This review is regarding the men's restroom.This store has the best toilet paper I have ever used in my life. Pillow-y soft, thick, lots on the roll, etc. I have never in my 55+ years used such nice toilet paper in a public place, or even in my own home. I think I will tell my wife to check it out so we can get some of this in our bathroom.I know this is an odd review, but it is honest. The store is good, I've been coming here for years. But the toilet paper is next level. And a store that puts that out for customers shows that they care...and not just about making money.5 stars. Try the toilet paper! (I hope they continue to use the same stuff!)

I like the store. Nice people that work here and for you 💓 a bit pricey though. It's strange. But some of the stuff I went looking for like plumbing fittings and pipe, I found at half the price at Home Depot... Maybe Ace Hardware of Woodland CA will start to engage with the public by price comparison so we can shop here. It is a nice store

Worst store to go to when they sell you items that don't even do what it says. Don't worry not only will the merchandise not work properly the cashiers will rob you. Don't go here worst place to buy things with the employees not even helping, unless they want to rob you.

Always nice helpful staff. Even when someone asks the craziest questions the employees smile and give the beat answer they can. If they dont know (rare for this place) they will find someone that dose.

I'd rate twelve stars if I could. This is an exceptional store in every way that matters. I am very impressed with the cleanliness, the organization of inventory, and knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Most places I'm better off just fending for myself, but here I have been helped by very knowledgeable people that genuinely added value. They knew the inventory and had real world advice on using it. Even saved me money.Also, in obscure nuts and bolts and fasteners, etc. This store has the largest selection of any store in memory. Kudos to the management and crew on a great store. Well done. 12 stars if I could.

Very large selection of equipment, tools and wares for maintaining a home or business, indoor and outdoor. Great look. Clean. Very friendly staff. Very happy to have this Ace store here in Woodland.

A very large store with all one could ask for in a hardware store: fasteners, screens, plumbing, electrical. They have a huge selection of grilling tools and pellets for pellet grills. Employees smile and they're helpful

This ace still have the same old orchard feel minus the deals. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are the usual ace standards. The plants looks very healthy compared to home depot. Everything was very clean and signs were clear and straightforward.

I love this store! I go there all the time. I find weird interesting things when I shop there. I will go in for a hardware project normally and then browse. I love the stores kitchen section. I find stuff I never knew I needed, until I discovered it. Did you know they sell pies? The pies are in a freezer and they are amazing. It's practically impossible to walk out of this store without buying something. My favorite employee is Jose with the pink hair. He is shy but friendly and always super helpful. Thank you everyone for being awesome! You rock!

You can walk a mile through their aisles. If they don't have it, you probably don't need. They carry everything from gardening to pet supplies, plumbing and paints, lumber and bricks, nails, screws, plaster, cement, clothing, wind chimes, a large barbecue area, key making, shelves, and so much more. Very friendly helpful staff. My go to place when I need a large hardware store with everything.

Today at Ace hardware in Woodland Ca, I needed two different pints of paint mixed to match my swatches. It was a bit of a hassle for one of the colors because the computer couldn't get it right. Sabrina, the paint specialist worked especially hard to get it right for me. It took a while, Sabrina was frustrated, paint was a flyin', there was a mess, I was patient but didn't think it was going to happen, but in the end she pulled it off and came out with the perfect match. Myself and my client were very happy. Thank you Sabrina.

It's so nice to be welcomed when you come in the door and escorted over to the product your looking for. Much better service than Home Depot! I was in and out in minutes without wandering around trying to find what I needed. Thanks gals!!!

Was going purchase wood for a project found a cheap product a girl in purpple hair gave me like tripple the price for it went back and made sure had the correct wood even tock a picrure of scan code label showed it to her and was extreamly rude and ignored me so a transferd to anothe sales rep cashier he was extreamly nice and helfull even apologized for her

Excellent place to shop that has a top notch all star staff that is very knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile for a customer without any hesitation. Management has done an excellent job with the staff, which, always seems to have a smile you can see behind the covid face masks!!!! Knowledge and smarts are what keep them above that orange place which always seems to have to find a person or 4 to finally kind of help you maybe....maybe at best.

Ever since they opened, in the location where OSH used to be, they have been been really helpful every time I've gone in there. They just had LED fluorescent replacements on sale for even cheaper than regular fluorescent tubes would have been. I'm really glad they are there.

Amazing! Very helpful. Went in for BBQ and smoker wood that no one had, and they had everything and more! Was BBQ/ smoker heaven. The guy that works the area even went in the back to look for some wood I really wanted to smoke with. Prices were very good as well. I know we miss our OSH, but Ace is just as nice as they were if not better. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! I needed the window screens for my house re-screened because the birds destroyed them. Tom did the first 5 in less than 2 hours and the next day 6 more in about the same time! Thanks so much for the great service!! Would definitely recommend Woodland Ace!!

I am a woman U.S. Army veteran and was recently belittled and treated with such disrespect by the guy who works in the back. I shopped frequently at this Ace Hardware since buying a new house in the area. I have received nothing but amazing service until my most recent visit to this store. I purchased 10 bags of mulch. I was instructed to drive to the back to load the mulch. The guy back there was so disrespectful and such a jerk. He literally argued with me indicating that the mulch would not fit in my car. It did, by the way. I told him that I had previously purchased a larger number of bags of this mulch and it fit just fine. He told me he did not believe me and continued to argue with me. He had such a bad attitude. It was incredibly mysogynistic. Why is that behavior necessary? It’s a shame that one employee ruins such a previously good experience.

Again superior service , my needs were met and I'm really happy the paint department has a huge selection of colors and brands. Everytime I shop here I have a wonderful time, so friendly, helpful, and anxious to assist me. Thank you Ace hardware, you ROCK!!! P.S. I recommend checking out the paint department as their prices and selection beat Sherwin Williams plus Ace associates are not rude. Can't say that about Sherwin Williams store in woodland. Keep up the great job Ace.

Greatest customer service here arrived at 8:04pm and they had closed up which is understandable. They saw the desperation in my eyes and helped me get my online order. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but thank you for attending me even when you didn't have to!
