We needed new flooring and had contacted a dealer who failed to show up for an appointment. We contacted Lance at Valley Floors and he came to our house as scheduled. We have pets and we wanted to get rid of our carpets and have someone install Luxury Vinyl Planking. Lance came to our house to survey the work that needed to be done. He presented a number of options that worked with our budget. Lance and his team were easy to work with and his installers were professional, courteous, and on time. His installers noticed a problem with the sub-flooring in two of our rooms, after the carpets were removed. Lance came to inspect the problem. He provided us with a number of options as well as the costs, which were not unreasonable given the work that had to be done. We went ahead and had the work done and continued with the installation of the flooring. We are quite satisfied with the quality of the work, the good service, and the competitive pricing.

Lance provided a quality job in an efficient timeline. I liked working with him, he always took the time to answer my questions and discuss all options. They removed all old flooring, resurfaced the foundation and installed new vinyl flooring.Services: Baseboard installation, Floor repairs & maintenance

Run out of a warehouse to keep costs down. Call in advance if you want to take a look at the product, because staff might be away. Good quality installation and they did extra catchers for me like replacing a toilet supply line for far less than a plumber would charge
