I know I should mention how much my dog loves this place first, but I wanna talk about how much my wallet loves it! Super nice prices for the services rendered! They take great care of my pup, he loves it there sprinting full force through the door! They greet you at the door and are always ready with pets and smiles for my doggo! I'm so glad I found this place, and I'm sure my pup is too! He always comes out so pooped and ready for a nap! Nothing beats the feeling I get when he comes sprinting towards me after having another great day!

I took my dog here all the time for a groom. I really trusted these guys and decided to board my dog cupid for 10 days. When i came to pick him up the total was $650 because they failed to tell me that the $325 was for daycars 10 days NOT boarding. So ended up paying double. Even agter I asked before boarding the price ! Fast forward I pick up cupid 10 days after drop off and then get home and see a HUGE fresh open wound. They never reported this or took him to vet as promised. The wound was huge, fresh and a circle. I called same day and asked what happened and they tried to claim he was never hurt, then they claimed they looked at cameras and saw no fights, issues in grooming etc and then tried to LIE and claim he must have had the wound when he came in ! He didnt! The wound was fresh , open bleeding and had zero crusting and must have happened same day or night before . No wound is that fresh and still bleeding 11 days later. They promised to have the owner call me back and now no one will respond! I couldn’t afford the vet so I had to order $20 wound cream ! They are refusing to respond, refund me or at least give me part of my money back for hurting my dog and not saying anything! They then tried to lie and said it was from him licking ! He didnt lick a perfectly circular hole into the Back of his front leg ELBOW hes not the exorcist! Dont go here they will hurt your dog and then not pay for damages !

First time going to this groomer after trying a few places in the valley. Made an appointment for the wrong location but they were so sweet and took us anyway! They did a great job grooming my dog, he was done very quickly compared to some locations nearby and he came out very happy, not stressed, which for a anxious dog is all I can ask for! This will be our go to place from now on.

No outdoor space, so I’m not sure how they handle pee & poop. And they wouldn’t let me go see the space where the dogs are, even though I asked a few times. My dog seemed happy enough after spending a day there occasionally, but she always came back smelling strongly of some kind of perfume, even though she was just there for daycare.Staff are friendly but seem young and inexperienced. It’s not too expensive. For me this was a backup plan only.

Really wonderful experience! My dog is just over 2 years old and I've never gone to the same groomer more than once. I just never found one I loved and I would schedule with whoever could fit her in. However, I will definitely be coming here for her future cuts! The facilities are clean, bright, and open, and my dog came back to me better groomed than ever before! They paid special attention to her tail and ear fur to brush and trim, which I appreciate because prior to this experience groomers kind of ignored those spots on her and would keep them a little too long. Anyway, great experience, excited to return!

It was my first time I went there and my puppy is 6 months, Three weeks ago I took him to another grooming store in my area (westlake village), I showed them picture for his hair cut, it was terrible and expensive they didn’t do anything for him I think they just took a shower him but my friend always take her dogs here and I asked about here, she was satisfied, I’m so happy with bone sweet bone, They are so expert, They did hair cut exactly I showed them a picture, I won’t never go anywhere, Thank you

I first started taking my dog here to get groomed about a year ago while the pandemic was raging and most businesses were still closed. I've taken my dog to many different groomers hoping to find the right one but usually after one or two visits I'm disappointed. Bone Sweet Bone is FINALLY the groomer I have been searching for all along! They are so friendly and loving with the dogs and I know they take good care of her because she isn't practically shaking when I pick her up! I have a large dog with an easy coat to take care of but have always been charged for a large dog with a premium, difficult coat to groom because of her size and Bone Sweet Bone doesn't do that. I feel like I get more than my money's worth out of it and her coat is always fresh smelling for months after!!!

Phenomenal pet grooming! The people here seem to truly love working here. They treat you and your pets very well and they have reasonable prices for their services. I have been a customer for 3 years and haven't encountered any hidden fees or issues with them like I have at previous places.

We love Bone Sweet Bone. Julianna does such a wonderful jobs with my two dogs Benji and Luna. I had gone to other groomers and my poor pups would have cuts and knicks or their hair would be uneven. I've never had this problem here. I have been a customer now for 3 years and I won't take my pups anywhere else. Julianna is so detailed. She told me when my dog had an ear infection so I could get it treated right away. I was most impressed when I brought her my adopted dog Benji. He was so matted and she got the mats out of his paws. He had bit her and she wasn't upset instead she was concerned for him. She told me he might pick at his paws since they felt different after removing the matted hair and to not let him or else he might get an infection. She shows so much concern for my pups and gives the best advice. Julianna thank you for taking such good care of my pups all these year 🐶🧡!

Very frustrated with the management of this place. They do not take good care of your puppy and will rush you in and out. The haircuts are done so quick, they do not take any time before to comfort your puppy or improve the dogs experience before. STAY AWAY from Woodland Hills Location Bone Sweet Bone.

This place is a life saver during the hot months when it's too hot to walk our dog. Jones loves it here, he always eagerly walks in with his tail wagging. The staff are so sweet and accommodating and always remember us even if we haven't been in a while. We have also used them for grooming and overnight boarding. Great local place, would reccomend!

I have tried a few other groomers in the area before I found Bone Sweet Bone, and will never go anywhere else. They are the best and treat my animals like they are their own. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great groomer with great prices on top of it.

I went today asking for price info etc., The lady in charge today wasn't too friendly. She opened the door as I was walking in from the parking lot and wanted to give me the info I needed at the door. I asked if I could come in since it was 100 degrees outside. Then I came in and I asked for a tour but they only showed me the interior through a camera on the phone. Very weird. I didn't feel like it was a great customer service.

Took my Yorkie Lebron James for the first time . Staff was very friendly and attentive to my dogs needs. She did a great job grooming him even though my dog is difficult when it comes to getting groomed. Very helpful!

This place is wonderful . We took our Shin tzu dogs there for a bath and trim the service was excellent and the workers we're kind to us and our boys . We we're looking at them when we got home admiring the good work done on them . Will without a doubt will be returning . Highly recommended.

My pet suffered blunt force trauma or strangulation on his first visit to Bone Sweet Bone. My Vet diagnosed the injury as a RANULA. Rye is 7lbs! He has been in and out of the hospital ever since. They don't deserve one star!
