The cable could’ve been run any number of other ways, but he kept drilling a hole through the wall of our rental home bigger and bigger. It’s now 2” and we can’t get anyone to refund our service fee or call us back from Segwick to fix the hole. Our landlord lives across the street and now we are not only fearful of the repercussions of this hole, but there’s a gap in the paste he used to fill it in, it’s winter and raining, and this hole is next to our baby sons crib and our bed. Not to mention, of all of the places the router could’ve been placed, it’s on my nightstand with easy access by our infant and our toddler. This man also showed up without a mount to actually mount the device and blamed it on Best Buy for not telling us one was needed, and then wanted to charge us $85 for the mount and another $40 to come back out and mount it properly. We’re livid and the level of service we’ve received in the aftermath has been so immensely poor, save the lovely woman with Sedgwick intake that we dealt with. We don’t have an endless supply of money and we work very long hours, and I work two jobs, just to have what we do. To have not only our money squandered like that, but to be let down by everyone involved is very disheartening. At this point, we paid $230 just to have something done that we ultimately could’ve done ourselves, minus a 2” hole and a mess that took me about an hour to clean. Now we’re likely going to end up having to find a way to pay for the repairs to fix the damage that was done. Up until now, Best Buy had been wonderful to us. We purchased our fridge, PlayStation and Starlink through the same Best Buy. If this doesn’t get sorted out appropriately and fairly, it’ll be the last thing we ever buy from them. We’re all out here just trying to survive, and it took us well over a year to even be able to afford to do this. Now look at where we are. It’s a great position to have put us in. Gross mishandling across the board and our family has been very let down.For the record, some of the staff in this store is amazing and whomever was contracted to deliver our fridge last summer sent the two sweetest men that were hardworking and kind. This should be who is aimed for in terms of customer service and experience.

If you're thinking about buying an open-box product I would think twice for this location. Just drove an hour to get there and phone didn't even work. Never had this problem at any other best buy location. Save your time..

Not talkative. Instead they all stared at me and walked up and down the aisle to see if I'm gonna steal anything. Mind you all that what I was window shopping for (Xbox one Controller) only had a display case. Or some had a plastic case with an alarm on them. I saw one for a descent price and was totally thinking about giving them my business until that experience which made me feel uncomfortable. I'll never ever step foot in any Best Buy as long as I'm alive 💯. If they drop the price of that Controller to $15 dollars then I'll definitely 💯 over look this matter and give them my business. But most likely not. There loss 📉

How this store has high reviews is a mystery. Must come from within. This store was once my favorite place to go. Now you’re a ghost. I stood in the car audio section for nearly 20 minutes, made eye contact a few employees and nothing. I walked out and not a single acknowledgment. Now, I work in retail. Have for almost 30 years and I know the importance of just the slightest acknowledgment of a customer even if it isn’t your department. So, this is my last time here. And that sucks.

Went to this location to see about an iPhone replacement. Talked to geek squad who stated it would take two weeks to get a new phone and had to leave the phone with them and unlocked. Talked to a lead after filing a complaint with HR due to inappropriate behavior by the geek squad technician. Concerns were brushed off. Be careful of taking anything to the geek squad. Also spoke with Apple who stated everything stated was incorrect and violates Apple policy.

Would g normally give a big box chain store five stars but I've gotta say I've had all good experiences w Best Buy. I got a printer delivered from here via Instacart once. Bought an $8k appliance from them and installation was awesome. This week I took a kid to find a new gaming keyboard and they were the only place to have lots of keyboards out that we could try. Cool staff is not in your face, just normal ppl.

This location seemed very under-stocked with quite a few items missing off the shelves. Likely Best Buy is still struggling with the effects from our economy from the last few years. Needless to say I highly recommend you call first before wasting your entire lunch to go down, just to leave empty-handed.

Horrible customer service. Called the store ahead if time to ensure that the product would be there for me to purchase.I got there and there was no product.Then I asked for a manger and got a lady named Taylor who wouldn't give me her last name. She tried to tell me they don't carry thousand dollar items in the store... the item I came in to purchase was $750, so I corrected her . She told me to just order it online... the worst customer service ever. I will never shop here again. It was the principal of doing the work to call ahead of time, then getting there and being treated rude,and then told to order online...

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and even went into the back to see if they had two pairs of earbuds that I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had 1. But the service was fast and done in a professional matter. Very glad I stopped in before my flight out. I'm just sorry I did not get her name so she could get her due credit.

The shelves were stocked better than most places these days. The associates were friendly and more than one offered to provide assistance. I feel like that's becoming more and more of a rarity, these days, and I appreciated encountering employees who understood that their customer service job actually entails providing customer service. I didn't have any real interaction with any employees, so I don't feel a 5* rating is warranted, but they get 4*s for effort and a general clean store with employees who don't act as though you're cutting into their texting time by asking for help.

Today I’m giving (Sales Associate) Francisco five stars for his terrific and exceptional customer service. He was extremely articulate, knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. Francisco made sure that all my questions were thoroughly answered. He even took the time to go over the warranty plans. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location.

December 28 no registers open had to check-out at the return/customer service desk. That line was very long being after Christmas returns. Dumbest thing I ever seen. So I left without buying the stuff I needed. Just ordered it on Amazon. The manager was rude.

Called Woodland store twice, both times was told by recording wait time less than 10min. Left hanging on hold both times 20min each time, really had to speak with tech support make appointment for laptop asap. Now store is closed at 8pmCalled ever since 7pm.Ok

Been there three times to buy different gadgets. Overall experience has been good. Stuff on the customer service counter is really happy to help.I had many queries related to the Apple Macbook and some Apple iPhones, the gentleman answered all my queries.And recommended the additional AppleCare for 2 years as well. I had to go back to return one of the Samsung watch and stuff was equally courteous Ashley where when I went in to buy this.Finally I end up keeping the watch. And bought another gaming handset from turtle Beach.

Was talked into opening a best buy credit card for my purchase. Employee told me there would be no interest charged if minimum payments were made each month.Now my total is coming due and there will be interest charged on the balance. Called to ask for help and was essentially told it's not their fault the employee misled me - it's my fault for not doing my own math!So be wary - they can lie with no repercussions, leaving you on the hook.
