I saw this new pet supply shop and decided to check it out. They have everything here! They have great selection of dog cat supplys: toys, treats, food, pet baked goods and much more. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions regarding my dog.. Fair prices and great Customer service , I'll be coming back again soon.

My Dogs Love Lots of Pets and especially their Fresh Jerky Treats they Go nutz over them we're there weekly stocking up on the treats. They also have stuff you cant find at any other stores or online...

This store is very convenient next to the freeway . Excellent customer service by the owner . He’s very polite and he suggest the best for your lovely pets , he really shows his personal interest in our lovely pets . This store is full of goodies and have a Hugh variety of products for your pets . They have products fir different kind of pets . Not only cats and dogs are welcome to this store . The variety of products proves me how blessed we are in this neighborhood to have lots of pets in our area . The owner give some treats to my lovely dog as soon as we step inside of the store . If you are a busy person just order online and they have a fast and reliable delivery service or just order your pet goodies and they have curb side pick up . You will not going to regret it . I’m challenging my neighbors to try it . Lots of pets participate and support our city of Pasadena . Some weekends they have different events snd they donate products to a different organizations , this is amazing from their part .

Came to the store today looking for a leash. I did not find one but what I did find was a large selection of toys and chewables that my dogs love. I also seen supplies for birds cats fish and other small animals. Super friendly staff. They did mention discounts for curbside pick up. If you love your animals and want to save some money check this place out.

The owner of this shop is very personable and knowledgeable of his products, in addition to general care questions. He always takes his time to explain and doesn't make the person he is speaking to feel rushed. He carries a wide variety of items to meet everyone's needs. Also, the shop owner is very involved in different community pet related events.

I placed an order through Walmart that was sold and shipped from this company. The add was very deceiving and dishonest. I ordered cat toys and the add showed a picture of 3 ducks and it said 1 pack making it look like you would get all three as pictured. I ordered 2 packs expecting 6 ducks but there were only 2 ducks for a very high price. Do not trust this company if you are ordering from them online!

This place rocks. Small business neighborhood store only way to go. I have a small business in vacuum world in Woodland Hills. We all have each other’s back. Great prices.!
