Nicely maintained neighborhood store. It's a one stop shop for all your basic needs. I met owner twice and he's very nice and customer friendly.Hot food was fresh. Employees are happy to help. I have been here many times and always had good experience.You can find basic stationary, food, smacks, toiletries etc.

they lost my business, they let anybody hang out around the store, people always asking for mo ney or a ride...dont feel confortable going to this location anymore speically with my kid. i rather go to frenches now or the other 7 11 on conttonwood I mean would you feel confortable with someone by the front door? you dont know what they might do. stay away from this store at night

The guy who works here in the morning is the nastiest, most disagreeable person I've ever had the misfortune to deal with! Not only does he ignore customers until HE'S good and ready to help them, but, because he is barely able to speak English, it takes ten times as long just to get him to understand the meaning of "Which cigarettes are cheapest these days?" let alone get any kind of intelligible (or even correct) answer to that question. Not only does he lie about prices, he also demeans and even swears at customers when they're not deciding fast enough for him, even though the only reason a long line has formed is because HE took so long to wait on the first person in line in the first place, and then was completely impossible to understand! This guy is an absolute scab on humanity, and should be put out of his misery either by being fired or by boycotting his disgustingly dirty store all together!I'm serious, don't go here...it's the absolute worst!

Store is clean inside. Convinient location. The employee I dealt has poor customer service skills not hospitable at all he was very dismissive and when he had something to say his words were not kind he told me to " take care of my dog" based on the context of my attempt to bring my dog in the store in which I couldn't, although I was courteous enough to hold him in my arms above the ground shoulder length so I left him outside with another dog present and not to forget the bee that almost stinged my dog and I.If 7/11 actually reads these reviews they should better train their staff on problem solving conflict resolution with customers which is very disappointing to say because in the work force their should be great emphasis on hospitality not social skills you could of otherwise learned from your parents growing up as a child into adulthood NOT as a dog.
