My white chocolate mocha was not great tasted like a mocha. But I had such a bad headache from not drinking coffee I just needed caffeine and wasn’t going to wait another 10min for a new one. Service did seem very slow and the barista seemed she was in her own world. I asked the same question 3x for her to acknowledge me actually another barista came over since she heard me and she was far away. The location was good and the manager was nice and said thank you. It was a bit messy inside but maybe it was busy before I came in. Maybe??? Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating!!! I will try this location maybe one more time everyone has a bad day at times☝️

I've gone to a few different Starbucks before. And I don't know what they did, but for some reason, their white chocolate mocha was a little extra special tasting today. My first time visiting this location.Only complaint is. No one knew it looked like they wanted to be there , but they're working at starbucks , so it's forgiven I feel there pain of customer service.

Megan is an angel. We had been stuck in the mud for hours. Winters tow really helped us out and we felt blessed Then we stopped at this location for coffee and Megan was so nice and kind to us she paid for our coffee and snack for the kids. Beautiful soul and totally went above and beyond for us. Thank you Megan! You deserve recognition

disappointment and heartbreak regarding our service, emotional and therapy dog being evicted from the premises.I am a mental health therapist, and my faithful companion, Rocky, plays a pivotal role in providing support and comfort to students at a local high school, particularly after a tragic suicide incident on campus. He is cherished not only by the students but also by the staff and our community as a whole. In addition to his important work, Rocky enjoys Starbucks pup cups, and we have never encountered any issues or denials of service in the past.However, today was an exception. To our shock and dissatisfaction, when we visited the Starbucks in Winters, we were abruptly informed that dogs were not allowed. This left us taken aback, with no opportunity to respond adequately. Overwhelmed with emotion, I had to step outside, and my daughter handed my phone to my husband to complete our order. I was in tears, as this experience was both unexpected and deeply hurtful.While outside, I reviewed Starbucks' official website and confirmed with a friend who manages a local Starbucks that services dogs are indeed welcome at your establishments. This contrasted sharply with what we were told at your location. When I requested to speak with the manager (i left Rocky in the car w my family) to clarify the situation, she explained that it was a California law that prevented dogs Rocky from entering Starbucks. I pointed out the information on your website regarding his role and acceptance, but she insisted he was not accepted.This incident cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful start to our vacation. I want to emphasize how crucial Rocky's presence is in alleviating emotional distress, particularly given the nature of my work. I truly appreciate the work Starbucks does and the comfort it provides to countless individuals. Therefore, I am reaching out in the hope of finding a resolution to this unfortunate situation. The resolution being that the staff are well informed and it doesn’t happen again.I kindly request that you review your policies and provide clear guidance to your staff to avoid such distressing encounters in the future. I believe this would not only benefit us but also ensure that others in similar situations are treated with the compassion and understanding they deserve.It was clear Rocky felt my emotions as for the first time I his short life he rejected his pup cup. We will stick to our local and fabulous Starbucks.As an extra note, I took the initiative to order him extra ids shall I ever encounter this elsewhere but we will not be returning to this establishment.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As I stood in line for the restroom, I realized that they had three differently labeled doors: one for "women" one for "men" and one labeled "unisex". Why not just have three rooms labeled "all gender"? Also if you want to buy decaf coffee you're going to have to go somewhere else because Starbucks no longer provides it, not even in the ground or whole bean form. :(

Stopped here on the way home from Lassen National Park. Ordered my usual order Tall Latte. Service was quick and friendly. Liked the décor of this Starbucks, slightly different than other stores.

The drinks are great, but the dinning area is oddly off the mark.With an epoxy cement floor and an excessively long and narrow seating area, it feels like more of a converted industrial building than a welcoming coffee house. Table layout favors groups over individuals, but design layout means all but a few seats are adjacent to a flow of people getting their drinks.

Standard Starbucks with a good cappuccino I had here on the way. One thing I liked here is a good space to sit and enjoy the coffee or food outside.Enough parking seeing the less (as compare to a city one) crowd.

I’ve been coming every day to this Starbucks for over 2 weeks now and Not Once have they messed up my order or has my drink been mixed incorrectly. They are crushing it, and more importantly they have the happiest vibe going at this place, everyone one of the workers just comes off as genuinely nice.

This establishment is under fire for asking a fake service dog to leave . The person posted a bad review complaining about being asked to remove their dog . A. There is no certificate for a service dog . B per the federal law therapy dogs have no public access rights . . C a service dog can not also do therapy work .So this Starbucks broke no laws and did nothing wrong .

Nice staff and very clean still after getting the okay from the city/county to open up for indoor dining. So if the drive thru lane is too long (which, it's a fairly busy Starbucks) then there is a bit more parking to go inside. Just...bring a mask too.

New location in Winters. Big, clean staff is friendly. Four stars is because Bathroom sink is outside the restroom. Not sure how I feel about this since you can't wash your hands before using the door Handle.

Coffee and snacks consistent with any Starbucks.This place rates five stars because of the crew. Every time I'm there, the staff is warm and friendly. Renee in particular is one of the sweetest, bubbliest baristas I've ever met. anytime she sees me she greets me with a smile and if she has time will always stop to chat.As a rule, I don't like corporate coffee chains and prefer to shop local. But this particular Starbucks has won my heart with its awesome employees :-)

Rene & Richard are super friendly, very helpful & fast with service. The younger employees need to learn from them how to be nicer, more friendly & faster with their service or just hire new young employees. I just get hot coffee & it is always hot. I am always hopeful to see Rene or Richard because then I know the service will be outstanding! Update: 4/19/18 - customer service is really awesome now! Whoo hoo! Thanks Starbucks!

I ordered 2 frozen coffees with 6 shots each and watched the barista prepare it measuring carefully. They were frozen Frappuccinos and though he measured carefully, when he blended them in the blender a 3rd of what he had didn't fit in the cups and he threw it in the sink. Updating my review: Still thumbs down. Since last year's review, we occasionally come here because we live in town, but if I am going out of town I gladly wait for my Starbs.I wish I could post a pic of my drink that I mobiled ordered, asking for no salt topping and Extra caramel drizzle. It does not say on the order for "No Whip," but that's what they give me every time (even though I have pointed out their error each time I pick up).And I am glad I asked for Extra Caramel because there is only a skinny streak of caramel on each side of the cup. At other stores, the insides of the cup look painted in caramel!On the bright side, the place is cleaner at the serving counter and a bit in the work area. Also staff are friendly, even if questionable at following instructuons.Original post: This SB gets all thumbs down, 1st for its unsanitary workspaces and sticky serving counter AND 2nd, but not less important, for getting our orders wrong 3 out of my 4 visits.- The staff here NEED TO CLEAN their WORKSPACES when they slosh the liquids and powders, not let the liquids sit and pool. And WORSE, not set the next customers' cups on the pooled liquids. And please CLEAN the SERVING COUNTER at more frequent intervals! The cups, dripping from their wet workspaces, makes sticky rings on the serving counter.- Staff need to FOLLOW the mobile ORDER SLIPS and NOT be presumptuous. Today is the 3rd time we mobile-ordered a hot drink here and they've made a cold one (twice they made an "iced" tea and today a frapucino mocha). Neither time has ICED or FRAPUCINO been on the order slip.We only mobile-order, and other SB stores say they KNOW to make just what is on the slip, and others have waited until we arrived to get clarification when we order a hot drink on hot days.We travel much and buy only from SB, and the BEST SB in CA is in West Sacramento on Lake and Enterprise!
