to this shop and got this experience. Unlike the pharmacy department and sales assistant, they are very helpful and diligence.

In recent months there has been a complete change in pharmacy staff. A year or so ago, they were happy to make sure all my prescription meds are dairy free before calling me in to pickup. Now I've had two separate male pharmacists try to tell me I was wrong and questioned my symptoms as a MILK ALLERGY, so my physician now includes the requirement that my prescription medications be DAIRY FREE in the prescription itself. Last month, I gave them the names of multiple companies offering DAIRY FREE versions of my meds. Then they searched and provided me dairy free pills. This month, they sent me home with Teva brand which puts MILK in almost ALL their meds, including this one. Since my physician stated DAIRY FREE in the prescription, the pharmacist who filled it did not follow the DOCTOR'S instructions.UPDATE:I spoke with a very young pharmacist who is going to order my dairy free meds. He seems to understand that it is CVS Pharmacy's job to provide my medication and make certain it is without milk products.2nd UPDATE:For more than a few months, now, the pharmacists have gotten my prescriptions right. No milk, lactose, or any milk derivative in any of my prescriptions. I still ask all my doctors to include "dairy and lactose free" on all prescriptions (really, all docs should include that statement if patient has dairy or lactose intolerance/allergy). So, I always double check, but CVS at 7 W. Main St, Woodland is doing great for me now. So, I am now raising my star score.

after over 12 years of using this cvs pharmacy , now no more. after the old pharmacist left, for months I have had nothing but issues with the pharmacy staff. I have been lied to, have had the pharmacist speak loudly about my personal medication with other customers around, and treated as though I'm not a customer and they are doing me a favor, worst customer experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

This CVS is the best, no long lines, store associates are nice and helpful. The care membership is really something, no store ever rewarded me better than CVS. Every time I go it says you have 10$ to use towards you purchase!!! Just amazing.

I live in Reno NV and on Sunday I called in a prescription at the Robb Drive pharmacy that wouldn’t allow me to select it from the app. The person who answered the phone said they would pursue it and to call back tomorrow. That afternoon I was called to go work in Woodland CA . On Monday the app showed my prescription filled at the Reno pharmacy. At 12:30 I called the Woodland pharmacy on Main Street and asked if I could pick my prescription up at their store. I was told it would be ready in an hour which was perfect because I was off work in 2 hours.The transaction was perfectly seamless and the Woodland store on West Main Street really came through for me.

After 10 years as a loyal customer...I am walking across the street to become a Walgreens customer. I tried to purchase 4 passport photo and after the 4th trip I gave up. I won't go into the details because it is infuriating. Finally, bottom line, I met the manager and she welcomed me to go to Walgreens...so I am taking her advice!

This pharmacy is relentless. I've tried to stop a prescription after one order. They just won't listen. I've called several times, talked a a pharmacist, Told them to Stop ,I do not need 2nd order. For some reason they put it on automatic refill when I told them to STOP it. They don't seem to understand English! I'm not picking up. I've considered never doing business with them ever again. Silver Script should remove them from their list of eligible pharmacies. I've never dealt with such incompetence at a pharmacy. They say they will have prescriptions ready, then 3rd trip, they do not comply. My husband was so angry.

I was in search for a particular Tide pod that landed me in this store because none of my local stores had them. When I got there they weren't on the shelves. Kylie took her time and went in the back opened boxes until she found exactly what I need. I explained before finding it if she found a box I would take the entire box. Because I currently had a neck and spine surgery she took the time to carry it out and load it in my medical transport. Thanks Kylie your customer service is a lost art and made a huge difference!!!

I have had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy.The staff here have no empathy, patience, or understanding of basically human care. As someone who's been through hell and back in the last two years this was the absolute worst place I could have gone. Not to mention they completely blow up your phone having their system call you 5 times in a day notifying that your script is ready, just goes to show how rude and impatient they are. God forbid you ask a question, they deadpan and angrily offer you a wall.Never have I ever been treated like this.I would suggest staying far away and going literally anywhere else, there are much cheaper and nicer places locally.

I just wanted to get one of the at home rapid covid tests. But everywhere I go they seem to be sold out. So I called ahead of time and was told over the phone that they had multiple of them in stock. So I drove all the way over there only to be told in the store that they were sold out.

CVS had such a varity of Valentines gifts and cards, I ended up purchasing all my valentines needs there. I particularly appreciated the variety of Valentine's Day cards.

I came early to get my 2nd covid vaccine only 25 mins early and the person working told me I had to wait until 15 mins before to even get checked in for my shot swear they have horrible customer service

I put in an order for a photo book , said it would be done by 2:30 , didn’t show up till 5:30 to pick it still wasn’t done. Showed up 4 days later , they never made it. Poor customer service

I like cvs but fyi not for passport pictures, I know I should of asked first but I paid 16 dollars for passport pictures should of researched first and went to costco or walmart they only 6 dollars there.

I called the pharmacy to see if there was a prescription ready I was put on hold for 12 minutes I called again I was put on hold for seven minutes I called again and I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I called the main front store and I was put on hold again in the man that comes on as a recording is overwhelming with the COVID-19 vaccine info it’s to where you want to pull your hair out and scream run down there and shove something down his throat they need to do something with that recording
