Do not coupon here when employees Maria is on shift. Employee Maria will not process your transaction if you share a cart. They usually never have carts available so we only occupy one cart. Her reasoning for refusing our transaction was cause of “corporate rules” Both the times she has done this she states only one coupon per household but even when we attempt to show her we don’t live in the same household via IDs she refuses. She was very rude and refused to work with us. Very unprofessional as a business owner this lady is a liability. My brother and I will be contacting corporate if this happens again. I live an hour away from my brother and this is our Saturday tradition it will not be stopped by a miserable lady. We’ve never had this problem here at this location with manager Rosa and at other dollar general location including in other states when we travel.

I have NO PROBLEM with the workers. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE of ownership on the outside. Very Lazy, unkept, dirty, drug addicts ruin everything. Garbage everywhere. Today was HARD to see. The outside looked runned down and destroyed by drug addicts, and the employees just walk past it like nothing. Just give me my paycheck kind of attitude. I'm good. This store is making our Little town look ghetto..CLEAN IT UP. CLEAN IT UP. You should be ashamed of yourselves ALWAYS letting the drug addicts ruin EVERYTHING. CLEAN IT UP, AND CALL THE SHERIFF'S on them

Worst Dollar General I’ve ever seen in my life. The store is dirty. Freight blocking all the isles. The employees aren’t even wearing uniforms. Or nametags.They only have one cashier trying to help a line of 20+ people. Whoever the district manager is over Dollar General in Winton California. They need to do a better job of getting the store in order. I’m in shock to the store manager even still has a job at this point.

Dollar General is so easy access to have in my town, but very negative customer service skills and not organized. The male manager exposes rude attitude towards customers, I had an experience with his negative actions and took it upon myself to call the corporation office. The manager needs to do his job by making sure the items are placed on the correct price and not be rude about it when customers like myself bring it to his attention.

This place is fine for what it is. I come here mostly for a 'quick' item I need.The staff is not friendly, they act like they have been forced to work here. There was only one girl ever that seemed pleased to be working here, but I haven't seen her in a few months now.If you shop here everyday, be careful of prices. Most items are about the same price as Wal-Mart, but sometimes you can catch a good sale.This is a fairly new location, they keep it pretty clean.Rarely do they have more than one register open, so prepare yourself for a wait.

I just wanted sum place 2 say that 2inton store is not opened til 11pm any day & hasn't been for yrs. It closes at 10 pm every night, so u say you have updated days ago that's not accurate

Wow! what can I say the Dollar General it's like 3 or 4 stores in one . It's a really cool store lots of different products to purchase stuff for your home outdoors food snacks drinks they have a lot of different things. the store very unique. More people should check it out has a lot of good deals in their versus the bigger stores around the area.. But they probly should have a few more cashiers I would say that's lacking a little bit. Other than that it's a great store.

The place is ok and they were nice. The frozen sandwiches ended up hard when nuked according to instructions. And when I asked about the Philly cheese steaks in the back I was told that even though the freezer was running empty she was told not to fill it therefore she couldn't help me out until this next weekend.

I love the Dollar General cuz I got everything I need my favorite store. Everyone inside is very nice and polite and respectful and always help you when you need things appreciate that store a lot thank you for letting me shopping there.😍😍😘😊💝

I have never shopped at any of the Dollar General stores. I was very surprised that it was such a great store. I saved $25.00 on 2 over the counter medications that I was buying at any other store. The medications were the same amount that I would have gotten from a pharmacy or Walmart. Other discount stores like the 99cent you will get 10 pills for 99cents. The store has a great variety of merchandise. I only wish that I had shopped in this store along time ago. BUT IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO MAKE IT ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORES. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS GREETED AND MADE TO FEEL WELCOME.

Not the best discounted store but not the worst. Store is dirty; the floors need mopping and shelves are unorganized, the cashier station was a mess and filthy. Great prices on some items. Store needs to pay attention to cleanliness, in doing so it might receive more customers.

This place is not the best I’m sorry but it isn’t. It’s always dirty and there’s only like one cashier helping a line of like hundreds of people and the other one worker is always on her phone😺. They never really have what I have since nothing is in stock.

Dollar general is shopping therapy spot. I love the meat selections of products. I just recently switched to the DG brand. I like the products. Wintons dollar general is a bit small but still has great customer service and lots of different things and trinkets to look through and buy. 4 stars because the i went their A/C wasn't working

Dollar General is the store to go to believe it or not there’s stuff here that I cannot find at a Walmart or target or any other big store that’s why I love Dollar General.. and the employees are extremely friendly I love the managers the boss and the store is always clean I never have any problems finding what I need and if I do I go to the manager and let them know and before you know it they have it there.. and yes I love to go to Dollar General and do all my Christmas shopping as far as wrapping paper decorating my house and the outside of my house when I go in to the store I know I’m in trouble cause I will be in there for hours 😊 love Dollar general...

Usually all the workers are friendly but today on Mothers day went in with my 2 grown kids and an employee walked up to us within the first 5 minutes we were there and very rudely told me and my daughter to socially distance and that if she sees us near each other again we would be told to leave... I was holding up 2 different shirts up in front of me so we were not even that close..Tia the employee was one of the rudest people who should not be working with people ..Times are stressful enough without employees being ugly to customers...

The staff here at night is awesome! It's never really crowded in here and everything is always neat and fully stocked. It's one of the smaller locations but still provides the community with great service.

Worst customer service I've had for awhile and worst dollar general I've ever been too. Very unorganized, nothing was in the right place or it was priced wrong. When I got to the register my purchase was way over the amount I was expecting. Management seems indifferent like they really dont seem to care about the customers. I will not be giving them my business again.

Actually the customer service here is awful! Everytime I'm waited on by different people and they are always rude! Last time I was there, forgot to bring cash and didn't have enough money on my card. Who i think is the assistant manager announced I didn't have enough to pay for everything. Thanks a lot sir, felt like I was in the scene from Terms of Endearment.

This store does this to me every time. So the sign says 70% off of the original price and 50% off of that. So the original price is $2.75. So even at 70% off of the original price, is not the $1.35 that it is marked. Or the 50% off that price that is advertised. SMH I should have known better by now.
