My wife and I have taken our vehicles here for over 20 years. The service has been exceptional on all of our vehicles, our kids' vehicles, and our in-law's vehicles. We have never had a problem with the quality of the work. Everyone that we have dealt with here has been friendly and willing to explain any needed issues to us. If you need an Honest Down Home Mechanic at a very fair and resonable price this is the place to go. This place is steeped in tradition with over three generations doing the same fair trade. They are honestly here to help, if your vehicle needs a minor repair they will tell you that's all you need and get you back on the road, no upselling here!

We barely rolled into Pisani’s after having car troubles on the freeway heading home from Lake Shasta. Dave and his brothers were wonderful. They did what they could to sort out the problem as soon as we arrived, despite clearly having a lot full of cars to work on.Ultimately the repairs were too extensive and would take too long to have done when we were so far from home, but they did all they could to keep us and our dog as comfortable as possible on a very hot day while we waited for the tow. They would not charge us for the diagnostics. These guys are first-class, the way businesses used to be run.

Incredible service. We got a flat tire on 505 while traveling to Mt. Shasta. Thinking we’d have to spend the night in Winters and delay our vacation, we pulled into Pisani’s and they had our tire changed within 30 minutes! It was 104 degrees and our 4-year-old was asleep in her car seat, and the technician told us we could leave the car running to keep the AC on for her while they swapped the tire. We couldn’t believe it. Very nice employees and a very fair price!

This place is amazing. Took my car in several weeks ago for leaking oil. They looked at it, saw it was an error on the part of the last mechanic, and sent me on my way for free to get the last mechanic to make it right (also for free). Called this morning when my car had all of its dashboard lights come on and asked if they could take it that day. They said yes, but that they were really short staffed so probably couldn't get to it for a few days. I rolled up 30 minutes later and the mechanic immediately read my car's computer and told me I needed to take it to a transmission place. Gave me the printout and everything. Also free (though I would have gladly paid for this quick service). I'm guessing they knew they couldn't look at it for a few days and didn't want me to have it sitting there for that time only to find out it wasn't something they could handle. I'm so grateful, maybe even a little disappointed that I can't pay them to do the work. I will always bring my car here first!

I highly recommend anyone in the Winters area go to Pisani’s. They’re family-owned, knowledgeable and affordable. They explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, especially if you don’t know a lot about car mechanics. I will be going back for oil changes and regular service needs.

In a moment of quiet desperation, I pulled into Pisani's Auto Repair in Winters, California, the rain pouring down, with my run flat tires on my overly technical BMW registering 0 pressure! I was greeted by a knowledgeable psychologist of Auto Maintenance, who assured me all would be "ok." They had to order the tire from some remote location in Italy (it was a Pirelli), and I had it installed in less than 24 hours. These guys are the real thing. The good news is, there are still real guys out there who know how to fix things. The bad news is you probably have to drive a few dozen miles to get this service, but believe me it is worth it!

Our VW van " stopped" and fortunately a little restaurant recommended that we take it to Pisani's. It was a Sat. And we were on our way home. to Vancouver Island.. Not a short or easy drive. Dave and a couple of fellow workers stopped what they were doing looked , found the problem called around to see if they could find a suitable part ( not an easy thing for these old vans) when nothing was available they devised a fix that they said would get us home... They were really great! The fix worked like a charm... Got us home without a hiccup and we will always be sooooo grateful.HIGHLY RECOMMEND ... and thank you again !
