Really un cooperating behavior of the manager as well as the staff. Bought two beds from them and some parts were missing and they didn’t help with anything. Neither they gave the contact details for the company for the beds.

At my recent visit to the Woodland Big Lots, the store was in the usual disarray with prices marked on only a few items. This particular visit was for something I had purchased before and was the reason I was there at all. I found the item I wanted and not only was there a sale price notice attached to the shelf, the item itself had a sale price with bar code sticker. I found two other item that caught my eye and went to pay. There was a line and the two checkers were having some problem they couldn't seem to solve. When it was finally my turn, the checker scanned two of my items without a problem, but for the third item, the item I had gone to the store particularly for, the sale price barcode wouldn't work, so she scanned the barcode on the product label and that one worked, but at the regular price. She tried the sale barcode again a couple times, but no luck. She then said something incredible, "would you mind not buying this?" The one item I was there for and wanted! I then said, "can't you do a manual entry?" She replied, "only a manager can do that and the manager isn't here." She then asked, "would you mind paying regular price?" Wow! I just said ok, so I could get out of there.This store is poorly managed and far to messy.

Great pricing on calendars and holiday and supplies. They have a lot of Christian calendars with Bible verses,Psalms, other items. Also competitive pricing on toys. Look out for their 20%off whole purchase a few times a year. Also black FRIDAY,Thanksgiving, Christmas gifts

It's a decent store as far as Big Lots go, and not in a horrible area. The selection is good, and the store is clean. I just never find anything here that I can't buy somewhere else for less money. It also doesn't really help that this location is next door to a Mexican supermarket, and a Dollar Tree, which sell a lot of the same items for less.

Once again disappointed with shopping experience here. Hardly anything in store shows price and if it does they over charge anyway. 5 out of 37 items rang up correctly. Then the shopping carts will not go out to parking lot. No warning noted. Had to leave cart full and run out to get car.

This store is one of my favorites but health and well being is not most important sales is!!! Store is overcrowded and the masks are not being enforced. SAD because I had to leave the store. Even a few employees were not wearing masks. My son is too little to wear a mask so little ones are most vulnerable when people decide to not wear the masks.

We purchased two very nice recliners one of them came on time,the other recliner was delayed, then in stock, then not available,Then it's in stock but it on the floor as a display item, so my wife went to pick it up and it was sold to us us as a sale item on display,And my wife has never purchased a displayed item ,And with no doubt, the store ( Big Lots) put an furniture item on the floor and it was defective and sold it to us as a sale item.Never buy a floor item from Big Lots because 99% of the time those items are defective, we are very disappointed with Big Lots because they wouldn't even exchange this recliner for exchange or for store credit, and we only had the recliner for 3 weeks just after Christmas.Big Lots don't deserve one star!!!!

While arguably a store with great variety, this Big Lots is absolutely not of the calibur it once was. Many product categories have been eliminated, or otherwise dramatically minimized, providing for a disappointing and watered-down shopping experience, particularly for anyone expecting to find a selection like that of Big Lots website. The singular redeeming quality here is the experience with store employees who are eager to help, quite friendly and genuinely approachable.

Nice store love the setup display items should always be sold for less due to use and being displayed. Great furniture options, you get what you pay for.😏🙃 I knicked the corner of a nightstand I bought and it came off like butter! Butter ! Cardboard mixture for sure.

I came from Sacramento. To Big Lots woodland. Had a hudge cart full of stuff also wanted to pursues couch. Waited by regesterc15 minutes for a clear. They all walked by me like I wasn't there. Finally walked out.. Their loss 500. Loss to store. Will not be going back..

Friendly employees and good variety, but too few departments at this location. Certainly not the store it was a year ago. Presently removing their entire hardware and tools section with what remains of their inventory on clearance. Don't expect to find much of what their website sells if you shop here.

Their new remodel is so nice. They expanded their furniture section and have some great items. Ellen and BJ helped us and they were wonderful. Would highly recommend signing up for their Rewards program, they also do price hold (like lay away) which helped us a ton. Thanks Ellen! BJ helped get us set up with Rewards and layaway and was great about explaining everything to us before we committed.

I love this store. Now that they reorganized and pulled all their stock out from the back, the store is more convenient then the local neighborhood walmart. Yes you can relax on the bed and couches if you like.

Purchased the Monticello bedroom set for my son, its beautiful and good quality for less than Ashley in Fairfield. Also bought 2 queen mattresses, so comfortable and worth way more than 600 bucks!

Bad service, and they don't respect the sales they put themselves. There was a sign that reads 50% off on all remote control toys, I grabbed one toy car, and at checkout they didn't respect the sign an charge full price.

I really like my local Big Lots. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I pop in multiple times a month. It would probably be more but I live on the other side of town. Lol.
